Good burgers and fried fish ! In fact the fish basket will definitely fill the biggest eaters ! Definitely worth the price

Pop Pop Burgers offers a variety of hamburgers and friendly customer service. It's a small restaurant with big flavor! :)

I was in the neighborhood for work and it was about lunch time and I saw this place. Its your basic burger place with a few different options on it.Like a Philly cheesesteak and I believe I saw a catfish basket on there too.Regardless i chose the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a drink.Overall i would say it was pretty solid. The burger was nice and hot and the bun was toasted. And the onion rings were pretty good even though they were frozen. The only complaint I have is it was a little pricey and they were a little skimpy on the bacon.Other then that it was pretty tasty. So if you're in the neighborhood give this place a shot. read more

At fish was great! They give you a lot for the price and the taste was spot on. Crunchy fish and flakey inside!! The order was to go but the smiles from service makes you want to come back. read more

Good burgers, fries, and onion rings here. This is a cute, diner-style place with lots of parking. I posted the paper menu, but there is also a snowcone menu on a wall inside - I will wait until the temps start hitting in the 100's for that :-D The ground beef used is good quality. My fries were OK, but the onion rings were fantastic. I experienced friendly service here and won't hestiate to try them again. The menus on the walls inside are pretty extensive. This was my first time here, so I just got a regular burger with all the toppings. There aren't a lot of tables inside, but I noticed a lot of folks coming in and out for to-go orders. If you're ever out in this neck of the woods, they are definitely worth trying. read more

I was in town for work & saw the reviews and was very glad I came here. I had the catfish basket and it was very well seasoned, crunchy and the fish tasted fresh. The fries were very good I haven't had fries like these, and hush puppies were a nice touch. The young Latina at the front was very sweet, professional and attentive. The service and food makes this a five star joint. I'll recommend this catfish basket to anybody ! read more

Holy Crap GOOD!!!. At first we were surprised at how good we were fed, for the price. Then we bit into the burgers--like little bits of sin in heaven. I'd take a photo, but we devoured it read more

While out thrifting and antiquing, we ran across this little roadside burger joint. Pop pop burgers is a little building off the side of the road with plenty of parking. Walking into a diner style restaurant and up to the boat-converted-to-counter to order off a well displayed menu with lots of choices. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. The restaurant was clean and tables were wiped down immediately as people left. Food came out very quickly and everything was absolutely delicious! Those tots were so hot, crispy and perfect! This little place was so good, that if I'm craving a burger and I'm anywhere near Azle, this will be my go to! read more

You place your order as you enter. A few minutes later and your food is delivered and the food is delicious. I had the catfish basket and my friend had a cheeseburger. Both were excellent and the service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back read more

This place was one of the best burgers I've had! Seemed like it was griddle cooked and just tasted amazing and fresh.

Stopped in around lunchtime to see what all the buzz is about! Pop pop's is a burger and sandwich place just east of Midway road outside of Azle. There is plenty of parking here and if you decide you don't want a sandwich, you can get some Tex-Mex food from the little Taqueria right next-door. But wait there's more! There's a dessert bus, too. There are probably eight or so tables inside the little building. The waitstaff were very friendly and attentive. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with onion rings. I thought it tasted pretty good, but I think there might've been a little bit too much mayonnaise on the sandwich. All in all, this is a pretty good place to eat! read more

Driving through town on the way home from a hiking weekend. This is a clean, small town diner with a very nice and helpful lady taking orders. Nice selection of burgers and they were decent. Definitely a MAGA thing going on here with their slogan, not a fan of that. Wouldn't have stopped here had I known about that. read more

Took my grand daughter there Monday for lunch! The service was great! Our order came quickly and was cooked to perfection. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings, chicken was tender and tasty. My grand daughter had the bacon cheese burger and fries. She said it was delicious but couldn't eat it all. Pop Pop's is clean and everyone is friendly! We'll be back! read more

This place was A+ Great. Food was great, place was clean and most important, the service and attentions where like if you where in a 5 star michelin restaurant. I will definitely be coming back again and again. It's been a while unfortunately that I haven't been to a place where they care about how the customer is feeling. read more

The Philly cheesesteak was very good. The bread was very fresh. The fries were fresh and seasoned but not the style I prefer. They were friendly and explained the menu since it was my first time there. I will be back. read more

Great service, nice laid back backyard type atmosphere. Burgers were tasty and the price is reasonable. I would eat here anytime.

The burger was wonderfully made and tasty. Had a great ratio of meat so you don't feel like you're just eating bread. The fries were just what I needed after I finished work. The service was wonderful, friendly, and kind. A man from the back made sure to come out and check on us, plus the lady that was working up from was all smiles and even came and picked up my trash. The decor of the building was cool and gave the place a nice vibe! read more

Outstanding burgers and fries. Philly cheese steak was very good with onions rings and good tea!

This a a wonderful burger spot! The service was very fast and courteous. The menu board is easily read, and the prices are very reasonable! We had a guacamole Burger and a Mushroom Cheeseburger and an order of their amazing chili cheese fries. The burgers were obviously hand made and cooked to order perfectly. I highly recommend anyone in the Ft Worth/Saginaw area check this place out. However the building is very unassuming, so be careful that you dont miss it. I will definitley come back again. read more

Stopped in on 2-19. Hubby had the wild burger and ate the whole thing. He normally doesn't eat much. He said it was one of the best he's had. I had the Philly cheese steak it was more than I could eat. Came with mushrooms, green peppers, onions and cheese. Very filling and tasty. We were also given a sample of the catfish they just put on the menu. Needless to say we have found our new catfish restaurant! Fresh crispy good sized pieces, instead of the flat pieces you get at a few places around here. The tarter sauce was really good We got two orders of the fish to go. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The dining room is nice with comfortable chairs. We were very happy with our experience and will defiantly be going back. read more

My hubby and I decided to try this cute little food court. The Pop Pop burgers are made with quality meat and the service was exceptional. After we had our lunch, we went next door to the Desert bus, yes I said bus. It was so cute inside and out. We stepped into the bus and ordered watermelon and mango sorbet...it was the bomb. The owners were friendly and let us taste the ice creams before we ordered. I also ordered the mexican corn snack that is like the mexican corn on the cob but cut off the cob and put in a bowl. I took it home. It is awesome. I highly recommend this little food court. You will not be disappointed. They also have a breakfast truck from 5am to 2pm. Not sure of the days that they are open but you will have to give it a try. We went on a Wednesday about 2pm. read more

Great old fashion burger. Fresh and made to order. I'd give it five stars, but the place is hot and doesn't have ac. Definitely will be back. Clean restaurant. read more

Always have had great burgers and fries! If your food is fast then it's not being made fresh! Worth the wait of being cooked and prepared (which isn't that long). Great job Pop Pop Burgers read more

We tried the Pop Pop Wild burger and the Habanero burger. Both were great and we got the funnel fries, our only complaint was that we wanted more lol they are amazing! Will absolutely be back! read more

Excellent food and service! A huge addition to have available for the Funnel Fries would be flavored syrups like strawberry, honey, etc.. It would take this treat way over the Top!! read more

I didn't dine in but the to-go experience was pretty simple and the personnel answering phone was polite. The burgers were absolutely delicious. We got the Pop Pop Burger and the Chipotle Burger and both were amazing. It did take my husband a guessing game and another reading of the menu to see which burger was which cause the containers were not labeled but it's cool, we shared the burgers in half just to try each other's. Like I said, the burgers were amazing. Can't wait to go back! Sorry for the photos, I promise you they have a better presentation (we were just too hungry to wait for a good photo) read more

Good food and service. I usually get the 1000 Island burger and tater tots. Also the funnel fries are good.

Cute little restaurant, the girl who took our order was very nice and accommodating, the food was fresh and tasty. They have it all there, burgers, sandwiches, Phillies (that were huge!), sides, desserts, snow-cones. Would definitely go again! Only complaint is that it seemed to get pretty warm in there. read more

I'm glad I found this little gem right by my new (to me) house. I gave it a try and got the habanero burger. Everything was good about it. The burger was fresh and made from quality ingredients. I don't know what I was expecting for the peppers, but there were at least 2 or 3 full habaneros chopped up on top of the patty. That was a little much for me. I took about half off and it was much better. I was not disappointed with the food. I think I'll try the blue cheese burger next. I wish they had onion rings as a side option though. read more

Quick and easy pick up close to the house and so yummy , fast and just what we ordered
