I'm being serious, I love this Wendy's location! The cashier was super helpful and patient while my kid tried to decide what she wanted. Also, this location has the awesome coke machine that lets you mix flavors, it has fruit flavors, diet and zero coke varieties! We visited around 3pm and received fresh food, nothing cold. BEWARE!! THERE IS A THIEF AT THIS WENDYS!! I Purchased a meal from here, which wasn't too good. However, within an hour of leaving this establishment my card got charged twice for almost $400 from instacart. Luckily my bank was able to stop it, but now I have to go through the whole process of getting a new card! This is my assumption, but there is NO where else I've used my card in a while and all of a sudden today I go to Wendy's and get these suspicious charges!? The bank even told me it was most likely the place I last used my card, which makes complete sense! I'm almost for certain one of those girls got my card info and tried to use it! I called the manager, Nancy to let her know. I honestly thought she would be more helpful and offer to check back cameras, but she was rude and basically didn't believe anything I was telling her. I visited today (11/5/2025) I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich and a Dave's double meal. The guy that took my order was very nice, I get to the window to pay and there's a Hispanic young girl with bright red hair. She doesn't greet me and says you had a kids meal and chicken sandwich to which I replied I think you are missing another burger she says I said a medium meal I said well what does that mean? ( mind you I never heard that part) she then said a Dave's double I said oh ok I didn't know that's what I meant. I then said if you ask me about my job I can tell you all about it, I don't work here. She takes my card rudely then gives it bank to me with the receipt, she hands me my bags together not one by one, doesn't say thanks. We get home only to see that they gave me spicy chicken nuggets for the kids meal for my daughter! (She's 7!) and my chicken sandwich is not spicy. I personally think someone needs to teach her manners, and how to act more professionally while she's on the clock. I'm beyond disappointed. Perhaps she could have greeted me, thanked me and explained my order better so I could re assure myself that I ordered what I needed. read more

This is my go-to Wendy's during the work week. Lunch time is usually busy, understandably, so the drive thru line can get backed up. I don't feel like the wait is that much more worse than any other fast food joint during lunch. Maybe I have more patience than most. I dislike the layout though, because when the line gets long, it can get tricky getting in and out of the parking lot with cars blocking the entrance. I've also been inside to get food to go and have not had bad experiences there either. The dining area is generally clean and neat the few times I've gone in. The employees do their job and I haven't encountered any rudeness. In fact, the last time I was in, I asked for a burger without the bun and the guy working not only did not scoffed at me but asked if I wanted it lettuce wrapped. Pretty awesome in my book. Which btw I don't recommend if you're getting it to go since by the time I brought it back to the office, the lettuce was wilted from the hot and fresh burger. I would opt for the combo, get it bunless, and select the salad to eat it with. Or if you're getting a burger that comes with veggies, ask for it bunless, and get the veggies on the side. I was trying to be less complicated that day by keeping it simple. Low carb tips :) Food is on par with every location as with most fast food joints. I usually review just the service for this reason. My personal experiences have averaged fair and I have no issues coming here. read more

I believe the management here must be terrible, they were short staffed which is not the empolyees fault but the EMPLOYERS fault. Their dining room was closed, they could not get out orders SLOW enough, having multiple people park off to the side. The girl on the drive thru was incredibly rude and they forgot one of my straws. Went with my son on a Wednesday night a couple of weeks ago. The soda machines were out of most kinds of soda. There was a spilled soda on the floor in front of the machines that stayed there for my entire visit. And the food took longer than it should have. But my favorite part is the ketchup dispensers were empty. When I got my food, they gave me a few ketchup packets. I asked for more and was told in an annoyed voice, "they're refilling those, it'll just be a minute."... I ran out if ketchup and the dispensers were still gone. I went to the counter, asked a different employee for ketchup, and got some. When I left, the dispensers were still gone. This was a Wednesday night... They were busy.... But not overloaded. When this location opened, or had its regrand opening, it was flawless in its customer service; since then, the food orders are wrong and the wait in the drive thru line will post you off. Went there the other night and we were informed through the speaker that the entire soda system was down. On top of that, the wait in the drive thru line was 26 minutes, I couldn't back out and leave because their were other cars behind me. Wendy's is usually great. Not this visit. Dropped in at 9:45 after a 5 hour drive to have 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. Everything was fine until I got them and they were icicles. Upon requesting to return a simple wrong order, the manager at the time (leaving unnamed for privacy) scolded the cashier with sarcasm instead of offering advice, and nearly insisted that I ordered it wrong MYSELF before allow me to fix my order. I went by Wendy's drive through before lunch today and ordered lunch for me and my wife. When I got to the window, the server had no visible mask. While she told me that the food preparers wore masks and since she stood away from the food, it was fine, I would not risk getting out to confirm anyone actually had masks. I can't wash my food if safe food handling practice is not used. Since the Tarrant County food inspectors make it very hard to complain, all I can do is review and vote with my feet. Last week I went to the Saginaw Wendy's location and placed an order for two full-sized apple pecan chicken salads at which time I was told they were out of the full-sized salads. Understanding this, I requested four half sized salads at the same price of the two full-sized I had requested. They would not fulfill this request and no other solution was offered to accommodate me as the customer/consumer. Immediately following this occurrence, I contacted Wendy's corporate offices at 1-888-624-8140 and laid out what had taken place. I was told that an email would be sent to the store manger. I sat here on this Friday, March 3rd and thought, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and here it is Friday and I've heard absolutely nothing. Am I to infer from this that the owner/operator or operating manager hasn't been in this entire week? So, I called the corporate number again today and spoke to a Mark and now understand that corporate doesn't even do a follow-up with the customer/consumer to see if I was contacted or if the conflict was even rectified. Way to look after your own brand there Wendy's! The last bit of information relayed to me was that I was contacted by the owner, or a manager, which is completely false. I may have missed a phone call but never received so much as a voicemail. How professional? In short, this location doesn't seem to care about their customers. On the corporate side of Wendy's, I now have a clearer understanding that they also don't care about their customer base. March 6, 2017 - Now, over a week has transpired and still no communication from the business owner or operations manager. Went there on a cooler day and ordered chili I was told they were out of crackers. I wanted a double chocolate chip cookie and they had none ready. My boyfriend wanted a chocolate frosty and they only had vanilla the soda machines were sticky and nasty the employee taking our order acted like she didn't want to be there.
