Panda Express food is typically very standardized across multiple locations. This location that we visited was staffed with very friendly workers who are more than ready to take your order. It's a very straightforward process. The restaurants dining area was very well kept and clean. Trash is taken out on a regular basis. It's very well lit and quite spacious. We had no issues with our orders and are very satisfied with the portion. I think some of the other reviewers may have a misguided expectation of what they're paying for. I ordered a plate using steamed vegetables broccoli and cabbage as the base and Beijing beef . The beef was made well and extremely flavorful. The broccoli and cabbage are cooked to the appropriate degree. It is not overly cooked or undercooked and is visually appetizing. All in all, it's definitely a place that is worth coming back to when you were in the mood for some quick Asian stir fry. read more

I had a great experience! The lady taking orders was polite up until the last second. My food was hot and up to Panda-standard! The drive thru was clean as well. Go ahead, give them a try. This review is strictly about the server named Daisy. I ordered a bigger plate and asked for chow mein. Daisy gave me two small scoops so I asked her if I can have a little bit more. She gave me an attitude and said thats all she can give me and that I should order chow mein on the side. Her coworker looked and knew that I wasn't happy with the poor attitude she was giving to her customer. I never ever had a problem with other employees or Panda Express locations when I asked for little more chow mein, I would usually get a happy reply by the server saying sure but not with Daisy. Daisy had a very poor attitude to her customer making me not happy and now thinking twice about returning to this location. Been coming here for years actually. I've never had any issues with food or service. I'm only here at lunch so there's that. Maybe the younger crew works during dinner. When I crave Chinese food without wanting a lot of leftovers, I swing in for my fix. I always get the plate because I like variety and can sometimes stretch it to two meals. Sometimes. The drive-thru is my go-to but I've been inside when there's a group of us. I like the teriyaki chicken with steamed rice. They give you a separate packet of mandarin teriyaki sauce to add on your own. I'm an unsweet tea girl and theirs is passion mango flavored. So good. Not much else to say about this place. Today there was a semi long line at the drive-thru, but it went fairly quick and the order taker was nice and friendly. Don't be scared of the reviews. It's not always bad. 3.5 stars. Visited here twice. Decided to write a review since all the reviews are negative. Went through the drive thru 2 times. The first time there was no line and the second time I was in a line and 5 cars were ahead of me. The line moved quickly and within 5 minutes my order was taken. Service was super polite both times. I ordered the beef and broccoli but they were still making it when they took my order. They asked me to pull my car to the side of the building to wait for my food. This was not a problem for me at all. It took about 5 minutes for my food to be given to me. They've gotten my order right both times and the portion sizes were as expected for a panda express. The food tasted as it should. I've eaten at other panda express locations and this particular location seems to perform about the same as the others. Not sure why this location was given so many negative reviews to date. If anything changes on my end, I will update my review, but for now, it gets a decent rating for a fast food franchise. read more

I called because one of my entrees was all breading and no chicken. Had food delivered because I did not have a vehicle this day. I was basically called a liar by the girl on the phone because she looked at the chicken there and said there was chicken in it. Okay but mine doesn't. Offered to send a photo. I can't even explain all the incidents that have happened at this location, but I will tell you I'm done! This time I had to wait 25 minutes because they were out of all beef options, as I saw people coming and going I continue to wait with my three-year-old son in the car yelling at me that he was hungry, how embarrassing! Horrible fried rice! Rice isn't cooked and when I called to complain, the girl put the phone down next to someone washing dishes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. I asked if the manager is there, she said no. Looks like I'll call tomorrow. Last time we ate there last month, it was ok. When we are in July it was good. After today 12/8/19, we will not be back. Meh.. This one isn't the best Panda location. It always seems like the food has been sitting out forever under the heat lamps. I usually get the panda bowls and they are so inconsistent with how much of the bowl they fill up. Sometimes I have gotten home with my food and the bowl is only half filled, other times it's filled to the top. read more

To be it seems like they do not want to make more closer to the last hour. They def need to work on the presentation of their food also.
