It's good food and I know food prices have gone up but if there's no restaurant then I shouldn't pay restaurant prices. That's the only downside.

I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired. (That's how it comes standard) don't get me wrong it's definitely a lot going on from the flavors and the messiness of the dog, but the flavors balance out very well and the all beef hot dog is delicious. There's no spice from the mayo or hot sauce so if you don't like spice you'll be fine. I also tried their bulgogi fries which came with bulgogi meat, jalepenos, cheese and cilantro. My first reaction was it was delicious but it wouldn't be something I would get again, but after I kept eating it I realized this is actually really good and now when I go back I'll definitely try it again. The poboy included toasted bread stuffed with Korean BBQ beef on top of a layer of coleslaw. All of which were drizzled in what seemed to be spicy mayo. The fries were thick and seasoned nicely. A good amount of beef on a well toasted bread and the coleslaw was the perfect balance to the poboy. The overall portion was quite big for me to finish. The food came out pretty fast although I was the first one in line. The guy who took my order and also made the food was friendly. Overall, a quick and easy lunch. However, I'm still bummed out I didn't get to try the lobster roll. Maybe if I can catch them again at another time.

Despite being decently busy with a steady line of people ordering, we got the Brazilian Limeade immediately and the Gaucho Fries within five minutes of ordering. I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments. The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. The weather was cool but it could get a little warm in the sun, making the limeade very refreshing. It was very mellow, not too sweet, and not too tart. The Gaucho Fries were exactly what we wanted, some very tasty loaded fries with a Brazilian twist. All in all, if you are hungry and happen to stumble across this food truck, definitely check it out!
