This is basically a drive-thru only Taco Bell. Nobody is staffed at the counter, so unless you're putting in your own order on the computer, you won't be served. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes around 7pm and not a single person offered to assist. Two or three employees looked at me, but didn't say anything, one was a manager. I ended up getting in my car and sitting in the drive thru line for another 15 minutes. A 30min wait to pickup food that was already placed via mobile order is a joke. On my way back from the local state park, I had the munchies and wanted something quick and cheap. Taco Bell usually fits this description, so I pulled in for a bite to eat. I used the self-serve station to order, and the food came out in a matter of minutes. The food was good by Taco Bell standards, but the restaurant was filthy. Honestly this was horrible, I went to the kiosk but had to pay with cash so went to the front. One worker and I made eye contact and she looked away and another worker looked at me with a drink in his hand and said " I ain't doing that hahaha" and finally after 3 more minutes and me saying excuse me plenty of times and they finally came and were very rude. ALWAYS check your food before you leave the drive-through so I order through the app I go to pick up my food I should've checked before I left. They shouldn't have messed up my order, I ordered the new chicken nugget combo and when I got it home, I received tiny dried out pieces. Me not happy at all reluctantly drove back asked to speak to a manager at this point I had a little bit of an attitude I said does this look fresh the "manager"said no so I asked for a new set of nuggets to the manager's response. You're being an ass, sir. Me wanting a we're sorry we'll make this right. Got in return you're being an ass, sir. The young lady that is a "manager" should not have that job. To start off it was 32 $ for my wife and I to get 3 items each and 1 drink !$ I got a crunch wrap supreme of wich only had meat in a 1/4 percent of ot the rest was lettuce and sour cream and i got a beefy 5 layer burrito and received a bean and cheese burrito and it used to be 2.50 and is now 4 $ its just not worth it anymore even for a quick hot meal read more

I went through the drive through at 2:40am two weeks ago. If I could've left zero stars here, I would've. I ordered a value meal that had a taco, a chalupa and a chicken burrito. I asked for no beans. I ordered two extra tacos and the meal came with chips and nacho cheese on the side. The ONLY thing in this order that was relatively warm was the cheese for the chips. The burrito had beans on it and was lukewarm at best. All of the tacos and the chalupa were cold. I asked for mild sauce. The receipt say "five mild sauces." When I got to the window to pay, I asked for more mild sauce and the guy told me "it's in the bag." I got five items and five mild sauces. This is the first time I have been to this restaurant in years and now I remember why I have not been there since Covid was over. I have not missed anything. I won't be back. I will go to the gas station across the street to get a burrito so I can expect the burrito to be hot as I will be the one putting it in my microwave. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would eat ramen from the gas station before I come back here again. Even if the GM offered to replace this $20 order three more times, I would refuse. This food wasn't worth $2.00, let alone more than $18 for one person eating. And, you don't get a large drink with a meal anymore, they reduced the size provided by half. We came here very late on a weekday, and as always, the customer service was superb. What was different this time was the food, in particular the Crunchy Tacos. We ordered a Crunchy Taco Party Pack and 2 Chalupa Boxes. All of the crunchy tacos, including the ones in our Chalupa Box, were awful--it tasted off, to put it lightly. Something in the Crunchy Taco was bad, and we couldn't necessarily pinpoint it, but it was an occurrence in every single Crunchy Taco we had. Soon after, we had a tummy ache, unsure if it's relevant to that or not. We've had Crunchy Tacos from here before, and it wasn't bad, but this time it was. Right here maybe couple times a month, and the people are friendly call and helpful. But I've ordered a few things, just normal stuff, and they're just out of it. Things like the hot sauces, usually it's the mild, or the not so hot sauce that they don't have. And this time I was really hungry for some nachos, and guess what? They had no nacho cheese. I don't think this review will matter considering the over 2 years of comments already mentioning this, but the crunchy tortilla products (Mexican pizza, tacos, etc) here are always somehow expired. They all taste like sawdust. Absolutely disgusting and leaves a lingering taste all day. I am embarrassed on how many times I've gone to this Taco Bell thinking maybe they missed the date, but it's literally ALL THE TIME!!! Our drive through worker was this blonde thin high school girl who works Monday evenings. When we mentioned that the tacos were basically empty (so empty, just a little spot of meat and cheese at the bottom) and that usually when we eat there the tacos are filled up she was very rude and sassy about it and condescendingly informed us "Yes well whoever's been been filling up your tacos, they're going to get in trouble now." WOWWWW It seems like this location doesn't care about training their employees about basic customer service etiquette, like being NICE. Taco bell does not put enough meat or beans or cheese on any of their food items. The manager's get a bonus if they cut back on their on the amount of food and condiments they use. Always a lot of broken chips in their nachos, no peppers unless you request them,hardly enough cheese.on them. I don't go to any of the places anymore. Trying this Taco Bell for the first time since moving out here. What amazing service. The young lady who took my order via the drive-thru was exceptionally sweet and very patient and didn't mind explaining to me what sauce was what. This location was extremely busy for a Tuesday afternoon., but they seem to get the orders out quickly. When I made it to the window to pay the young lady who took the order asked again if I was sure that I didn't want any sauces I said I was sure she gave me my change, my meal, and my drink and told me to have a blessed day. That touched my heart and I hope that this location knows how lucky they are to have her as an employee I'm only sorry I didn't get her name so that I could call and talk to the manager about her exceptional service and sweet spirit. read more

Food tastes good but they don't put very much food in it it's mainly just tortilla and taco shell.
