The restaurant was very clean. The staff exceptionally friendly with very fast service. The food was very good!

Panda Express food is typically very standardized across multiple locations. This location that we visited was staffed with very friendly workers who are more than ready to take your order. It's a very straightforward process. The restaurants dining area was very well kept and clean. Trash is taken out on a regular basis. It's very well lit and quite spacious. We had no issues with our orders and are very satisfied with the portion. I think some of the other reviewers may have a misguided expectation of what they're paying for. I ordered a plate using steamed vegetables broccoli and cabbage as the base and Beijing beef . The beef was made well and extremely flavorful. The broccoli and cabbage are cooked to the appropriate degree. It is not overly cooked or undercooked and is visually appetizing. All in all, it's definitely a place that is worth coming back to when you were in the mood for some quick Asian stir fry. read more

My orders both in person and online have came out wrong every time I go to this damn panda .... I've had missing items to the wrong items given to me, they're so unprofessional read more

I ignored the bad ratings and stopped anyway because I needed to try this location for myself. This location was more convenient than my normal location because I was out running errands. I had a great experience! The lady taking orders was polite up until the last second. My food was hot and up to Panda-standard! The drive thru was clean as well. Go ahead, give them a try. And then go give them a better rating. It seems like only people who have bad experiences write reviews so the rating is one-sided. read more

This review is strictly about the server named Daisy. I ordered a bigger plate and asked for chow mein. Daisy gave me two small scoops so I asked her if I can have a little bit more. She gave me an attitude and said thats all she can give me and that I should order chow mein on the side. Her coworker looked and knew that I wasn't happy with the poor attitude she was giving to her customer. I never ever had a problem with other employees or Panda Express locations when I asked for little more chow mein, I would usually get a happy reply by the server saying sure but not with Daisy. Daisy had a very poor attitude to her customer making me not happy and now thinking twice about returning to this location. I will definitely call her supervisor or corporate management to have a talk about this type of poor customer service at a popular company. read more

Panda Express - Cheap with their noodles. Cant even put a bit more to make their customer happy upon request. - Chinese Near Me - Saginaw, Texas

Been coming here for years actually. I've never had any issues with food or service. I'm only here at lunch so there's that. Maybe the younger crew works during dinner. When I crave Chinese food without wanting a lot of leftovers, I swing in for my fix. I always get the plate because I like variety and can sometimes stretch it to two meals. Sometimes. The drive-thru is my go-to but I've been inside when there's a group of us. I like the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice. They give you a separate packet of mandarin teriyaki sauce to add on your own. I'm an unsweet tea girl and theirs is passion mango flavored. So good. Not much else to say about this place. Today there was a semi long line at the drive-thru, but it went fairly quick and the order taker was nice and friendly. Don't be scared of the reviews. It's not always bad. My overall experience here has been pleasant. read more

3.5 stars. Visited here twice. Decided to write a review since all the reviews are negative. Went through the drive thru 2 times. The first time there was no line and the second time I was in a line and 5 cars were ahead of me. The line moved quickly and within 5 minutes my order was taken. Service was super polite both times. I ordered the beef and broccoli but they were still making it when they took my order. They asked me to pull my car to the side of the building to wait for my food. This was not a problem for me at all. It took about 5 minutes for my food to be given to me. They've gotten my order right both times and the portion sizes were as expected for a panda express. The food tasted as it should. I've eaten at other panda express locations and this particular location seems to perform about the same as the others. Not sure why this location was given so many negative reviews to date. If anything changes on my end, I will update my review, but for now, it gets a decent rating for a fast food franchise. read more

I called because one of my entrees was all breading and no chicken. Had food delivered because I did not have a vehicle this day. I was basically called a liar by the girl on the phone because she looked at the chicken there and said there was chicken in it. Okay but mine doesn't. Offered to send a photo. She was so rude about it. Asked for a manager since clearly she didn't believe me. She came back on the phone and said they could replace the chicken. Problem again I don't have a way to get there. Asked for the manager again. Was told they (she went back between it being a male one time and a female another) were not available. Stated I could wait. Then told it would be 2 hrs before I could talk to a manager. I said I'll wait. She hung up on me. I called back and she stated she hung up because she was done and then hung up again read more

I ordered teriyaki chicken through Ubereats and there isn't an option to add condiments so I called to make sure there were teriyaki sauce packs since they never put it on the chicken. The girl said she'll make sure it was in the bag and guess what my sauce or anything, just dry teriyaki chicken and the rice was mushy. I also ordered beef and broccoli and had 2 strips of beef read more

Absolutely terrible service! I keep giving this location a chance to redeem themselves and without fail this location FAILS MISERABLY! I can't even explain all the incidents that have happened at this location, but I will tell you I'm done! This time I had to wait 25 minutes because they were out of all beef options, as I saw people coming and going I continue to wait with my three-year-old son in the car yelling at me that he was hungry, how embarrassing! I would definitely have a look at management for this location as the main problem, when I see 8 to 10 staff members Standing around grabbing drinks sitting down eating well multiple cars with families in them are sitting outside waiting for their meals that they paid for. Disgraceful. Displays should be ashamed of themselves! read more

Horrible fried rice! Rice isn't cooked and when I called to complain, the girl put the phone down next to someone washing dishes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. I asked if the manager is there, she said no. Looks like I'll call tomorrow. Last time we ate there last month, it was ok. When we are in July it was good. After today 12/8/19, we will not be back. We will also share this on Facebook. I will also call and inform the manager as well as the district manager of the food. I recommend choosing a different location, as this one sucks. read more

Seven people working and they can't manage to get steam rice made. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my mobile order.

I know this is a busy location ... drive thru lane moved fast .... and this is probably why ... customer service at the drive thru was non existent didn't speak except to give the total with a scowl on her face --- I felt awkward to ask for more soy sauce or sweet and sour ... which we got 2 packets in bag and no sweet and sour ...Rice , Chow Mein and ragoon were very good and freshly made ... so that's good ... no pineapples or onion in the sweet fire chicken and fatty pieces ... Kung pao chicken is great but the amount of peppers in it equals half my meal.... There are a lot of Chinese food places to choose from ... I will probably choose another one read more

Lemme say I do love me some good Chinese food and this is a solid fast food type joint to get a quick bite in. The service was 10/10 faith helped me and it was lovely she was well educated about the menu and options available. It was far to pricy for my tastes tho and I Probally won't be coming back because of that its 6.10$ for 1 entree and 1 side, it doesn't come with a drink which is another 1.90 if you just want a regular size my meal was about 8.50$ for mediocre Chinese food. read more

Meh.. This one isn't the best Panda location. It always seems like the food has been sitting out forever under the heat lamps. Me and my husband were so floored by the level of customer service and genuine hospitality of these guys! I would give them zero stars but I can't. We have given this place chance after chance and now I'm done. *always a wait *one time they were out of teriyaki chicken * literally EVERY time we order teriyaki chicken, they forget to add the sauce. This past time we ordered 4 extra sauces as reflected on our receipt. We arrived home with our food and guess what??? NO SAUCE. not even 1. So now I'm eating plain chicken. NEVER AGAIN. I have submitted all the details including a copy of my receipt to the contact information given on their website. read more

Cold food for some people, long wait for fast food, but my food was good and fresh, yum, good times

The staff in the drive thru window are very rude, not welcoming at all. They close or stop serving certain foods before they close. To be it seems like they do not want to make more closer to the last hour. They def need to work on the presentation of their food also. The serving size is smaller than at other panda restaurants, so you really don't get what you pay for. read more

Terrible, I decided to try it for the first time today and was very disappointed. The costumer service is simply the worst. I asked my server if they sold French fries to get with my order and instead of a simple sorry we don't sell fries here, or a no I got a "We are not McDonald's" as a reply. The treatment afterwards was as rude as the reply. The food was good but sadly I'm not going to this location again. read more
