Tonight I ordered a Cobb salad with extra chicken and without tomatoes. (Which they handwrote on my receipt) I understand it's hard to keep every order correct. But when I got my salad it had tomatoes on it and one slice of chicken. When I walked up to the front and told the lady at the front the situation. She said "are you allergic to tomatoes? Can you just pick them out? Or do I have to remake this for you" I politely asked her if she could remake it. She had an attitude they entire time. I came to this Whataburger with my wife after a long day. We were greeted by a young man named Jose. He was very friendly and helpful. He basically did everything he could to help us besides feeding us by hand. If I was looking for someone to make manager and eventually into a corporate position I wouldn't pass up Jose. They just finished a remodel. Can't see any difference. They need to look at their employees. Family/friends of employees get preferential treatment. We stood in line and watched this. This location has good food, most of the time the orders are correct. My only complaint would be how slow the drive thru is late at night.
