Went here for late breakfast this morning. Everyone was really friendly. Cute country decor well priced food and great service, Great way to start my week! I had breakfast tacos with chorizo hash browns and coffee.

This is the place to go. Delicious breakfast every single time. Served past noon. Fluffy pancakes, crispy French toast, crispy bacon, yummy eggs, perfect hash browns. Great sweet tea. You will eat it and you will like it. So it takes a few minutes. GOOD food takes time.

As a new resident to the city of Azle, I'm always looking for a new place to have a wonderful breakfast. Let's start with walking into the establishment. They do not require to wear a mask entering and many patrons do not wear them even some of the wait staff as well. This made me feel a little uneasy, but having the choice where to sit we thought we would be okay. Once people arrived, we didn't feel so safe after all. The waitress was nice but was very "new" as she did not know much about the items on the menu. Moving on to the food. The coffee was actually really good and they had flavored creamers which is always a plus. My husband got their breakfast sandwich with home fries. My husband hates bell peppers so they were nice enough to make him a new batch of home fries. I would say the sandwich is a regular sandwich. I ordered their country fried steak breakfast which was all very good. We love pancakes and I was unimpressed with them. The batter wasn't sweet so the pancakes were bland. Overall, the first experience wasn't as I hoped to go. I will probably not return to this place, and there aren't many small hole in the wall places here from what I can see.

Good small town cafe, pleasant smiles, plenty of coffee! Breakfast/Brunch time easy seating. 2Egg plate with bacon, ham, hash and biscuit with cream gravy did not disappoint!! Large fluffy blueberry pancake was better than anyone else in the area!!! Huevos rancheros was on point BUT came out luke warm. It would have been amazing had it been hot! :-/ All in all will give them a second try to see if this can be rectified...

Chicken Fried Steak (cold and under seasoned)

It's a cute and casual restaurant with good service but the and food was just okay. We ordered Chicken Fried Steak, a vegetable omelette, French Toast, Breakfast Tacos and a waffle on the side. The Chicken Fried Steak was cold and underseasoned. The French Toast was gummy and undercooked. The Breakfast tacos were a little salty but pretty good and the vegetable omelette was good. I ordered an English Muffin as a side and it was very tasty even though it was soggy with some butter type alternative. I love butter so it was working for me even though I know it's not a very healthy choice. I did squeeze some off though, so I'm feeling pretty good about that (lol). The waffle was fairly standard but dense, and the syrup was not very sweet; uncanny.

Homemade biscuit came with a side of gravy!

Smalltown feel, with delicious food. I can't tell you how many fancy places mess up eggs!! This was Perfect. Service was great and they were very busy. I recommend a stop here!

It's located right under the anytime fitness, I was feeling extremely drained and needed fuel Took a chance on this random place and it was GREAT!! Loved the food! Decor is really blah but it's a good food, so hey gotta make money to improve other things. Definitely eat here!

The place is warm and decorated for Christmas, equipped with tree and all! There are tables are chairs inside that seats a minimum of 34pp and 30pp outside. Lots of room if you need to add even more seating! We're excited to get golfing and the staff is ready to receive us, help us prepare and get us going for today's event. To get me "going", I need fuel and that means... In the restaurant area, I ordered "The Platter" which is your basic eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast breakfast. The potatoes are tater tots and you get a choice of white or wheat for the toast. My breakfast was very nice. It was a rainy and cold day on the golf course so I came back inside for a break from the elements and decided to have another meal. Since it's 1pm, we'll call it lunch, but I was feeling like French toast. The girls behind the counter made it for me with a smile. In addition, when I asked the girl behind the counter if they had hot tea, she said no, but.... She likes to make herself a tea drink by warming up their ready made sweet tea and add cinnamon and vanilla creamer. I was sold! I drink my tea with sugar and half n half, anyway. I swear I was British in my past life! She whips one up for me and for free. What a sweetheart! I will def be back. Maybe for dinner. Hahahaha! Just kidding! We gotta head back to San Antonio tonight. If you golf here, make sure to stop in for a bite to eat. These workers will whip up some comfort food for ya!

You come here for a specific vibe and that vibe does not conform to typical restaurant standards. So do with that information, what you may. The ambiance is probably the best of any lakeside establishment I have been to so far, garage doors open the dining room up to fresh air and sun. The only downside is that the marina building block most of the beautiful view. The menu was full was creative names that make you giggle as you read them. We started the fried floaters (fried pickles) and fried ritos (fried burritos) to start. Both were good the fried Rito's were reminiscent of all famous burrito, although not quite that good still delicious although they were quite large. I was expecting something that looked more like an egg roll and these were full-size burritos so keep that in mind before ordering. For my main course, I had the Tom's classic burger, was a little disappointed as it was less flavorful and a little bit drier than I expected it to be. The fries and everything else were great. We skipped dessert this time. The staff were all very polite and professional, overall I liked this place I probably won't go back just because of the distance. I gave it four stars because of the burger quality. Also FYI, like many lakeside grills, they still allow smoking at this particular establishment so be aware, in case that's something that bothers you.

Also I watched burgers being delivered to tables around us at 11:40am before we received our special consideration lunch. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. He served us right away with the honey butter croissants, which was so delicious, crispy and melts in your mouth. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp Alfredo and the seasoning on the shrimp was so good. I wish the pasta was more al dente, since it was on the softer side. Aside from that, the garlic bread was also really yummy. I wish there were two of those. We also got the Buffalo Chicken wrap, which comes with two wraps cut in half. It was super filling and the fries were nice and crispy. Our waiter suggested to have the wrap with lettuce instead of cabbage and with bacon, so that's what we ordered. But when we got there & the 5 of us got seated the waitress informed us that they were out of the Monte Cristo. HOW could you be out of a sandwich that has so many ingredients that you can purchase at any grocery store? Not only that but when our grilled salmon was served it was not lying on a bed of rice as usual & it was served to all 3 of us with no comment or explanation given. I had to ask about it & was told that they ran out of rice & were cooking up more that would be ready in about 30 minutes. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! It appeared that the kitchen was being poorly managed and the wait staff had not been trained to deal with situations like these. We should have been offered a rain check on both the sandwich & the salmon or at least had it deducted from our final bill. We go to Cheddars frequently & have never encountered such a poor experience before. Thank goodness the croissants & cheese bites were delicious as usual. However the unavailability of the Monte Cristo was a big disappointment & our grandson ordered a cheeseburger instead, which he ate only half of. I sincerely hope that the management corrects these issues before our return. As a side note, our salmon which we had ordered med-rare came out medium to well-done, but we ate it anyway. In the past when we have ordered our salmon med-rare it was served cooked correctly. And a side of glazed carrots was served cold which I sent back & had reheated. I don't know if Cheddars is under new management or if it was just a bad night in the kitchen. The one bright spot was our waitress, Julietta, who was training a new employee, but was pleasant & efficient with our food service. Unfortunately, she had not been trained in how to deal with dissatisfied customers. A manager should have been called over to talk with us. Like I said, we eat at Cheddars frequently & this one experience will not dissuade us from returning, but I felt that someone should know about the bad experience we had in hopes that the problems will be corrected. The staff was fast and efficient (not to get confused with rushing). The building inside consisted of 3 TVs, a soda fountain, and other common appliances in a fast food place. The roof inside looks incomplete but minor to the eating experience. The food I ordered was the Half Philly / 5 Wings Combo (which included an empty cup) and Boss Rings (onion rings) and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and piping hot and almost burned my mouth! (I'm okay. This was a good thing). The Half Philly had a punch of flavor and the dry lemon pepper seasoning (there was a variety of wet and dry seasonings) was great, yet for my taste it was a bit salty and oily (though it doesn't affect rating because it's a personal opinion). The fries were okay as they lacked salt but were surprisingly crunchy. I assumed the cook tried to compensate the salt for lemon pepper seasoning yet it wasn't enough. Though, it is justificable because I arrived and ordered at the establishment near closing time. The onion rings were crunchy and had a funnel cake like flavor and could fill up a person's stomach. The oil was not excessive but rather light which is more suitable for heath-conscious individuals. Thank you so much for the dine-in experience. I look forward to visiting again.
