I ordered the Salvation sandwich with three kinds of ham and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. More importantly, Vicky made the experience exceptional. She is genuinely one of the friendliest people I've met. She brings energy, warmth, and professionalism that makes you want to come back. Everything is fresh and delicious -- especially the bread, which is made daily and makes all the difference. The service is always friendly and prompt, and the place is super clean. The owner is incredibly generous and welcoming, which adds a personal touch you don't find everywhere. A must-visit if you're in the area! The best sandwich shop. Friendly, helpful, and honest. I found them from tiktok and went for ice cream then i want to try the food and im impress. The people that knows me im so picky when it comes to food and i have to say they make it fresh and my way other place ignore your request or just get mad but they went above and beyond just to make their customer happy I'm very very very impressed. so now on this is my sandwich shop please go and try their food. Each sandwich is handcrafted with their own homemade breads and sauces. Your order may take a minute... but it is absolutely worth the wait. After the first try of their Italian sandwich I was so addicted! I've now taken several others and they too are absolutely hooked. The only caution I have, is to be careful when ordering a large sandwich. It is seriously as large as a 12" dinner plate but so good that you will have trouble not overeating past your better judgment. Sweet folks all. read more

Great sandwich shop with fresh bread. Each sandwich carefully constructed however you prefer. I had the California Club it was great. The desserts looked delicious and they also have carry out family size meals for you to take and bake at home. Highly recommend for a delicious homemade sandwich. read more

What a cluster. Ice is out, co2 is spraying everywhere. 7 people waiting on food when we walked in, got their food 10 min later. We ordered, got sprayed with soda and sandwiches took 22 min to come out. Older ladies working are clueless. No urgency in service. Plenty of take outs that were ordered after us were helped long before we got our food. Customers at counter, no employee in sight. Never did fix co2 while we were here after paying for drinks. After an exciting game of tball that ended in tie score or 27-27 We headed over to try this place Reviews said it was pretty good They were correct For a 2 person operation it is a perfect place in between a Schlotzkys and a Jimmy John's Nothing fancy about the place a typical small town building that the road has crept upon Parking at the front is slim and hard to exit so park just to the east of the building But now back to the sandwiches I had a club with Mayo and horeseradish It was fantastic- my wife had a chicken sandwich She raved on it Again for a small town this is a little bit of sandwich heaven! read more

Club sandwich is good. Bread is made in house and meats are cut in house. Decent little salad bar. They have ice cream but we didn't get any this time. Service is friendly. Oh my goodness I absolutely love Alvin, their sandwiches are huge so be very cautious on what your ordering my husband enjoy us the burgers but my favorite is definitely the tuna so delicious!! It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it way better than subway read more

So today after being stuck in meetings all morning I decided to take a quick trip over to Alvin Ord's. I've been really been trying to eat healthier and stuff so when I saw they do a pickle replacement instead of a bun I was pretty stoked. Keep in mind Ive lived here a year and have never gone to Alvin Ords before. It initially took a couple minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order but I figured they may have been doing something so no big deal. I ordered my pickle sandwich and was told it would be there shortly. I begin my wait and start noticing multiple people coming in, being greeted, placing their orders and then leaving with their orders. Meanwhile I'm still standing there waiting. After 30 minutes of the employees asked blindly into the dining area if anyone was waiting on to go orders and I replied "Me". Then I was told "we're getting it". So I continued to wait. After 45 minutes I let them know to just consider my money a bonus for the day, I had to leave and knew I wouldn't be refunded. As I was walking out I was stopped and told "We're wrapping it up right now". By any standard 45 minutes is a long time to make a sandwich but hey maybe this is about to be the best $15 sandwich I've ever had right? Negative! Refer to the photos for the 45 minute "Sandwich". This place is a joke. I was told by a couple customers who were there "If you're not originally from here don't expect service, we don't like all the people moving here". read more

This was major disappointment . Burgers are 8.5p for soy ean filler. Not beef. $35.00 for 3 burgers and 2 teas. And the meat wasn't real?!!!!!!????. How can you charge premium prices for soy bean burgers artificial beef substitute. What would you charge for a real 10p % beef burger? $20.00 each. No fries? . Read some nice reviews both here and on Google so we stopped in for a sandwich for lunch. I had their take on a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was alright, but it wasn't quite what I expected. I was expecting more of a traditional cheesecake and this was more of a cheesesteak made with two pieces of their, I think it is homemade, bread. The bread is very good, it just didn't work for me as a bread for cheesesteak. I expect a roll that holds all of the stuff together. The taste was good, although I would have preferred the onions a little more cooked, and the service was friendly so no problems at all there. I will give them another try sometime because I think that my visit suffered a bit from expecting one thing and getting a sandwich that was more of a case of their take on a Philly cheesesteak. read more

We really enjoy this place but do not enjoy the attitude given to us when we come in close to closing. If you don't want to serve your customer base until your closing hours then they should be changed. They are already an early closing. You'd think with all the restaurants coming to town they would value every customer. read more

We went there for the salad bar because salad bars are getting hard to find, we were very disappointed. Everything on the bar was out? We told the lady at the counter and she put just enough for the 2 of us to make a small bowl? And did not restock it. For the price it was not a good deal. Our sandwiches were decent. we did carry out. Hot grilled sandwiches steamed in the styrofoam takeout boxes so were soggy by the time we got back to the office three minutes down the road. I didn't see prices in the board but it was $35 for two medium sandwiches, chips and drinks. maybe a better experience in person, but at that price I can make a super fancy sandwich at home. read more

Really want to like this place but the service is absolutely terrible. Walk in and wait, and wait & wait. Order took forever as well. 2 customers in front of me picking up orders complained as well when they finally received their sandwiches. Finally got mine and did not receive the Jalapeño bread I requested. White bread was good but way too soft. Took one bite & whole sandwich falls apart. Lettuce, Onion & Tomato seemed very wet plus the heavy mayo made for a giant mess. read more

I travel all over for work. I found this place searching for a quick bite and didn't want fast food. The food here was fantastic, the bread was great, and the super great staff provided awesome service. The young woman who rang me up was so friendly and informative. She helped me pick the chicken with creamy jalapeño sandwich. She said it was one of her favorites, and she absolutely did not lead me astray. 10/10 will be coming back here when I'm in Springtown. read more
