The person taking our order got the entire order wrong. We ordered a hot and spicy McChicken but they gave us a normal one and they didn't ask us for our drink size which they got it wrong. So I use to like coming to this location because they were close to home and had quick service. Recently that has changed. I'm not sure if management has changed or they just don't care but this place is becoming very irritating. When you place your order they come across the intercom nice and friendly. When you get to the window to pay, they're very direct and won't say have a good day or anything like that. Then at the second window, they had you your drinks and then tell you to go park in a numbered spot without a smile or being anyway friendly. So I go park in the spot they asked and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my food. It wasn't a huge order but not a single item either. If I wanted to wait that long for my food, I could go to a restaurant if I was going to wait that long. The quality of the food was also sub par. Opening my double burger wrapper, the slivered onions were all over the bun. Non of them were actually in the burger. There was a single mushy pickle. The only good thing was the bun. The bun waa fresh but other than that, the burger was not what I expected. Then the fries I finally got were cold when I finally.receieved my food. Asked if I could get fresh ones and they said it would be another 10 minutes. For fries???? They take 3 minutes to cook, if that. Working in the food industry myself, I know what expectations should be no matter if it's a restaurant or fast food. For one, this is not fast food but slugging crawling slow food. Second, the quality of the food waa just terrible. Third, when they did hand me my drinks, they were only a third full and when I asked to get them filled, the kis at the window rolled his eyes. Can't tell you how much I love this location. The people are always super friendly (special shoutout to the guy that greets everyone with "Howdy!" and the gal on the drive thru intercom today) and their burgers, fries, and coffee always come out perfect (i always ask for no onions, extra pickles and they always deliver). I've been coming here pretty regularly for the past year, and in that time I've had a few problems related to the app, but anytime that has happened the staff has always helped me get my food quickly with no hassle. With this place specifically, I would advise everyone to not believe every bad review they see, this place is lovely! read more

It was my error, but we were so disappointed I called and asked to come back and get the pancakes at the adjusted price for the combo. You usually can't go wrong with certain burgers from McDonald's -- so I thought. We ordered several Cheeseburgers, Hot 'n Spicy McChicken, Fries, and Nuggets. I'm unsure if they typically toast their buns, but our Cheeseburger buns were borderline burnt -- it was a bit ashy and most definitely dry. Our Hot 'n Spicy McChicken wasn't what I remembered -- there was more 'crust' than there was 'meat'. Our fries were completely soggy, and we were missing some nuggets. The employee was trying to calculate the cost of a medium coffee and an Egg McMuffin, 2 minutes into the process I told her how much it was and calculated the change for her. Why doesn't McDonalds maintain hand held calculators for these type of issues. Received the sandwich but had to drive off and wait on the coffee. I gotten food from here in doordash and let me tell you the three times I ordered and got the food were the worst times. One night I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with no salt because I share my fries with my little brother at night that's allergic to salt and a spicy 10 piece when they completely changed my order to a Big Mac and my fries had salt so I had to go to order new Fries. Second order got the same except fries weren't good and they got my drink incorrectly. Lastly which is today, I've ordered a Big Mac meal with large fries no salt, a hot and spicy mc chicken and order another two spicys with bacon and come to see my fries were soaked and cold, and the bacon is not even cooked!!!!! i will never go through a drive in again to have my money taken then told to go park for 5-10 minutes while someone gathers 4-5 order to bring out together and I end up with cold or wrong food. no excuse for young people....management sets rules and if you are going to have x number waiting parking for fast food delivery then send them on from order placement. have one person per slot to run orders and collect money on delivery. Then if I have to wait more than fair amount of time you get the cold meal and I keep my money. This is worse than Sonic. Every time my kids convince to go here I regret it. Something is always wrong with my order. I ordered a 20piece chicken nugget, 2 large fries, 2 quarter pounder meals with large fries. I get to the window to pay and the cashier says you had the 20 piece and 2 quarter pounders? Yes. I paid and once I got the receipt I noticed he did not add the 2 large fries to my order.
