Pretty decently located McDonald's on Lover's near the other food vendors. They have the self-order touchscreen kiosks on the inside in case you reeeaaally want to minimize your interaction with other people, and our food came out fairly quickly after we ordered it. As for the food, it's a McD's and I think the food is always pretty consistent between stores. It's nice and clean on the inside, and definitely worth another visit from me when I'm in the area and needing a quick bite of food. read more

Have been to this location many times over the last 10 years or so. Today my food was fresh, hot, and tasty, but my Sprite tasted like cleaner! It was disgusting. So many fast food places let this happen to their drinks, but it is very disappointing that this location has followed suit. There has to be a way to check to be certain the cleaner is all rinsed out before starting to serve customers. Hope they figure this out and return to the higher standards that made this location exceptional . read more

The order was given to us exactly as we asked except auds wanted plain tea and was given sweet. She really needed water anyway. Ha ha. My only complaint is that it took quit a while. Even our order took longer than expected. The restaurant seemed clean. It is in an awkward spot, right by the highway which could be good depending on the direction you are heading. read more

I never write reviews, but these night shift workers can't get anything right We ordered a total of 5 items excluding drinks, and noticed we didn't receive one of them a couple minutes away Not that big of a deal to forget an item, whatever. We go back and get it. I go to eat my Big Mac, and after the first bite it's the worst Big Mac I've had in my life. Always want to praise good customer service as I experience it and this McDonalds has it going on!Excellent job to the manager for hiring and training such fine people. Was greeted with a warm welcome at the kiosk, payment was taken wIth a GREAT SMILE and a sincere THANK YOU! The unfortunate fact is that we don't see enough of this when we spend our money. Imagine this: You're walking on the streets, not knowing where to go. You feel lonely and sad, and suddenly you have an urge for chicken. You see those two golden arches right in front of your face and you walk into the door. You only have a $10 bill. You want some McNuggets and an ice cream. You order. You're craving the nuggets while you wait for your ice cream. You see the intimidating employee walk up to you and he hands you your chicken and an empty ice cream cone. "Our ice cream machine isn't working today," he says. You feel your anger rushing inside of you but you restrain yourself from saying anything harsh. "I would like my money back please," you say. He tells you he added extra chicken to your order as you walk away with your empty cone and say "I'll go to Chick-Fil-A from now on. You gobble up the nuggets while driving through the city. Your sadness is too much to handle. You can't do this anymore. You decide to write a harsh review on Yelp and roast the crap out of McDonalds. Not sure if it's an ownership change, management change or what, but the service at this McDonald's has really improved over the last year. The drive-thru service is always speedy and friendly and my meal is placed neatly in the bag. read more

The reason THIS McDonald's gets 5 stars: 1. The employees are super friendly. 2. They have a huge playland with a separate area for toddlers (I have a toddler). 3. They have a separate eating area for people with kids that is inside. 4. They come around to refill your coffee. I never thought McDonald's would get 5 stars, but now that I have a little one, I love that there is a place where we can eat, where my toddler can be a toddler and the service there is awesome. read more

As someone who's first job was here.. i was VERY disapointed... yes its clean..and yes its remodeled.. which is a plus... one of the manager, Elvin, was in the front YELLING and Cursing at the employees.. over orders... come on!! get ur self in check!! there is a lobby full of customers.. no one wants to hear you cut the knees out from under your staff... i don't care how backed up you are... This location is clean and the indoor playplace is BIG. The playplace is not only separate from the rest of the place, but there are tables to eat in the same place as your kids play. Indoor, I love it, especially in crazy Dallas weather. The food and staff are good as well. Thanks for the consistency! read more

Don't try and use any mobile deals the morning manager (Hispanic lady) on Wednesday won't give it to you she was like it's not on the receipt so no when I was trying to show her the barcode on the app for the item she walks away and start chattering with a coworker about it in Spanish like I don't understand Spanish (I'm Hispanic myself) How pathetic of her and rude! Arrived at fast food place 2:30 PM today after exiting Lovers lane onto Eastern and entering their parking lot. Note no cars were in drive thru when I arrived. Entering the parking lot from Eastern does not allow you to speak to the automated order sign and since no cars were in line I instead of circling the building pulled up to the first order window where you pay,, to order a single medium soda. Angie opened window and just looked at me, I said I would like to order a medium soft drink and she said I was not a customer, I said what...Id like to order a medium Dr Pepper or Sprite. She once again told me I was not a customer and refused to take the order. I was dumbfounded. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager...Angie or Angela Berrea I believe was her name....After 5 minutes of this nonsense, 3 cars had pulled up behind me and we all exited since pulling up to the drive up window we are considered non customers. You lost your 1.50 sale to this customer as well as three customers behind me. I went to 7-11 and got a Big Gulp for 79 cents. Congratulations Mc Donald's for hiring a bottom dweller who is running your customers off. I own a business... She would be fired and would have never made manager, But then I'm not a McDonald's franchise. I hope this is not one of Lady Baileys locations because I can assure you she would not approve of telling a customer at the drive up window sitting in their car cash in hand that they are not a customer and running them off. This location has a very difficult and tight parking lot and getting in and out is almost impossible which is why I entered from Eastern instead of Lovers do to backed up traffic at light that won't allow you to turn into the parking lot from Lovers Lane. As Donald Trump would say Your Fired....Angie and don't let the door hit you in your ass.....Poorest excuse for service........I was wearing a shirt shoes and was in my vehicle!!!! You could have handed me a cup of soda in 2 minutes cash sale pushed a button on your automated order screen just like at the inside counter and said Thank You. On Jan 4th I ordered an item that is very close but exactly the same price as another item. As I noticed the incorrect item being handed to me, I shook my head no and said I'd ordered something else. He said 'No you didn't; you ordered xxx' in a rude manner. I said we'd have to agree to disagree but since I'd paid my money I still wanted the product I had ordered. He told me to leave. I said I wouldn't leave until I got my money back or the product I had purchased. He then went and pulled a receipt that confirmed the dollar amt but had the wrong product on it. I told him that didn't matter, I knew what I had ordered and expected to receive that product. During all of this, the manager was arrogant and rude; certainly not customer service oriented, which in turn sent me into a rage. He then started talking about my blood pressure laughingly, like this is where he was hoping to draw me to. I have never gone back, nor has my son who spent hundreds of dollars a month at McDonalds. I know that his $1,500 spent annually probably means nothing to this establishment, but maybe the more people who have experiences like this and express them, will help change customer service for the better. I list the date in the hopes that the manager will be fired. After reading another of the reviews, it would not surprise me if that review refers to the same manager. But let me be clear, all other employees there (with this one exception) have been outstanding at customer service. It's a shame one person brings down the whole place. LJC read more

I live up the street from this restaurant and I have been going there for years, that stops today (2/21/14.) Their employees are rude, combative, and act like your business is inconveniencing them. You will never get any condiments at the drive through even if you order them at the drive through or ask for them at the window. Tonight I was told "we don't give ketchup in the bag," and rolled her eyes when I asked for some, as if I was tapping into her own private stash. I'm sick of being talked down too and treated like garbage by their night crew. me and my family would be known as "Heavy users" by McDonald's corporate standards. I guess I'll just go to Jack-in-the-box from now on and give them my money.
