I really don't like reviewing fast food places, and despite having literally dozens of bad experiences here, I've never even been close to leaving a bad review, until tonight. I don't think I'd be very upset if the only problem was that I constantly wait 30-40 minutes for a line that would take any other fast food restaurant 10 minutes to clear. However, for the LITERAL 4th time in a row, they filled a large fry 1/2 full, on top of not getting both Sandwiches I ordered. It's literally 4/5 times that they completely butcher our order. It's sad that I've lived in the area for 4 years, and can't remember a time that I was satisfied with THIS Whataburger. If For some reason management wants constructive advice, I'd highly recommend firing whoever is in charge of this location, because your employees lack urgency to keep even a semi respectful ticket time, and it was solely due to your employees/management inability to be able to delegate basic duties, such as taking orders. I'll probably come back after a while, and if it's better, like I do with all my reviews, I'll remove this, but this place sucks right now, and nobody else should have to waste their time/money on this right now. read more

You never really expect that much service from what a burger but this location takes poor service to whole new lows. Depressingly slow combined with a lack of attention to detail that would be right at home at the bottom of a 5th grade class. Half of our group gave up on ordering and went to Chick-Fil-A or Chipotle instead. Don't stop here. Go anywhere else. read more

I love whataburger but tonight was not it. I got there at 12:30am and I left at 1:13am. I waited almost 45 minutes for my food but they had us pull up to the second window and 4 cars got their food while I was still waiting. So I had to call to make sure they didn't forget and the manager was very nice and profession so thank you to her for bringing us our food. Got home with my food and the fries were fresh but the meat was old and my burgers were cold. Very disappointed after a long day and long wait read more

She even advised me that I could get breakfast or dinner(I had a bad breakfast experience). How wonderful! What's not wonderful is the disgraceful service I received from JERRY the night manager. Not only did he approach the situation with a STANK FACE AND WITH NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE but, after informing him the entire situation he THEN said "actually.. can you repeat that. I had the head set in." Are you serious? He then said, "hmmm, I'll give Jannie a call about this." Really? You see her notes. You see the date. You see her name PLUS HER SIGNATURE?! What more do you need? Other than to simply question my request FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. He then came back. Maybe 3-4 minutes LATER!!!!! to say okay so you want ____? It wasn't even until AFTER he saw me writing this review that he then said "I'm Sorry for that experience" ha. No emotion. No empathy. Just rudeness. What a joke. I won't be back. Sorry Jannie. I came through a late night, a Monday, with a friend from outta town that had never had whataburger and the manager, skyler, was so patient with us deciding what he wanted. I know that it's frustrating dealing with late night guests and he was just very nice and patient. 10/10 do recommend read more

I cannot stress how much my husband and I love whataburger and how often we eat it.. but this here location is becoming less of a hit or miss and more of an epic fail everyday.. the staff is starting to over compensate long drive through lines with rushed orders! You have to hope and check your order is right. Normally I just call them when they ruin my order and get the credit but today has been the worst. I was pretty much over halfway done with my burger and noticed it was bright pink in the middle.. OMG.. the carelessness.. not to mention I am pregnant and cannot have raw meat!!! I'm not one to write a bad review but I continue to have terrible service at this location. I don't even know why I even try to buy food here. Worst whataburger I have ever been to. Terrible service, slow drive thru, and they always mess up on my orders. The franchise owner must understaff their employees and not pay them well, because it is clear that everyone here hates their job. I've come back here and it seems like they have new staff. The store does appear cleaner. It still takes longer for service compared to other stores, but I think they're just in a high traffic area. Food quality is consistent. read more

Took over 30 minutes to get my food out to me while I observed the workers just stand around and talk. Poor service

I never understood why people hated this location so much but now I do. I can confirm they suck and can't get anything right. We ordered a Whataburger combo, subbed fries for apple slices. BIG MISTAKE.Not only did they make us wait 8mins for our food, they gave us the bag with everything but the apple slices. So after going in and asking for them, the guy (super nice, by the way) searched for a good 5 mins for them and I see why, they were nearly expired. The apple slices expire in 5 days and I was basically handed 2 bags of apple sauce--they were that mushy--but didn't realize this until I got home. I feel ripped off. I paid for a combo, but all I got that was edible was the burger and the drink. Ugh! Never again. read more

My first try for breakfast through the drive up. I doubt I'll go back. This Whataburger can't handle the line - excessive waits to place an order and too long to get the food. Order was also NOT correct. The sausage breakfast sandwich was fairly good and the coffee was decent. The hash brown sticks went right in the trash. They had a strong taste of stale grease. This is only my second time going to this location and it was absolutely terrible. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but I ordered one sandwich and it took 25 minutes for me to get my food. When I went to check on it they said the sandwich was done but they were waiting on fries...so unfortunately when I did get my food the fries were fresh and the sandwich was no longer hot. The worst thing though for me was the state of the dining area. It was SO dirty, food sitting on several tables because the trash cans were overflowing. I witnessed two employees instead of taking out the trash simply place more trash on top of the trash can. It was pretty gross and unclean. No one seemed to care. read more

Avoid this location at ALL cost. I would give it a minus 5 review if possible. I sat in the drive-thru lane for 35 minutes (along with every other car - line was not moving) waiting on my food. Finally had to go inside and ask what was happening. They said they were short-staffed and some orders were lost during a shift change. They really didn't seem to care. McDonalds and Chick-fil-a have both figured out how to manage the lunchtime drive through rush hour . Whataburger has not. If you are on a lunch break and value your time, I do not recommend this location. AVOID this location. They are not trained to provide good service. Empty dining room and no drive thru customers, and they STILL can't get an order correct. On top of that, SLOW!
