Good: 1. Food 2. Service 3. Atmosphere 4. They donate to First Responders We stopped in to try out a new place to eat and we weren't disappointed. I gave the meatball sub a try, and it was great. I found out the hard way that I'm not a meatball fan, but the sandwich was great and I continued eating it even though I didn't like the meatballs. The meatballs were tasty and the whole sandwich was great. We also ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich which was amazing as well. Definitely have a new favorite sandwich place. read more

Located on west side of interstate just what we wanted for food after long drive from Odessa, TX. We have eaten at several locations in Collin county and not disappointed with food and service. Extra bonus was attention to customer needs. The beverage station ran out of Coco Cola syrup and they got it refilled right away when asked. Also we forgot to scan the Firehouse app when paying for our food to get loyalty credit. We asked the supervisor to help and he took care of it. New policy to allow customer to get credit even if app not scanned at time of purchase. So overall service and food was great. read more

Service was good! There was 3 employees they were very fast. I'm giving 2 stars because for $11.00 for a medium sub (the steamer) that came with 2 kinds of meat (no veggies) it definitely should have had more than one slice of each! I e been going to this firehouse subs for 4 years now and they have not once been a disappointment! The sandwich is always ready when I arrive and nicely prepared! If I had anything negative to say it would be I order no pickle and it's kinda a hit and miss with that? No biggie I just consider it a waste of money for me to receive it and just have to throw it away! But at least it's on the outside of the wrapper and doesn't touch my sandwich! To me restaurants are struggling with costs rising higher each year. I think every penny they could save will add up to a good savings for the company! I also wish they did curbside for the disabled and mobility challenged people! I know it's a hassle but I believe they would increase their sales. Just look at all the grocery stores now! They are busy inside and curbside! I talked to a employee at curbside when I went to pick up my groceries and he said they had over 150 curbside orders place almost every day! Well got off track! The sandwiches were warm and delicious. My son said very cheesy and loved the free kids meal and hat. Sunday is under 12 get free kids meal. The whole family enjoyed the freestyle coke machine and kind service. I ordered the club and got the large but should have settled on the medium. Quick service and a clean restroom. read more

Edit: Raising to 3 stars because I was finally able to get hold of someone who could help me, and the issue was resolved. I placed an online order, and before submitting payment, the estimated time ready was 8:50pm. After payment was submitted, the confirmation stated 10:30am the next day. Manager at the store informed me that online orders after 8:30pm were not accepted (but they did accept it, and we didn't want the sandwiches tomorrow). I was then informed that there was no way to cancel the order, no way to refund my money, and could not give me contact information for anyone that could or would help. He told me that he'd seen this happen a couple of other times and the people were able to recover their money, but did not know how. I attempted to call customer service about this, but apparently they close at 8pm, and when I attempted to fill out the "contact us" form on firehousesubs.com, the submission was rejected. read more

Me and my husband love this place! We come at least once a month and it never disappoints! I always get the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich, I am stuck on it, it's always so good! But I have had other sandwiches and enjoyed them as well! Love that every time we come in they greet us. Also love the concept that donations go to the local firefighters. It's great to have firehouse subs in Weatherford. The other franchise sub shops suck. All their subs are great. And the biggest plus is they have a water filter system that eliminates the taste of the cities swamp water. Other restaurants in Weatherford need to follow their lead on this. This will be a regular stop for us. read more

This is one of two best sub places that I know of in DFW, and the best I know of in Weatherford. Fresh ingredients and quality meats. Even my wife likes this place and she's pickier than hell. The staff is helpful, friendly, and engaging too. I'd come every day if I could. read more

I have eaten at a Firehouse subs in Fort Worth SEVERAL times before one developed in Weatherford. I have ALWAYS LOVED IT! So I don't think it's a surprise to say that I was SUPER excited when they built the one in Weatherford! I eat there every now and then and I absolutely LOVE it! Chips, and desserts were empty. Floor was dirty. I assumed they had maybe just finished a lunch rush.... fine. Multiple customers waiting for food, a few asked for refund. As the lady was giving refunds she was trash talking co workers. We did get a coupon for free drink and chips for having to wait so long for our food. When the server brought our food he dropped my sons food on the floor. We had already waited 15 minutes for our food. Then when the sandwich was remade it was made wrong. I love fire house subs but this location needs some help. I saw at least 6 employees, so I wouldn't think they were short handed. read more

Ordered a salad & the lettuce was so gross, I asked to speak to a manager, but alas, she was "on break" & couldn't talk to me but another guy gave me a card for a free sub, which doesn't do anything for you if you don't get to eat your lunch! They also got the cheese wrong on my grandsons sandwich, how hard is it to put the cheese that you ordered on a sandwich?? To top things off, I went to the women's restroom before I left & in the sink were 2 plastic things that looked like they belonged on a urinal but had some type of a sticky strip on there which held 2 "p***c" hairs! My husband and I went for a late lunch and it was a joke. It took over 15 mins to get our subs and then our order wasn't correct. Most of the tables were dirty. Every employee looked like a high school student. I didn't see a manager on duty otherwise I would have spoke with them. I LOVE firehouse subs! However, I was greatly disappointed when I went there on my lunch break...I ordered 2 subs one for there and one to go.. the one there was totally wrong. I ordered the Italian and got something completely different, they did fix it, but I had to wait even longer. Then when I got home, my "to go" sub was also wrong. Very sad!
