Do they even LOOk at the order?! Missing the fries, no cheese on the burger, no ketchup, no napkins. I call for refund. They tell me they can't refund, I have to drive back and they will remake. NOPE, your error YOU make it right. Asking my CC to back charge since I did not get what I ordered. read more

Whataburger - Missing fries. Their solution was for ME to drive back and pick them up. Your error YOU make it right! - Fast Food Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Whataburger is a staple burger joint in the west coast and south! One of the main reason I enjoy this place is because the patties used are the cut of beef that I prefer! Also it is 24 hours which is a great meal for a late night outing! In addition, the burgers are huge, satisfying and very filling. I order a jalapeño burger with fries well done! Burger was 10/10 fries were crispy which I prefer. I think what would elevate this place is having a staple sauce! I would 100% always recommend this place and will be eating here again! read more

Decided to do a mobile order tonight assuming that it would be easier than yelling through a speaker in the drive thru. Below is a picture of my original order with all of the customizations clearly listed. The order I received was a single meat burger with ketchup and the other burger was a double meat with all of the toppings. Completely reversed. When my friend was eating her burger she realized that it was very very pink. I really don't understand how you mess up a mobile order with everything clearly stated in front of you and when there were absolutely no other customers in the drive thru. Blows my mind!!! read more

Whataburger - Original order - Fast Food Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

would've given no stars if i had the option in the matter... as a delivery driver i travel to lots of different restaurants... was disgusted by the attitudes of even the managers at this location. if you have to charge a delivery driver for ranch for a CUSTOMERS order, you're clearly not doing too well. i've worked fast food, i know your job ain't that fkin hard. get it the fk together. read more

The last three times I purchased from this place the food was not good. It was cold and really should not have been served. I know not every time it will be perfect but three times in a row, come on now. Maybe you should close your doors. I will never go to this place again. read more

Paid for extra meat patties on two burgers and received half a bottle of mustard on each burger instead with flat sodas. We had to use an entire napkin (or two) just to take off the mustard. We aren't picky eaters or people who often complain but the entire order was messed up. read more

Whataburger should be called Whatapattymelt! That patty melt is freakin delicious. The juicy patty, grilled onions, melty cheese, and the Texas toast that soaks up all that juicy goodness makes for a solid fast food sandwich. I also loved the onion rings and enjoyed the light and slightly sweet batter. Bomb. I am a huge fan of Whataburger and just wish it would make its way out to California! read more

Did not receive a receipt. They had me change lanes for pickup and tried to give me the wrong order twice. I was quite explicite Whataburger with cheese meal medium and unsweetened ice tea. I had repeated this 3 times and when I finally got home with what I thought was my order it did not have cheese on it. Took forever and the service was terrible. I paid for cheese, did not get it, did not get a receipt and had to change pickup lanes only to get offered the wrong order twice, at least they read the order back to me and when they did give me my order they did not read to me what it was. I assumed since we had discussed it so many times it would be correct. It was not. read more

It took them 30 minutes for them to make us our food. The back was full of workers on their phones and laughing and joking around. We heard multiple complaints that other peoples orders were wrong. We will not be coming back here ever again and hope you don't spend your money on this. read more

The opinion rings and root beer are delish. The one problem I find is the long wait. Even after getting to the window and paying after a long wait, I was asked to park. I was parked for 20 mins before my opinion rings were brought out. read more

This could possibly be the worst drive-through ever. There were only about 4 cars ahead of us, and we have been on line over 45 minutes. If past history is any indication I can almost guarantee when we get home our order will be wrong. read more

Sometimes you just need a Green Chile Double. Ever since moving to Phoenix, I have discovered the power of Whataburger. It kind of grows on you. The first couple times there, it was good but I was not overly impressed. But, the more you come, the better it gets and the more you appreciate it. It is now my go to fast food burger joint. This Whataburger is a quick drive down from where I work (5 minutes). The drive through is pretty speedy but I have received food that seemed like it could be more fresh...mostly the fries, a bit underdone sometimes and once or twice the burger buns seemed soggy and "rushed". I usually don't choose that option anymore. When you go inside, its a whole other story. Their workers are extremely friendly and its always the same 2 older ladies that help you out. They are very personable and provide excellent customer service. The last few times here, I have gotten the Green Chile Double meal. It's a huge double patty burger topped with both American and Monterey Jack cheese and green chiles. That's it! Simple and to the point. They cook the meat fresh when you order it and they also butter their buns. I usually upsize the fries to large because they are pretty darn good. They always salt them perfectly. One of the best things about Whataburger is their option to have Spicy Ketchup. Its ketchup hooked up with red jalapenos. It's not burn your mouth hot, but it does provide a nice little zing to your tastebuds. The stuff is addictive. I've even threw some in my pocket to take home and eat with my burgers I make at home. It's really tasty. The only thing here that I have not been impressed with is their onion rings. The breading is too "puffy" and the onions fell apart easily. Not horrible, but their fries are way better and I wouldn't get the onion rings again. I've had their breakfast a few times...only the Honey Butter Biscuit. Fresh biscuit, chicken strip and honey butter. It is freaking delicious! Reason alone to stop. Whataburger is really growing on me and I'm glad there are a few of them in AZ. California could use some of these! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to the drive thru on Sunday around noon. I know that is lunch time, but there was a person in lane B that was waiting, and a person at the window in lane A. Apparently their orders were messed up. A worker came out at least 4 times to straighten out the orders. Instead of having them pull forward and wait on other customers. We waited 20 minutes to get two what-a-burgers and a onion ring. No sorry for the wait..nothing!! Unacceptable...so if you got time on your hands and don't mind waiting then by all means give them your business. I am sure Burger King is way faster!! read more

Don't do this to yourself. Don't be mean. Don't go to Whataburger at 1 in the morning. Especially at this location. Your punishment will be indigestive agony and general malaise for a long time afterwards. And if you do go and suffer the consequences, all I can say is, "I told you so." But why suffer? read more

For fast breakfast, hard to beat - they actually make the pancakes with batter and a hot griddle (not some microwaved stuff like other fast food places). Taquitos are fairly decent too, and the eggs on the biscuit sandwiches aren't perfectly square or round (McDonalds). Nice, friendly service when they bring out the food to your table. read more

When I want a fresh and juicy burger WHATABURGER is the place I go to ! I love the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. Combo meal is only $6.88 after taxes and that includes your fries and drink. This restaurant is always clean. Employees friendly and nice and the best part ? Both the drive thru and dining room is open 24 hours ! Whataburger is old school I remember ordering their food at America West Arena ( Now U.S. Airways Center ) when I went to Suns games back in the early 90's. read more

Never been to Whataburger before so decided to try it. Unlikely to do it again. Stood waiting to order for ten minutes while 6 employees stood around talking and one person helped the customer in front of us. Finally ordered and sat down. Long wait for the food. When it arrived my husband noticed that something was missing on his sandwich... there was no burger between the bread! Went back up and then had to wait again while they cooked a burger. Everyone else was finished by the time he got his sandwich. Aside from that, huge hamburger role with a skimpy, paper thin flavorless burger. Top it all off with an abundance of styrofoam. Totally not impressed. Will go to Culver's or In N Out next time. read more

This place is getting bad. Today the car ahead of us got our food and they took it back, then gave it to us.... missing our items. We had to come back and get the missing items still on the counter.... the nerve that you would even think I want your old greasy food, now cold with the other food we now have. Cold. The lack of attention to detail here is shocking. And I use their app... freshly deleted and screw the money left on it. I will not be back to this location. EVER!!!! read more

Personally, their food is good, but other places are better. It's kind of rare to get hot fries here, but the main reason me and my family keep going back is their sodas. They keep the machine clean and the sodas are pretty damn good. Better than Sonics even! Just sans the special add-ins. The day staff is really nice here, but at night the workers are a little.. unhappy. It's expected from a graveyard staff, but a little cheeriness doesn't hurt. Update 6/3/2012: If you're taking your food home and you want an awesome dessert, get an apple pie (or any other flavor pie if you wanted) and if you have vanilla ice cream at home, you can eat a little of the pie and then eat a spoon of the ice cream. It's probably the greatest thing I've ever done with a fast good dessert that doesn't deal with a Wendy's frosty. Seriously try it, you won't regret it! Update 7/26/2012: Just a side note for the employees and maybe the managers, can you make sure that the people working the drive-thru don't wear strong lotions or colognes? It's REALLY off-putting when you go to drink your soda and cologne slaps you in the face. read more

The food is good if they can get your order correct. Every time I have came here in the last 3 years, they leave items out or skip notes. The itemized receipt is correct... so the cooks just don't know how to read the tickets. We thought about giving it one more shot today, but today will be the last day we will ever come here again. How annoying is it to drive to get food, come home, then have to turn around and go get the food corrected. read more

My green Chile burger was basically just a cheeseburger I had no chile in my burger. When I asked for them to give me some they stared at me and said they have to see after that they came back with half a spoon of Chile and to get what I wanted they made me pay $2.70 for greenchile that should already be in there. Shitty ass manager read more

The worst attitude, service and food. Ordered extra pickles on the side. Ordered two orders of hash browns. Ask window clerk to verify they were in there She slammed the window, rolled her eyes, grabbed my bag and shoved it out the window. No acknowledgement, no "thank you". Nada. read more

I come when I have quick, close, and edible on the mind! The food is pretty good for fast food ( I am a picky fast food eater.) Eating in the dinning room is something I suggest. The general manager makes rounds asking how you are doing and even offering to refill your drink! I was without a drink once and a crew member even gave me a medium cup to sip on something. Hospitality is great, food is good, Comes out piping hot ( my burned tongue fell victim though ) what else could ya want from a fast food joint! The dinning room is open 24 hours which is awesome when coming home from a concert or late movie. read more

If 0 stars was a thing i would put it. Forgot our burger then proceeded to tell us to pull to the front just to take 30+ minutes to make the food. terrible service, 100% don't recommend. take your money else where, 5 minutes down the road to 31st ave and thunderbird for better service all around. don't understand how it's that hard to run a business with GROWN people working it. read more

The burgers here were meh. The patties were the size of a McDonalds burger. I ordered a burger with no pickles and no mustard and it came up "Dry" with pickles. Proof is in my picture. I would rather go to Sonic Burger over this place. read more

Love some Whataburger always yummy and fresh ! Always a clean and good service restaurant.

Tried here again & Cold burger once again. Disappointed. Always received hot, fresh burgers from other locations. Don't get it.

Fix the obvious wiring problem with the audio in the drive through. Oh, and perhaps carry FRESH lemon slices instead of the "lemon juice" packets. read more

I slept on Whataburger for years because It wasn't my top food places to go to for late night munchies but GURRRLLLL I went there last night at like 2 am cause all the fast food places were closed and I ordered the bbq sandwich and fries with a vanilla milkshake and the guy at the front window was so nice and polite and with all the food I bought it wasn't that expensive, the frys were cooked to PERFECTION, my sandwich was amazing, and my vanilla milkshake was absolute fire, so if your looking for a midnight snack or literally anytime of the day I'd defiantly recommend. read more

This place was terrible. The good they gave me was cold. My sandwich did not have any condiments on it at all. It took A long while to get my food, you will think it was because they were cooking my food. Nope, my food was just sitting there because they forgot my order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the gentleman who was say the drive through was friendly. I will not eat at this location again. read more

I am always so excited to go to Arizona - not for the hot weather, or the cactus, or the great sunsets, the pool, but to get a Whataburger! For those of you in California, you wouldn't know, but Whataburger is awesome - they are open all the time - you can get a burger at 4:00 in the morning or late at night and they are ALWAYS good! read more

Well it was my first time in the "drive thru" ... when i got home with our order #555146 the DBL WB special looked like a hamburger bun sandwich with fajaita mix & an old piece of meat inside !!! I was dissatisfied with my service the other night. 1st time they were out of ketchup and spicy ketchup. So I asked for another sauce and was told I'd be charged if I wanted one. RIDICULOUS!!! I would if I were an owner comp sauces if I were out, because it's my fault. read more

I've never had a bad Whataburger. This location is as good as the rest. Fresh and tasty with great staff. Always hot,if not they will rectify any issues. But I've never had an issue!
