I have been going to this Whataburger for years. Until I ordered a junior Whataburger, and it was the size of a kids hamburger. It was dry and not good at all. I asked somebody that worked there what happened to the regular size Junior Whataburger and they said that they just started using the kids hamburgers just adding the lettuce and tomato and stuff. Absolutely disgusting. This is our local Whataburger and it has slipped into complete chaos over the past few years but the past few months have been exceptionally telling. Every time we order the order is wrong despite the receipt being correct. The quality is awful. Onion rings and French fries half full, cold and/or burned. This last order was suppose to be no sauce on a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Instead we have no pickles, old lettuce and lots of sauce! We attempted to write emails several times to express our concern without going to a public forum but those emails never received a response. 1st time at this location. Seriously, I have eaten easily thousands of Whataburgers in the last 50 years. For a short time in my life, in between jobs, I managed a very busy store back in the early 1990's.. I've been to over a hundred locations across Texas and beyond. Why the history lesson? This store needs a lot of work ON the staff. I had a simple order, Whataburger meal with cheese and no onions with a coke. What did I get as I drove away? A Whataburger wrapped as a cheeseburger with onions, dry, no tomato, a small order of fries, different ketchup than I asked for and a Dr Pepper. The worst part is the meat was cold and the bun torn. The young lady handing my order to me called out exactly what I had ordered as she looked in the bag and was the one who place the wrong ketchup in the bag. The order took longer than it should have from my experience and I do mean very S L O O O O W. The entire crew did look young. They were all having a great time laughing, however. So a week or so ago I ordered through the drive thru. When I got home, surprise! Not my order but I wasn't goin to go back since I was already home. Tonight I decided to give them another chance and ordered through the app to pick up at the drive thru. Big mistake since there was a line of cars waiting for and to place orders. I am a fan of Whataburger in this Whataburger is right up there with the best of them! I have been coming to this Whataburger for years and ironically I have never reviewed them. It amazes me when I find new places like this that I have been to many times but never reviewed. I can talk about consistency over time because of my long-standing relationship with this particular Whataburger. They have always had great customer service and a quick service drive through. I can come here on my way to work without having to worry about being late for work because of a long line that they could not handle it an efficient manner. I love Whataburger but some locations I cannot say this for. My favorite breakfast meal at Whataburger is without doubt their Taquitos. They come with egg and cheese wrapped in a tortilla with your choice of bacon sausage or potato. Are usually get the potato just because it is my favorite. The others are pretty good too though. I am a Whataburger fan. Maybe some of it is nostalgia but I have become even more appreciative of them during Covid. I don't eat a ton of fast food, but when I do I don't eat in the car, I just go in, order my food, eat it and leave. It usually takes 20 minutes and I am on may way. I am not sure overall which fast food places are drive thru only during Covid times but a good number seem to be and have fooled me where I have gotten out and pulled on a locked door. But Whataburger has been open and that is nice. They have every other table blocked off and do the usual Covid precautions but for me, it is nice that you can sit down and eat your food. read more

I've heard that Texans love their Whataburger. Spoke to a friend the day before and she said the honey butter biscuits are to die for. She also recommended the patty melt. We had some time before our flight out on Dallas on MLK day so me being greedy, we did a quick stop here for their honey butter chicken biscuit. We got two of them and after praying for our food, we took one bite into these enticing biscuits and they were amazing. The honey butter just makes these chicken biscuits that much flavorful. I would order more but then we had to save our stomach for our brunch spot after this. Not too expensive as two of these chicken biscuits came out to be less than $6. Usually when I make my Texas visits Whataburger is a must. Why? As we all know In-N-Out is king where I am from even though there are locations in Texas. They had one person running on the outside to take the orders and the same young man who's training pay also working the window. In other words they had one person doing two jobs.
