The Arbys in Saginaw, Texas is really well run now. A year ago I would not have said that. They did not have the dining room open then and the restaurant drive thru was always out of food. Now the dining room is open, the food is the highest Arbys quality that we have grown up to love, and the Team members are always accomodating and courteous!! Thank you Arbys for getting back to super high quality. I will once more become a regular customer. I would recommend this Arbys vey highly for superior roast beef products!! read more

We don't go Arby's that often but I must say this location has the best service for fast food!!! Out of all the restaurants on Saginaw main this has been the only restaurant that has given me the best customer service for drive thru. The staff is very friendly, speak clearly and professional over the drive thru mics. Our order is always given to us correctly and neatly packaged. They never forget to give our sauces at the window. I haven't been to an Arby's in YEARS! Sounded good to the 12 year old as he's heard hubby & I talk about tHe fries. First impression, the interior decor has definitely changed to current sandwich type shop. Nice! The employees...SUPER helpful on what to get for my sons first time and help me with the salad decision. He got a double Arby's roast beef no cheese with fries. Classic. He LOVED it. Raved about it while eating it and even got gutsy and tried the Horse sauce. Such a great kid! He added more! I had the crispy chicken salad. Wow Fresh! Greens, tomatoes, chicken...all fresHly made and good!! The ranch is a well known name brand..can't recall at the moment but perfect on the salad. For not having been since probably the early 2000's, very impressed and plan to return again just for that salad! I'm sure tHe kid will tag for another sandwich too! read more

I just wanted to shout out to Arby's, because while I don't go super frequently, they have maintained a great attitude, and have always gotten my large family's orders correct, when I do go. Even when they are busy, overworked, or understaffed, they always manage to smile, check the orders before sending them out, and ask if I need sauce or napkins in the bag. It is a rough time for fast food employees, we know, but these folks are still showing up, & trying their best. I have caught myself driving away, thinking, "Good job, Arby's!" Thought I would give Arbys another chance today after my last visit. I used the drive thru. Got my bag and drink. Pulled away. Opened my sandwich. If you have ever eaten a beef and cheddar while driving you know it's no easy task. Well Arbys wanted to make it harder today. They decided to pile all the meat on one side and all the cheese on the other (worse than usual I mean). Do you know how hard it is to rebuild a beef and cheddar in a car? Finally rebuilt my sandwich and realized they gave me NO napkins. So here I am covered in cheese and their sauce and have no way to clean it up. Thankfully I had napkins in my glove box (Thank you McDonalds). The fries were cold. Literally cold. Not even luke warm but cold. The guy at the window was at least nice. Never ever again will I return. You guys are always lacking in the sandwich building dept. There is no need for a manager to even contact me. That's not why I posted this. I posted it because these people need training...basic sandwich building training. I don't understand how my 13 year old can make a club sandwich and your employees can't stack meat and cheese sauce in between two pieces of bread in an orderly fashion. It's not rocket science. No ones asking you to be "sandwich artists" just please train your employees! You guys are never even busy enough for them not to be able to take the time to make it the right way. read more

Visited this location on 6-7-2022 and will not be back. It looked abandoned at first but since there was a car out front we decided to go thru the drive-thru. Could not hear the guy taking our order at all so hoping he had the right order down we drove up to the window. The guy taking our order was laying down across the counter! I'm assuming the dining room is closed. While they did get the order correct, the food was cold. The "premium" chicken tenders were definitely not premium. They were tiny, cold and hard. We paid over $25 for this. No way and never again. If they're paying these people $15 an hour, they are getting ripped off. read more

I do love Arbys. Just not this one. It is almost impossible to order a shake here. I do it every time now so I can get a good chuckle when they tell me the machine is broken. I almost never get hot food here and the wait in the drive through is abysmal. Last night I got a french dip without cheese or the au jus. Everything was cold. The french fries were so cold I started to call back and ask if the heat lamp was broken. They had no bags, which I can understand. Supply chain issues are hitting all of us but you have, have, have to improve customer service, speed and quality.Just going to use the Arbys on Beach next time. My food may be cold when I get home but I bet its not as cold as it was last night from a lot closer location. read more

Horrible!! Order came out wrong, missing 20 dollars worth of food. Had to leave the drive thru and come inside and wait forever to get it fixed. Got home and the rest of the meal was cold. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

Went to this location a little after 8 PM on Wednesday the 29th of July. The door on the side of the building where the parking is was locked. The hours posted on the door state they were open until 10. We tried the door on the front of the building and it was open. We mentioned that the door was locked to the manager on duty and she brushed us off stating they always lock that door. I could be wrong, but locking doors on a business during open hours constitutes a violation of fire codes. This would also appear a bit like they do not care if you want to eat there or not. I really don't care to patronize a business that is indifferent to persons wanting to purchase items. Other than that, the visit was unremarkable. It tasted like they put pepper on the curly fries, the sandwich was mediocre at best and the fountain drink tasted like it was improperly adjusted to put too much soda water in. The best thing was the cheese sticks and they weren't anything I would go out of my way for. There are many restaurants along the strip of highway where this Arby's is located. I will be sure to steer clear of this one and take my money that cares a bit more about the service and the food they are presenting not to mention the safety of it's work force and patrons. read more

I have not been to Arby's in a very long time and for some reason ( the coke float commercial on tv) I decided I had to go today... so the coke float was great btw... but I also ordered the blt sandwich ... I was really surprised but how good it was .. We have never had any issues at this Arby's. Food always hot and fresh. Dining room has always been clean. Employees always friendly and helpful. Reading other reviews it sounds like there is room for improvement at the drive through window. Think we will stick to the dining room options. read more

Food is overpriced.. not their fault. What is, is the terrible customer service at this location. Rude employees and I don't think I've ever had my order come out correctly. I love Arby's, however the service through the drive thru is horrible! I have 5 people in my family, which means I am going to order 5 meals. Please don't get upset if I am trying correct you because you did not get my order correct-- I want to make sure I am paying for what I want. Making customers feel like they are inconveniencing you is not good customer service. If I could mark 0 stars I would. Me and my girlfriend went through the drive thru tonight.. Horrible experience.. The experience started out with hearing porn in the background of the intercom then getting yelled at by the manager like he was deaf because he couldn't hear over his porn.. Pulled around to the window with my skin crawling while my girlfriend try's to keep me from yelling at the guy..
