This is another situation where I hate I have to give 1 star. My wife and I went to grab some quick dinner last night and the customer service that we received was GARBAGE! We pulled up to the drive thru and never received a greeting. We waited at the box so long a line started to form. We hear the mic come on, thinking we were about to get our order taken. I said hello because I was unsure if the speaker was broke or maybe she couldn't hear me. Her response to my hello, was "shut the fuck up saying hello, now you are going to wait". After I asked was she expressing that towards me the mic went silent so I pulled to the window where my order still was not taken and the rude unintelligent drive thru girl with the copper braids smiled and lied saying she didn't say what she said while chewing food. The manager did not handle the employee at all and decided to laugh with the rest of the crew behind the wall they thought was shielding them from being seen.
