They have breakfast, lunch and dinner specials listed on white boards. The food came out bits at a time and still managed to be ice cold. The pancakes and French toast wouldn't melt the butter and the hash browns were raw. The eggs were cold also. Like I said, hit or miss here. Today just wasn't our day. I gave them 3 stars based on other times I have been there, but truthfully, today was a 1or 2.

Genuinely frustrated -this visit was the worst! I've seen…read moreso many videos and posts online about how amazing Dutch Bros is(the friendly service, consistently great drinks, and attention to detail). Unfortunately, none of that has ever matched my experience at the Azle location. I've given this Dutch Bros multiple chances because I wanted to love it like everyone else seems to, but almost every visit has been disappointing (unless I order something simple like a blended lemonade). At this point, it honestly feels like the staff could benefit from more consistent training. This visit was by far the worst. For a drink that ended up costing me around $10 after modifications and I left a good tip on top of that, I expected a handcrafted beverage-not a cup that looked like tan milk with a layer of syrup sitting untouched at the bottom. My significant other even looked at it and immediately said, "That doesn't look right." Sure enough, it tasted exactly how it looked: mostly milk, while all the sweetener I paid for had settled at the bottom because nothing had been mixed together. I know that ordering an iced latte 1 shot of espresso will mostly taste like flavored milk and I was prepared for that but it what I got was not that! I also paid extra for cold foam, but what I received was a thin, watery layer that barely covered the top of the drink. I actually watched through the window as my drink was filled completely to the brim before the cold foam was added, leaving almost no room for it in the first place. It looked more like watered-down milk than the thick, cream cold foam I paid extra for. When I politely asked if I could have a little more cold foam at the window, I was told that's how they're instructed to make it because they have a certain cup for cold foam. I was then told that if I wanted more, I should ask for "extra" next time. I completely understand there are standards to follow, but when you're already paying extra for cold foam, it shouldn't disappear after one stir. As I drove away, I tried mixing the drink myself. The tiny bit of foam dissolved immediately, the syrup sank right back to the bottom, and then I realized there wasn't any caramel drizzle at all( I had requested that the cup be lined with caramel and have caramel drizzle on top. After a long day, I barely had time to stop and treat myself to a sweet drink. Instead, I spent $10 on a drink that wasn't made correctly, tipped before I even received it, and left feeling like my order wasn't given any care or attention. It was not just a drink that didn't match my taste it was a drink that simply wasn't made as ordered. Between the unmixed syrup, missing caramel drizzle, and barely-there cold foam, it felt like several parts of my order were overlooked. I genuinely don't enjoy leaving negative reviews because I know mistakes happen, and I know working in customer service isn't easy (I genuinely try to always see the positive and try not to nag). But after going multiple times and being disappointed EVERY TIME, it becomes a pattern rather than a one-time mistake! Dutch Bros has a reputation for amazing drinks and customer service, and that's simply not what I've experienced at the Azle store. Come on, bro... do better. A handcrafted drink should actually feel handcrafted. If getting a refund for a poorly made drink were easy, I would've requested one because this drink ended up being a complete waste of my time and money. I know I'm not the only person who would be disappointed after paying for a drink that wasn't made as ordered over and over again!
