Love their tacos. And they are friendly. Especially the one on 730 north. Hope I got it right.

Literally the best tacos in town. I usually drive to Ft.Worths Westside for street tacos. Not anymore.

I am absolutely not exaggerating when I said this is by far the worst brunch I have ever had in my…read morelife. I was taking my sister-in-law out for her birthday brunch, and I had selected the place and have never been more embarrassed. We had a reservation and showed up there and didn't get seated until 15 minutes after arrival even though the place wasn't busy at all. They told us to wait while they clean the tables which took 15 minutes but once we got escorted to our seats, they asked us to wait to sit down so they can wipe out the table. It took us another 15 minutes to finally place our orders. The waitress Bonnie was really nice enough to let us know that they were shortstaffed. However, there was barely anyone they were waiting on, but also there were at least three servers wiping out windows and doing other random things that could've been used towards serving. We ordered very simple things for brunch and when our food arrived, it was the most hideous looking plates I had ever seen in my life. My fiancé is chicken fried steak plate showed up without the steak. My brother-in-law's plate had the saddest looking hashbrowns. And don't even get me started on the eggs. Every single person's eggs were raw. And by raw, I mean actually running raw where you touch the egg and it explodes into translucent gelatinous liquid that made all of us wanna throw up. When Bonnie saw that I hadn't touched my egg and asked if I wanted a different cooking I told her I'm fine but she said she would be OK with getting me a different egg since I looked absolutely mortified. But when the new egg arrived, it was also the exact same. The only thing that was cooked was the top and the bottom. Everything in the middle was translucent. And don't get me wrong. I love my over medium eggs and sunny side eggs where the white is cooked, but the yellow is raw, but this was a case where the entire egg was raw and that was the case with every single one of our eggs. I really don't quite understand how as a brunch place you have one job is to cook eggs right and you fail so miserably at that. We ordered the French bites for the table and reminded our waitress three times that we hadn't received them and While getting the check. She was shocked that they still hadn't arrived and was still trying to get us to wait until they arrive when we told her no don't worry about it. Please remove it from the check cause we're done eating and no longer want any more disappointment. The last straw was us ordering the mini pancakes from the kids menu for our three year-old and the plate showing up with five giant pancakes. That right there is what's wrong with America. What if healthy parents do not want their three-year-old to have the opportunity to finish five large stacks of pancakes. All of us felt terribly sick after eating those raw eggs and literally could not stop talking about how terrible this experience was. I have literally never seen my brother-in-law not finish his meal no matter how nasty it is. And for him to not eat, the rest of the eggs was absolutely telling.

They led us to the table and proceeded to then actually clean it in front of us. From there, these things happened: 1) Eggs undercooked to the point of rawness even after they tried again. 2) Forgot an item of the order, even after two reminders. 3) Overhead a waitress complaining about a small tip to another table. 4) Waitress would get checks instead of taking tables food orders. 5) and eggshell on top of my fried egg. 6) Messed up our check. Don't go here. Food subpar and overpriced. Ambiance a cut rate diner. Service a bunch of unprofessional complainers, acting like they were understaffed for brunch time for a brunch place.

Wait Time 5/5 We came during 2026 World Cup weekend at 11:00 on a Sunday -- peak business time -- and we waited only 10 minutes for a table of four. I was genuinely shocked we were seated so soon. Drinks were quick and always full, Food was prompt and hot. I truly do not have anything negative to say! Allergies 5/5 I'm allergic to a lot of things and they handled it so seriously. They flagged my order in their system and even used allergy picks on both the gluten free pancake and my best friend's gluten free grilled cheese so our dishes were clearly marked and kept separate from our husbands' food. Dysh (our amazing server) was very knowledgeable about their allergy policies and I felt like I was in great hands! Service! 5/5 Shout out to all the amazing staff who made me feel like family. Especially Dysh, who inspired our next vacation location and told us Snooze history! She never missed a beat the entire time we were there and truly made our Pro tip: ask your server about the merch. You won't be disappointed! Thank you for the vibes and we will 1000% be back!

There's several items on the menu that looked amazing and I couldn't figure out if I wanted a Benedict or avocado toast, so I guess I'll have to go back and give it another try! I did get one solo sweet potato pancake to go and then I got the classic breakfast with three eggs. everything was perfectly cooked (like I specified with my modifications, which sometimes throws restaurants off and I know it's a little complicated) to ask for crispy bacon and crispy hashbrowns, but it's just how I am. I was very grateful that the butter was actually melted on the bread unlike other local breakfast places around town where the bread comes out cold and they give you the butter on the side. Oak milk latte was awesome on ice - very cute booths and tables inside, very clean inside. Had an amazing server who was prepared to answer all of my questions about drinks and the way that food was served and prepared and also gave food recommendations. His name was Johnny - I would recommend him over and over.

None of our meals disappointed us and we left very satisfied by the experience. Memories for a lifetime! Most folks were dressed up (Including me and my partner...ironed starched blue jeans, smart collared shirt, cowboy boots and cowboy hats are very acceptable here). While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.

I might try them again another time and see if I have a different experience. I saw that they had a $17 buffet on Tik Tok so I decided to check it out with a friend. A lot went wrong that was out of the restaurants control- they had no idea that someone posted them and were not prepared for the sudden influx of people. We waited and waited and waited to be seated and then had to wait again for the buffet line ( over an hour and a half before we were eating). They had two servers for the entire restaurant and those women were hustling. The restaurant has a tin roof and with all the people going in and out and the hot grill at the back, I felt like we were eating outside. Everyone was sweating. It.was.so.hot. When we reached the plates for the buffet line , they were all greasy as if they hadn't been washed properly. The food wasn't bad, but the best things by far were the pancakes and French toast made to order . I also liked the cheddar sausage and biscuit.
