Ordered today. Nothing given was made correctly. 3 combos, no fries given. Ordered the hot munchie meal, got 4 tacos (comes with 2) and they were made with lettuce when ordered without. Burger was completely missing. 1 of the drinks was missing. Son gets home with order, sees everything that is wrong, and heads back. Manager was rude and said to get out after food was remade. Still missing an order of fries and a drink. We ordered mobile pick up, and it's about 15 minutes from our house. My son gets there and still has to wait around 15 more minutes before he gets our food. Overall horrible experience and will NEVER go back. My husband and I love this location the staff is super nice we always come through the drive through at all times of the day it doesn't matter is it's 12pm or 1:30am we're always greeted with kindness. Our food is ALWAYS fresh and hot unless it's a milkshake of course;). The few times we had an order "mess up" they were so so quick to apologize and correct it even if it was something small like forgetting a sauce. Service is somewhat slow at this location. Staff seemed like they didn't care about it either. Food is regular. Worst part though is that the manager cooked tacos, added cheese to them, all while talking on the phone, holding phone with gloves hand, and scratching her face with the same gloves while preparing the food. She saw me taking a picture of it at one point too and just walked to the side, but I could still see her and she didn't ever change the gloves. read more

I had a craving for curly fries so I stopped here to pick up a spicy chicken sandwich and double bacon cheeseburger with curly fries. The drive thru was not busy and my order was taken right away. I waited about 10 mins for my food, which I did not mind as I enjoy fresh fries and hot sandwiches . When I am handed the food, I check the bag to make sure the meal is complete. All is there so I take off. I will note that the drive thru tech was really nice and friendly. I get home, open the containers and ... let me just say, these are the sorriest sandwiches that I have ever seen! The chicken patty was cold, the tomatoes were cut so thin and no lettuce on the thinnest sliced buns! My husband's double bacon cheeseburger had no bacon and was cold as well as cold curly fries! I've only been here twice, and both times I've ordered the same thing, Texas double cheeseburger. The burger is OK but the problem I always run into, is the distribution of the condiments. Tomatoes pickles, whatever they're throwing on, it was just thrown on. In the last case all three tomatoes ended up in a stack, And it isn't like they were as big as the meat patty. They were all on one side of the sandwich like the pickles and all other things that were thrown on. They're just piled up right next to each other without being distributed in a manner that most people will prepare their burger. So all in all, don't expect much. If you want something basic to eat this is a place to do it, but if you want my opinion, if there's a Braum's nearby to make your burger while you're waiting and they don't usually just pile the condiments on top of each other like they're stacking poker chips. read more

I understand that when I get "fast food" there is a varying quality. However show some standard. There is no reason that my ultimate cheeseburger beef patties to both be burnt and cold, my bun be rock hard, and fries cool to the touch. Between my Wife, Daughter, and I we spent over $32.00 and it simply isn't worth it. If these people have standards, it is dog water low. I wasn't totally impressed. I got the number 29 with fries instead of hashbrowns, with a dr pepper. My fries were still gritty and were cold. Paris extra for that. Not worth it. My sourdough did not taste like sourdough. My egg was not cooked all the way. It was still runny. My jr. bacon cheeseburger was good. Also had one egg roll and it was good. They literally throw my food at me and then when I ask for sauces they cop an attitude. Then I ordered literally sausage everything on my order 5 mins ago and they gave me Ham. Disappointed. Every table had crumbs. Urinal had been ripped off wall in men's room. Men's room was out of soap and towels. If they don't pay attention to these things, it makes me wonder about the food prep areas. Really appears to be going downhill, but is obviously a management issue. We tried this location again yesterday, to give them a chance to see if they improved since our last visit: NOPE. It seems they finally changed the oil, but to no avail: our croissants and hash browns were luke-warm at best, probably prepared 15-20 minutes BEFORE we ordered them. They don't care any more. Ever since their complete staff change last November, they just don't serve good food or have any competent staff any more. Stay away from this poor franchise location. As I mentioned before, you're better served by the JIB location in White Settlement (OMG, stay away from the JIB in Lake Worth, too. The lady that's been working there for 100 years is the unfriendliest person ever, and sometimes I think she deliberately screws up your order). read more
