I love whataburger, their food is very good. But this place is something else. -FOOD BE COLD BE READY TO WAIT 45 to more than an hour for your food Be ready to wait. ! They are all rude, never seemed positive. Employees have a tight mine at all time. Just call their phone to ask a question and see how they reply and talk back NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! This isn't the first time I come here and wait 45 to an hour and half for my food. ( week-end around 2am-4am) that's the shift I'm talking about because tbh I never ordered during the day. But their night shifts is TRASH . They should get people that actually like to work, or a good manager This place ruining whataburger's image smh

Yum!

I like the convenience of a place that's open 24/7! I'm not a Whataburger junkie but I do like a honey chicken biscuit or a nice warm, gooey cinnamon roll in the early hours of the morning! Both breakfast items are indulgent and will put a smile on your face until the sun rises and takes over. Service is with a smile and food comes out fast and hot. I'll be back for sure!

When you're down in Texas you gotta try their fast food burger chain Whataburger. I have to say it was cheap and got the job done. I had this the first night when I landed. I was so tired and hangry and needed something quick. Luckily this was across from my hotel. Their portion is huge. Even the dipping sauces are 3 times bigger than your average McDonalds. My only thing is my food was not piping hot. They were either cold or lukewarm.

Literally no one

Fast food? No it's not fast we waited 30 -40 minutes through drive through Bro. Service is terrible

If it's late night and you're starved..... Try Waffle House first. If Waffle House is not available... Then Whataburger it is! Every third left you make in Texas you will find a Whataburger!!! I am originally from California. In California we have In-N-Out so Whataburger is non existent. Upon moving to Texas all anyone could talk about was Whataburger! "Chari, Have you been to Whataburger yet?" "Do you like burgers? You should try Whataburger! So naturally, after hearing it 200 times, I decided to give it a try. This was not by any means the worst burger I have ever had, I just don't understand all the hype. I was literally waiting for angels to sing and the heavens to open up. I've had homemade burgers that tasted soooo much better. This burger was ok at best. Sorry guys! Burger tried: bacon cheeseburger combo

Super popular burger spot in Houston - but is it worth the hype?…read more It is a build your own burger concept with fast service. Food comes out quickly and you are able to modify it however you want! There are coloring sheets for children and wifi. Lots of seating to eat (both indoor and outdoor). There is a soda fountain and water that is self serve. Definitely a place to hang out with friends/family and grab a quick bite to eat. loved the SWEET SOURDOUGH as the bun since it was slightly sweet and had a nice squishy like chew. The sourdough element really gives it that tug that I love in bread. the patties are thin, lacy, and smashed. Nicely salty and seasoned. for the sauce I would recommend the SCALLION AIOLI since it was warming and garlicy adding a really nice punch of flavor. the SWEET POTATO FRIES were a delicious side (crisp, piping hot, tasty). Overall I have not much to knock burgerchan on - besides their lack of lettuce wraps as an option haha but they do offer your burger on a bed of lettuce. they also have super fun unique milkshakes like vietnamese coffee, black sesame, etc (I'd try that next time). lots of sides and protein patty options in case you don't eat beef. they also have chicken, turkey, and falafel.

It is now our official post-church Sunday tradition, and we look forward to coming back every single week. The welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great meal with family and friends. The service here is exceptional, and the food consistently arrives fresh. Whether you order the burgers, onion rings, fries, Asian chicken salad, or chicken enchiladas, every dish is delicious. It is equally impressive to see the owner always on-site and readily available to assist guest.

The staff, manager or owner, even takes time to stop by to tables to speak to the guests. We dropped by on Tuesday for dinner. I wish I saw the Icee machine before I ordered my fountain drink! I had the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and throughly enjoy the size of the burger. The fries were great, generous portion. My husband's chicken club sandwich with regular fries was also delicious! We got the order within 10 mins, didn't take too long. They have big patio seating, clean indoor seating, some arcades to keep the kiddos (or me) busy while waiting for the food. There are plenty of self-service condiments as well. Clean bathrooms, good amount of parking. This is one of my new favorite place for burgers!

Luckily our server was able to move us to the covered outdoor seating after a little while which was a little better. The covered patio has fans. However, bonus for sitting outside is that they're having a promo during HRW where happy hour drink specials are going on all day. The food and drinks were all yummy though. We got the yum yum fries for the table to share. I ordered the duck duck shroom pizza and the aperol spritz. The portions of everyone's food were huge so I'd say a good bang for your buck. We experienced multiple servers with our table switch and they were all nice and helpful.

Getting seated was a little chaotic. Indoor seating was pretty limited and not managed well. We end up sitting on the patio (still pretty toasty around sunset time). The giant pretzel we ordered for appetizer was excellent, highlight of the meal. The sourdough pizzas were pretty thin, overall I'd give the pizzas a 3/5. Of the 4 pizzas we tried, my personal ranking: 1. Spicy Goat 2. Duck Duck Shroom 3. Heirloom Margherita 4. Sweet & Spicy Pepperoni. Service was also disorganized and a little slow. I'd come back if I'm craving that pretzel.
