I started eating at Whataburger a lot more frequently in the last two months and wanted to comment that the food and service at this location has been excellent. I don't leave too many reviews for fast food restaurants but I felt compelled to say that I noticed the level of service to be high for a fast food restaurant. The staff here are friendly, helpful and polite. I'd say on par with any Chick Fil A. Even my son noticed. On top of that, the burgers, patty melt, fries and chicken fingers have been excellent. I've eaten at Whataburger more than any other quick service lately and it's because the service is great and the food is excellent. read more

We stopped by this Whataburger after the Rangers game around 11:05 p.m. since it's close to my sister's house. Unfortunately, my mom's chicken sandwich was served with raw chicken in the center. As soon as she took a few bites and looked inside, it was obvious the chicken was still pink and uncooked. Food safety isn't something that can be overlooked. Serving undercooked chicken can make someone seriously sick, and it's disappointing that this made it out of the kitchen without being caught. We immediately stopped eating it and took photos. We hope this was an isolated mistake, but we wanted to share our experience so others will check their food before eating. We also hope management takes this seriously and reinforces proper cooking temperatures and quality checks with the kitchen staff. read more

Whataburger emailed me a coupon good for a free Breakfast Bowl. The bowl includes a Buttermilk Biscuit, Sausage patty or Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, 2-Hash Brown Sticks, Shredded Cheese and Gravy. If only it actually looked like the way it was pictured. As for the taste, the scrambled eggs were cooked just right, not too dry, not too wet. The sausage was quite salty while the hash brown sticks were underneath the eggs, sausage and gravy and became soggy. The biscuit was broken in pieces on top of everything. Never place an order for curbside pickup at this location. They hate bringing orders out and will try to wait you out ( 15+ minutes at times) and force you to come inside to pick up your order. The guys on the night shift, especially Denzel, are the worst about this. read more

My husband and I ordered from Uber Eats. We ordered 2 burgers, fries, a milk shake and the cinnamon roll. They were so sweet that they threw in 2 free large soda drinks. These sodas were enormous we could barely put a dent in them. The burgers and fries unfortunately came cold since we ordered delivery, but we are sure the burgers would've been great warm. The burgers are massive bigger than my head. They have great flavor and the buns are perfectly soft and pair well with the patty. The milkshake was so yummy! The cinnamon roll was a let down, it was enormous but not as soft as I'd like. The soda was crispy and huge. The fries were pretty close to McDonald's fries but were cold since we ordered delivery. However for fast food it is not cheap, but the portions are huge. We'd def give it another try but in person next time! read more

Visited this place last night around 12AM(Midnight), and when I got there I was like "damn, so many hungry people at this hour." So I lined up behind in the drive-thru line, then one song has fnished, 2 songs are done, 3 songs had been played, 4 songs are over, get to place my order around the 5th song. On average, the length of a song will be around 3:30 mins, so 5 songs = around 18 mins? I spend 18 mins lined up in the drive thru for a late night dinner..... Other than that, the server at the window was polite, didn't look he hates his job too much, and order was correct, food tasted good, I got the extra onion I wanted. So yea, 4 out of 5 star. Next time I'll bring my gun with me though, because the area looked ... unsafe, and having to park there for that long just makes me feel uneased. read more

The drive-thru takes an incredibly long time, and more often than not, I've had to pull around to wait for my order to be delivered to the car. The food will be fresh when delivered. After my order was delivered, I drove home (6 or 7 minutes away). Both our burgers were barely warm and the buns weren't fresh. The fries were cold and stale. Had to stop at the closest WB for breakfast of course. I was stunned at how clean this location is! Food was hot and delicious and nothing wrong with our order. All of the staff from the cashier to the ladies cleaning the dining area, was super friendly and attentive ! I've never seen a cleaner dining area or restroom. Was super hyped to finally have Whataburger. Considering there's none in the LA area, it was time to personally settle the debate between Whata and In n out. So this is where I stand: Whataburger is good and will completely satisfy anyones hunkering for a greasy, quick burger. But there's no comparison to In n Out for me. The quality just doesn't touch what In n Out has to offer. Whataburger resembles more fast food to me, while In n Out serves a better tasting, more savory burger. There's a lot on the menu at Whata, but I went with the classic double meat burger. It was bomb don't get me wrong, but it doesn't quite deliver that magical euphoria an In n Out meal does. It probably doesn't help that this was my second burger of the day, but I could tell it wasn't as refined. The highlight for me was prob the honey chicken biscuit. This slapped and I could totally see myself grabbing one of these every time I hit Whata. Don't get me wrong, I certainly enjoyed my first trip to Whata. I have ordered from this place twice in the past week through Uber and both times my order was wrong. The first time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but received a bun with mustard, pickles and ketchup with no bacon or hamburger meat.
