This whataburger literally doesn't know how to read their receipts, doesn't matter how many times you tell them sauce on the side or no sauce they will still put it on your burger or sandwich and then try to fight with you if you tell them you want it remade and then say you'll have to pay for the sauce to be on the side when your meal already comes with a sauce. I love Whataburger and in my opinion, they make the best burger for adults as far as chains go. However, this particular Whataburger goes above and beyond. I freqent this spot when the urge to indulge in a burger hits. Its close to my office, so I'm sorta regular here. So picture this: you order your food to dine in. They give you your drink cup and your table tent number. You make your way to the drink machine which is located in the middle of the resturant (perfect location if you ask me). After getting your drink, you find a place to sit. A few minutes later your food arrives and the nice lady who brings it to you also brings a tray of condiments. A few mins later another nice lady walks over and asks if you would like her to refill your drink or if you need any more napkins etc. How nice is that? Finally decided to have Whataburger again since the last time I found a hair in my burger on the hwy 6 and westpark location. After months I decided I'll try a different location even if it's a little further away from my house. So I came to this location, line long as usual with Whataburgers ALTHOUGH this one took really long this time. Finally got my food, went home without even checking (rookie mistake).. Got home NO BURGER PATTY ON MY BURGER!!! I cannot make this up! Okay I cannot eat this so Now I'm forced to go to the location near my house which I'm not happy about because I found a hair in my food the first time. Come here occasionally. When I'm not on my lifestyle kick and I wanna reminisce a good ole home style taste, unlike microwaved chemicals or artificial grill with ole grease taste. It's pretty much like Burger King or McDonalds but I do like their spicy ketchup. Also their logo looks like wonder womans logo and the old wwf logo so it's weird seeing it everywhere. The only negative is asking for extra pickles and having a cook decide he's a circus clown by overloading the burger with a stupid number of pickles. Went to the drive through and was helped by a very friendly lady named Johnetta (sorry if I misspelled your name). It was a bit late at night, but she was kind and cheerful as if it was mid morning and she had just started her shift. More employees should be like her. She really did provide great service and should be commended for her attitude, unlike those who seem robotic and unhappy to be where they are. Arguably the best burgers fast food can offer, Whataburger just does it right. You can actually feel how dense their burgers are compared to other fast food chains, and it definitely is dense with flavor and meaty goodness. My favorite is hands down the Chophouse Cheddar Burger, but unfortunately that has recently become a seasonal item. When not in season, I rotate between the Double Whataburger with cheese and bacon, the Patty Melt, and the Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich. You can't go wrong with any of those. Breakfast items are good too; taquitos are good, and the honey butter chicken biscuit is amazing. Fries are pretty standard fast food fries that compliment your order well, or you can get their onion rings which are pretty good. Their regular size drink is huge..a large at any other establishment. Really though, food here is great. It's hard to think a fast food place offers this kind of quality. As far as this Whataburger location, I honestly have no complaints and have been treated very nicely every time. This location is very clean inside and can has some pretty interesting patrons who strike up a conversation with you..especially my brother and I because we're twins. I guess the only thing about this place is the extra long line late at night when everyone gets the munchies. That is to be expected from any 24 hour drive-thru though. Well, Whataburger in general is my favorite fast food franchise, and I'm fortunate to have this one only 5 minutes away from me. Good fast food joint! Well.. at two in the morning! Me, my boyfriend and his sister stopped by here on the way back to his place about a week ago. It was late and not much was open, and we weren't feeling Denny's or IHOP at the time so BAM. Whataburger! I'd remembered getting a Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich at another location in Stafford area, but I didn't see it on this drive-thru menu. Almost disappointed! UNTIL.. the guy working said he could do it for us! But it would have different cheese. Who cares, haha! It was still delish. I've been given pretty bad quality fast food before (even though most fast food is bad quality) but this was great. The poor guy working late alone was very nice and helpful. I work in a bar so I'm only ever here in the early hours... The staff is always nice, and they always get my order right. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they seem to be very slow. I understand the food is cooked to order, and I appreciate that, but the staff moves fairly slow as well.
