My husband and I love this location the staff is super nice we always come through the drive through at all times of the day it doesn't matter is it's 12pm or 1:30am we're always greeted with kindness. Our food is ALWAYS fresh and hot unless it's a milkshake of course;). The few times we had an order "mess up" they were so so quick to apologize and correct it even if it was something small like forgetting a sauce. Worst part though is that the manager cooked tacos, added cheese to them, all while talking on the phone, holding phone with gloves hand, and scratching her face with the same gloves while preparing the food. I waited about 10 mins for my food, which I did not mind as I enjoy fresh fries and hot sandwiches . When I am handed the food, I check the bag to make sure the meal is complete. All is there so I take off. I will note that the drive thru tech was really nice and friendly. I get home, open the containers and ... let me just say, these are the sorriest sandwiches that I have ever seen! The chicken patty was cold, the tomatoes were cut so thin and no lettuce on the thinnest sliced buns! My husband's double bacon cheeseburger had no bacon and was cold as well as cold curly fries! I've only been here twice, and both times I've ordered the same thing, Texas double cheeseburger. The burger is OK but the problem I always run into, is the distribution of the condiments. Tomatoes pickles, whatever they're throwing on, it was just thrown on. In the last case all three tomatoes ended up in a stack, And it isn't like they were as big as the meat patty. They were all on one side of the sandwich like the pickles and all other things that were thrown on. They're just piled up right next to each other without being distributed in a manner that most people will prepare their burger. So all in all, don't expect much. If you want something basic to eat this is a place to do it, but if you want my opinion, if there's a Braum's nearby to make your burger while you're waiting and they don't usually just pile the condiments on top of each other like they're stacking poker chips. read more
