I just wanted to stop by and comment on what a great job these guys are doing with the pandemic. Everything is truly contact less. They give you your drink via a cup holder and the food is placed on a tray for you to grab. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves from what i have seen also. So I went to the Taco Bell around 1030pm . The staff was cool. While I was waiting the night manager a Hispanic lady walked in and greeted the staff I was waiting on an agua Fresca when I got down the street I bit into my dorito locos taco STALE . Bit into my chalupa. COLD MEAT. I u turned and went back . Went through the drive thru this time and told them what was the issue . THE MANAGER gets on and says the food was fresh . First off I saw you walk in on your shift . How do you know how my food was prepared !? She then tells me it's going to be the same way because everything taste fresh . I drive to window and let her know I saw her walk in on my shift so next time you try to let me know something understand that you are not right . Try to understand the issue first . When I got here they basically did the same thing . That was crazy af to me . I as a customer tell you the issue and you still don't fix it as the manger. This review will be short. I ordered tacos from here as well as a Mexican pizza. The Mexican pizza looked slipped together so I delivered it promptly to the trash. That's it with that. I usually like Taco Bell's Mexican pizza. It is really hard to make it a disaster but that's exactly what it was, Now to get to the tacos. I'm not sure why regular crunchy tacos would have lettuce that tasted overwhelmingly like lime. That is, not unless they were trying to mask the taste of something else or trying to preserve the lettuce beyond its expiration. I would have enjoyed them without the sour lime lettuce. Now, I love limes. They are very good for you and I eat them like I would eat a grapefruit. I just wasn't expecting that overwhelming flavor. It is not good on their tacos. Yuck. I gave three generous stars for the employees making meals for everyone during this time and the Strawberry freeze was very good. read more

We stopped by for a quick lunch today and the experience was great. The cashier took our order and promptly prepared everything. The order was filled correctly and extra sauce was provided. They were very generous with the portions as they filled my Dorito tacos with lots of lettuce and cheese (like, it was somewhat messy to eat because of the extra toppings, but hey I'm not complaining). We loved the spicy burrito from their $5 box. The cheese and rice were really complimented by the spicy chips that they used. Though I'm slightly disappointed by the cinnamon twists in the box since they look completely different from the pictures! I do not recommend these at all. read more

I came here around 1AM craving for something filling and cheap. The area was clean and drive thru was easily accessible. Half of the lights on the menu were broken so I could barely see most of the menu. As soon as I pulled up, my order was taken right away. I got the taco and burrito cravings pack. It included 4 crunchy tacos and 4 beefy 5 layer burritos. I opted for soft shell instead of the hard shell. Within a minute of handing my credit card, I got the cravings box with more than a handful of Taco Bell sauce(not a complaint). My order came out to be under $11. The taco and burritos were warm when I received them in the box. For the taco, the fillings were moderately stuffed. I could taste a little bit of every in every bite. The burritos were a different story. Each bite I took from the burrito was literally 1 layer of ingredient. My first bite was all sour cream, second was cheese, then beef with cheese and last bite was all beans. It was a horrific surprise. All in all, it's Taco Bell at 1AM at night. For the entire box, it was filling and cheap. Exactly what I came for, but flavor and quality was not. read more

There is always issues everytime i come to this location. There are always missing items from my order, or the wrong items in the bag. Yes i do Checc before driving off, however i do not open up the wrapper to see i just assume it's what i ordered. There has been many times these situations has happened to me. Because it is around the corner from my home it's the main location i go to, but i will no longer be returning to this location. When I received my Taco Bell today I had no other choice but to come on here and leave an honest review. My boyfriend and I are frequent visitors of this particular Taco Bell because it is the best Taco Bell in this area. But after the service and quality of the food that was served to us today, it's easily becoming the best Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. I ordered the new salsa verde fries and when I tell u these fries were different.. I mean it. These fries were so good I thought I was dreaming. And the bean burrito my boyfriend ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff at this location is extremely kind and hardworking. As long as I live in Houston I will be going to this Taco Bell. This place deserves more than a 3 star, so if you eat here and enjoyed the food please leave a good review so we can get this Taco Bell to at least the 4.5 stars it deserves. read more

This Taco Bell locations is one of the better locations to visit. Employees are usually nice and the food is consistent. The location is also really clean and nice and cold -- great spot to cool off during this Houston heat. If you're looking for something cheap and satisfying, Taco Bell is always a good idea! Every time I come here, I either end up leaving after sitting in the drive thru line without moving for five full minutes, or I end up waiting for thirty. This time, I've been in the drive thru line for thirty minutes SO FAR. That's right; I'm still waiting to get through the line to pay for what I ordered, which this time was one drink. Had the worst experience ever!! All of my goodness made wrong, items were forgotten and the things that were made were made totally wrong. I'm allergic to tomato yes they loaded by 5 layer burrito after stating no sour cream and red sauce yet it was loaded and with things that don't even come on it. Got a dragon fruit blast and no dragon fruit just a cup of ice. Ordered a regular Mountain Dew blast drink and got a small freeze!! Who ever runs this place need to be fired and also this crap about the quesorita only being available to order online is a load of shit. You should be able to make it in store if you can for the online orders. This is one of the better Taco Bells I frequent. In quality of food is pretty much what I expect for a fast food place but this location at least cares about the small details. The food is usually assembled nicely instead of looking like it was just tossed together quickly. The employees taking care of the drive through have been nice whenever I stop by. Small things like them asking how your day is going. There's only been one instance where they didn't have an item I ordered but it was a drink so it wasn't a big deal. The lady was even nice enough to swap the regular size drink for a large for the inconvenience. My favorite item is their Breakfast Crunchwrap although I don't get up early enough to grab that often. read more

Taco Bell still has the $1 taco menu after over 20 years. This is awesome. The quality is consistent also and the service is very efficient. I had the chicken chalupa with a crunchy taco, mango fiesta, spicy soft potato taco, and beefy mini quesadilla for $10. I do not frequent fast food places, but it is easier to find food for my young son on the kids menus or dollar menus and it gives him the variety he craves at such a young age. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would about how disgusted I was from what I saw late last night/Friday morning 7/1/22 ...we pull in the drive Thu and the lady working the drive thru said that they were closed and that they would open back up in 5mins... We looked at the time it was 5mins to 1am- at first we didn't think anything of it. we thought maybe they closed for a minute and they are cleaning the lobby and finishing up some side work or something. so we stayed parked at the menu-then the lady got back on the speaker asked us if we could pull around and wait bc it was going to ruin her drive thru time- which we understood and so we pulled around to the front no problem---only to see through the window of the lobby the only 2 workers there- both a female employee and a male employee come out of the restroom at the same time. This is by far the best Taco Bell location in Houston in my opinion. I have been going here for years, and the staff is always kind and fast! I'm vegetarian so I'm always making small modifications to the traditional menu. However they always get it right, and are always helpful if I have any questions. wasn't expecting to be threatened but yeah went through the drive through and a young woman cashier "Danielle" got very rude trying to explain to me and my Uncle that she and her other employee was short staffed and apparently we knew that and we shouldn't have been coming through at a late time. She was very aggressive with the food through the window and we could even see she was being very messy with our drinks and the drinks of the people behind us but what got me most is that before my Uncle pulled off she was yelling and pointing at my Uncle saying "I GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU" and the other male employee was trying to calm her and push her out of the view but she was still tryna get loud and say how she had something for us when we got home we look at the food and it was just all thrown together, we couldn't even eat it with all those threats the food looked looked suspicious like what she had for us was some spit in my number 7. I am vegetarian, and was driving through. Ordered Chalupa with BEANS instead of BEEF. Repeated it multiple times until the person taking the order repeated what I said and when I finally took the food there was beef in it. Even my receipt read "substiture beans for beef". i went back to ask and they were so rude about it! i am going to avoid Taco bell completely after this incident. As Taco Bells go, I like this one. It is easier to go in and order during peak times than sit in the drive-thru. The drive-thru can be entered from two different directions and gets a but backed up and crazy at times. And you should go in anyhow. They have an older gal behind the counter that is the friendliest fast food employee EVER. Ya gotta ask for the Fire Sauce at the counter but you can get refills on your soda if you sit inside. Look. It's Taco Bell. It's nothing different than any other Taco Bell in the country. But the friendliness of the employees is awesome. read more
