I order 1-3x per month on the app for easy pick up. This week they had a BOGO option, and the system was probably overloaded with traffic. Went into the store to place order and it was hectic! They were having a delivery, they were out of bread and tomatoes, instead of the bread they forced you to upgrade to the wrap AND charged the 50 cent charge. If my order has to be modified due to the store's issues/low stock, I do not believe I should be charged that fee. Nonetheless, I will be back. I know this was an off day for them and I'm sure the employees were just as frustrated with the situation.
