I recommend to use the app if you want your food to be rung up correctly, or speak loudly or speak above averagely loud as staff have a tendency to mishear and ring up incorrectly and not read order back. Definitely write down what you want as a backup plan and avoid the female manager in the mornings as she was extremely rude multiple times when I brought back my order being completely incorrect and dripping in mayonnaise which I am deathly allergic to. Was given an attitude and questioned about the 3 previous visits that this has happened and this led me to a temporary 'ban' from my favorite place to eat as an ex employee it hurts a bit to be accused for no reason and treated like I'm asking for a replacement and refund and a free dessert! Don't go here if you're hungry or want good value for your money. I got the Harvest Chicken Salad sandwich* ... it was almost all bread and lettuce, with just a smear of "chicken" salad. I put chicken in quotes because I'm not sure there actually was any in the puny mayo/raisin spread that didn't even go to the ends of the croissant slices. My side was an extra $1.25 -- a small, half-filled container of the mushiest and most bland macaroni and cheese I've ever had. I couldn't finish it, it was so gross. To the owner, manager, or whomever else might reply: please don't bother, especially with corporate-speak. You know you're engaging in shrinkflation, so let's not pretend otherwise. You come in and it's a nice clean environment. Lots of seating areas. You come in and order and then sit and they bring it out to you. You have various options between salads, sandwiches and soups. Today, I had all of my hopes restored in customer service. We arrived, they were somewhat busy, but took our orders.. made sure they were accurate and gave us our numbers for our orders. Now when I tell you that our orders were served to us before we could really even sit down. They brought our food out in record time... and it was hot and perfect the way we ordered it. So I thought maybe it's just what we ordered... Every single person eating lunch while we were there had the exact same service. I am 55 and have never...I mean never seen people served this fast. I talked to Kendrick one of their managers to tell him of the service... He said they are under new management and this is how they are expected to operate. Now, I know what you might be thinking... that's what they are expected to do.. so they just do it, not the case. When you look around and see all of the employees... they are smiling, having a great time. They all took pride in their work and worked together as a team. Whomever the new Manager is, please share your secret with all the other food service entities in Weatherford... we are dying to have customer service like this. I really thought Customer Service was dead.. the undertaker had hauled of the body... But thanks to McAlisters in Weatherford... it's back like the real Slim Shady!!!! I've been coming here regularly since they opened about 6-ish years ago. The head manager and shift managers are good at their jobs. Some of the employees have been working here for several years, which is rare in the restaurant industry. Food is consistent and the portions are decent sizes. Of course the tea is great and they have huge lemon slices as well as multiple iced tea flavors (green, mango, berry, etc). Mcalisters overall does a good job of offering seasonal specials on the menu. Prices are on par compared to other fast causal restaurants ($7-9 per person pre tax...$1.99 kids meals) This particular locations can get quite busy at lunch time. Regardless, the lines move pretty quickly. To-go orders come out fast, as do regular orders. The day shift is usually more responsive to refill needs than the night shift. The floors can get a little dirty right after a rush, but I see employees sweeping and cleaning tables quite frequently when I visit. This is a great place to eat if you're a local or just traveling through town. I prefer this location over other locations in the metroplex. read more

When I arrived, I checked in to let them know I was there to pick up my order. I finally called at 12:07. She said she would send someone out with my order, but nobody came. I waited another 15 minutes and called again. They finally brought my order out that time. After waiting 40 minutes to get the food, it was all cold. I eat here regularly for lunch due to its close proximity to my office and the healthier options. The food is good, however the service continues to decline. They are always under staffed during the busiest hours. Today the restaurant was 77 degrees inside and there was only one person working the register at noon! The manager was filling in when he could, but it still takes forever to order. The workers on the register have to fill all the drink orders too. This is crazy to me!
