I brought some into work this morning and one coworker said "those are the best breakfast tacos I've had in a long time". And if you get your tacos 'gringo style' (add onions and mushrooms), you'll get very sweet caramelized onions and nice soft well-prepared mushrooms, which is perfectly balanced by either of the two sauces offered, both on the spicy side. The tacos, pollo and fajitas, were good, but not up to my experience at other trucks. They are made fresh, so it took a long while to finally get them. I was pleased that they took credit card, But their Internet connection failed, so I ended up paying cash. I prefer my pollo/chicken tacos to be pieces of chicken, not shredded. read more

Nice little taco truck on the side of the gas station. You can buy plates where you build your own tacos. The price for the plates are reasonable and they are pretty quick. The tacos are good but nothing special. read more

On a Saturday afternoon I was around the westchase area looking for a taco truck that was open. I stumbled upon this place while looking on yelp. I called the they said they were open until midnight. I came and ordered 10 tacos and 2 quesadillas. There was only one person working but he was really nice and helpful. He said it would take 10 mins to prepare the food. My husband and I frequent this taco truck often. We stop by to grab a breakfast burrito before heading to work. Friday we did our usual order. I opened my foil paper plate and took a bite of the burrito and the bacon was still raw, the eggs were runny, and the potatoes did not get cooked also. We wanted to be nice and give them another chance and we let the lady in the morning know of the burrito. The lady then sighs and rolls her eyes and say "I did not have the time to cook it right" I am thinking to myself how do you not have time to do your work while you are at work. I love this place! I've tried my share of pastor tacos from different authentic spots or trucks, but these are some of the best I've tasted so far. They are full of flavor and juicy meat, it even has this smoked taste to it. Actually, I think all the meats are smoked here. The red salsa is my fave, but be warned it's pretty hot. It even has the seeds in it so you know it's hot, but it's a good type of hot. Can't beat the prices of spots like this either, like $1.75 for a taco.
