service could be better, 9/10 times I have to get ahold of someone because they forgot part of my order, got something wrong, or gave me an entirely wrong item. More than a couple times I have ordered 2 6 piece McNuggets, and had received one and then a six piece box full of sauce. How that happens more than one time? One time I ordered through their kiosk(which was having issues, but they still had it up and running with no signs on it) and I ordered a Mc griddle for $1.50, but the kiosk glitched right as I hit the pay button and it ordered a egg McMuffin for me instead. So I use to like coming to this location because they were close to home and had quick service. Recently that has changed. I'm not sure if management has changed or they just don't care but this place is becoming very irritating. When you place your order they come across the intercom nice and friendly. When you get to the window to pay, they're very direct and won't say have a good day or anything like that. Then at the second window, they had you your drinks and then tell you to go park in a numbered spot without a smile or being anyway friendly. So I go park in the spot they asked and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my food. It wasn't a huge order but not a single item either. If I wanted to wait that long for my food, I could go to a restaurant if I was going to wait that long. The quality of the food was also sub par. Opening my double burger wrapper, the slivered onions were all over the bun. Non of them were actually in the burger. There was a single mushy pickle. The only good thing was the bun. The bun waa fresh but other than that, the burger was not what I expected. Then the fries I finally got were cold when I finally.receieved my food. Asked if I could get fresh ones and they said it would be another 10 minutes. For fries???? They take 3 minutes to cook, if that. Working in the food industry myself, I know what expectations should be no matter if it's a restaurant or fast food. For one, this is not fast food but slugging crawling slow food. Second, the quality of the food waa just terrible. Third, when they did hand me my drinks, they were only a third full and when I asked to get them filled, the kis at the window rolled his eyes. Can't tell you how much I love this location. The people are always super friendly (special shoutout to the guy that greets everyone with "Howdy!" and the gal on the drive thru intercom today) and their burgers, fries, and coffee always come out perfect (i always ask for no onions, extra pickles and they always deliver). I've been coming here pretty regularly for the past year, and in that time I've had a few problems related to the app, but anytime that has happened the staff has always helped me get my food quickly with no hassle. With this place specifically, I would advise everyone to not believe every bad review they see, this place is lovely! read more

I used the drive through at around 130 in the afternoon. There was very light triffic with one car ahead of me. Had to shout my order three tiimes and was told that she had to much noise in building. It was a simple order of a Bigmack meal and a Happy meal. when i got to the first window to pay I was told to park in spot 2. The car that was ahead of me was in sport one. another car waiting also. I'm unsure if they typically toast their buns, but our Cheeseburger buns were borderline burnt -- it was a bit ashy and most definitely dry. The employee was trying to calculate the cost of a medium coffee and an Egg McMuffin, 2 minutes into the process I told her how much it was and calculated the change for her. i will never go through a drive in again to have my money taken then told to go park for 5-10 minutes while someone gathers 4-5 order to bring out together and I end up with cold or wrong food. no excuse for young people....management sets rules and if you are going to have x number waiting parking for fast food delivery then send them on from order placement. have one person per slot to run orders and collect money on delivery. Honestly this has had to be the worst experience by far and for some reason it's always this location. I gotten food from here in doordash and let me tell you the three times I ordered and got the food were the worst times. One night I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no salt because I share my fries with my little brother at night that's allergic to salt and a spicy 10 piece when they completely changed my order to a Big Mac and my fries had salt so I had to go to order new Fries. I get to the window to pay and the cashier says you had the 20 piece and 2 quarter pounders? Yes. I paid and once I got the receipt I noticed he did not add the 2 large fries to my order. So I pull up to the next window and confirm that the cashier didn't add the 2 large fries I clearly ordered and told them I'd paid for them because I wasn't charged but they wouldn't fix the problem. Actually like this mcdonalds, very rude morning Latino manager with gel in his hair the slimmer one. I was getting a free coffee like I've done Dozens of times before , while waiting on an order for mcdonalds. Mind you they have had me wait up to 30 minutes before when they are backed up. So the food is ready and the Manger in question demands I take the food confirm and leave. I told him I am waiting on my coffee. He touches my shoulder and grabbed at my phone and I back up. Telling him I'll pick up the order when I leave it took me 10 deliveries to earn this coffee. He called door dash to half way ban me as I got my coffee 30 seconds later. After that order I only get doordash orders from the actual mcdonalds app through doordash. I spent thousands there and facilitated in tens of thousands of dollars.
