Ordered the fristy fusion. I think its a little pricy but still delicious. Wendsy frosty has always been terrific! I got the cookie dough. It was sweet but great still! read more

I'm being serious, I love this Wendy's location! The cashier was super helpful and patient while my kid tried to decide what she wanted. Also, this location has the awesome coke machine that lets you mix flavors, it has fruit flavors, diet and zero coke varieties! We visited around 3pm and received fresh food, nothing cold. The dining area was clean so we sat by the electric fireplace and watched the train passing by. Another great visit! read more

Lobby was clean and quiet in the morning when I walked in to order, given order to go and ate outside before leaving. Food was 7/10 ( breakfast baconator, potato wedges, drink) the scrambled eggs were strange but I just took them off since I've never ordered breakfast from good ol Wendy before. read more

Only one at the restaurant. Still took forever. Paid $5 for this "frosty" and was told this is "how they are supposed to be filled up" This place is literally ripping you off and there nothing you can do about it. What a joke!!!! The customer service skills at this place needs heavy attention. The cashier was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by ordering a burger. Try to charge me for a whole meal when all I wanted was a burger gave attitude when I asked to scan for my points, which I ended up having to reach to the other side of the counter to scan it myself washed him, throw my burger in a bag on top of the burger not even tasting very good at all! It sucks when a burger place can't get a burger, right read more

My personal go to for burger places in Saginaw. The customer service is awesome, and the place itself is relatively clean. burgers and fries always fresh, and its always super fast. Super efficient team, and awesome communication. read more

BEWARE!! THERE IS A THIEF AT THIS WENDYS!! I Purchased a meal from here, which wasn't too good. However, within an hour of leaving this establishment my card got charged twice for almost $400 from instacart. Luckily my bank was able to stop it, but now I have to go through the whole process of getting a new card! This is my assumption, but there is NO where else I've used my card in a while and all of a sudden today I go to Wendy's and get these suspicious charges!? The bank even told me it was most likely the place I last used my card, which makes complete sense! I'm almost for certain one of those girls got my card info and tried to use it! I called the manager, Nancy to let her know. I honestly thought she would be more helpful and offer to check back cameras, but she was rude and basically didn't believe anything I was telling her. Any good manager or supervisor would listen to the consumer and look into things like this. However, Nancy did nothing. I'm never going back to that place! read more

I visited today (11/5/2025) I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich and a Dave's double meal. The guy that took my order was very nice, I get to the window to pay and there's a Hispanic young girl with bright red hair. She doesn't greet me and says you had a kids meal and chicken sandwich to which I replied I think you are missing another burger she says I said a medium meal I said well what does that mean? ( mind you I never heard that part) she then said a Dave's double I said oh ok I didn't know that's what I meant. I then said if you ask me about my job I can tell you all about it, I don't work here. She takes my card rudely then gives it bank to me with the receipt, she hands me my bags together not one by one, doesn't say thanks. We get home only to see that they gave me spicy chicken nuggets for the kids meal for my daughter! (She's 7!) and my chicken sandwich is not spicy. I personally think someone needs to teach her manners, and how to act more professionally while she's on the clock. I'm beyond disappointed. Perhaps she could have greeted me, thanked me and explained my order better so I could re assure myself that I ordered what I needed. read more

This is my go-to Wendy's during the work week. Lunch time is usually busy, understandably, so the drive thru line can get backed up. I don't feel like the wait is that much more worse than any other fast food joint during lunch. Maybe I have more patience than most. I dislike the layout though, because when the line gets long, it can get tricky getting in and out of the parking lot with cars blocking the entrance. I've also been inside to get food to go and have not had bad experiences there either. The dining area is generally clean and neat the few times I've gone in. The employees do their job and I haven't encountered any rudeness. In fact, the last time I was in, I asked for a burger without the bun and the guy working not only did not scoffed at me but asked if I wanted it lettuce wrapped. Pretty awesome in my book. Which btw I don't recommend if you're getting it to go since by the time I brought it back to the office, the lettuce was wilted from the hot and fresh burger. I would opt for the combo, get it bunless, and select the salad to eat it with. Or if you're getting a burger that comes with veggies, ask for it bunless, and get the veggies on the side. I was trying to be less complicated that day by keeping it simple. Low carb tips :) Food is on par with every location as with most fast food joints. I usually review just the service for this reason. My personal experiences have averaged fair and I have no issues coming here. read more

I believe the management here must be terrible, they were short staffed which is not the empolyees fault but the EMPLOYERS fault. Their dining room was closed, they could not get out orders SLOW enough, having multiple people park off to the side. The girl on the drive thru was incredibly rude and they forgot one of my straws. They need more staff and better management. read more

Went through the drive way the night before and got cold burgers and not even what I ordered. Called up there and was told by the manager on staff to come back the next day with the receipt and they'll remake the whole order for free. Came back, got told no, only the burgers. So that's fine, but the damn place still got my burger wrong. ‍ read more

This store is understaffed, dirty, and refused to refund our purchase. Avoid. Took over 45 minutes to even complete our order.

This store is the WORST. While the food is good see ice sucks and my order is never quite right. The time it take to go through the drive thru you would think they were able to get order correct. read more

I don't understand how this Wendy's or any Wendy's for that matter is still in business. Understaffed all the time so I don't blame the staff at all. Not really sure who makes that call honestly. When you have the manager and only 3 employees running this restaurant during dinner hours something isn't right. Obviously there is no care for customer service. Sounds like your philosophy is understaff as much as possible and make them work their butts off and make as big of a profit as possible. Pretty disappointing because the burgers are amazing. Don't think I'll ever be back to this Wendy's or any Wendy's ever again. Just so sick of the same thing every single time I go there. read more

Went with my son on a Wednesday night a couple of weeks ago. The soda machines were out of most kinds of soda. There was a spilled soda on the floor in front of the machines that stayed there for my entire visit. And the food took longer than it should have. But my favorite part is the ketchup dispensers were empty. When I got my food, they gave me a few ketchup packets. I asked for more and was told in an annoyed voice, "they're refilling those, it'll just be a minute."... I ran out if ketchup and the dispensers were still gone. I went to the counter, asked a different employee for ketchup, and got some. When I left, the dispensers were still gone. This was a Wednesday night... They were busy.... But not overloaded. It was ridiculous. read more

When this location opened, or had its regrand opening, it was flawless in its customer service; since then, the food orders are wrong and the wait in the drive thru line will post you off. Went there the other night and we were informed through the speaker that the entire soda system was down. On top of that, the wait in the drive thru line was 26 minutes, I couldn't back out and leave because their were other cars behind me. I finally make it to the window and no apologies or anything. read more

Aidan and Pablo and the staff are nice and helpful. Food is great!

When you have a line of people waiting for their food in side and as well as a line at the register but every employee is working the window something needs to be done. Cars are moving 10 times faster than the inside line!!!! read more

This really should be no stars. Evenings at this Wendy's location are terrible. Waited in line for 20 mins and then when it was time to order, they said, "Sorry, we're closed now"!! Went at a later date thinking it was a one time occurrence and once again, waited 10 mins and was ignored at the drive-thru. This is the worst Wendy's location i have ever encountered. Sad cause i really like Wendy's. Never again. read more

Bad customer service left my review on google. Hair in chicken sandwich and had to go through drive thru again for my daughters chicken nuggets. Asked for the girls name she told me with plenty of attitude I'm not giving you my name. I'm sorry but I'm a paying customer. I as well work in customer service and I would never treat my customers like SHIT just because I'm having a bad day. NO CUSTOMER means NO CHECK! So for the girl who has all the attitude wears glasses and curly brown hair and the other kid at the drive thru PABLO. I'll be there tomorrow to speak with a manager. read more

Hate this place, they don't understand plain English! Gave this spot several chances and gave up. Don't bother.

Wendy's is usually great. Not this visit. Dropped in at 9:45 after a 5 hour drive to have 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. Everything was fine until I got them and they were icicles. I didn't even go anywhere at the window, felt the burgers and told the cashier they were cold. I asked him how long they had been sitting there and he said they just made them after saying "what's cold sir, what is it?" With just a terrible attitude. Arguing with me after pretending like he had no idea what I was talking about. The worst. Don't go here. read more

Worst Wendy's ever, should honestly be condemned, I wasted my money and they had me waiting an hour and forgot 2 whole combo meals out of 5, and it was so nasty, frozen chicken from the oven is better, not even edible. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Burger was made completely wrong! I called the store since the doors were locked and was told to sit in the drivethru which was wrapped around the building. Sat there fir 25 minutes and the manager so rude!!! Asked for our money back because at this point we were not happy. She asked for the drink back and ff back after we combined 2 orders of fries together. Instead of just refunding the burgher which would have been fine. She was very very rude!!! read more

Slowest service I have seen in a long time. Staff not very friendly. They were not very busy. Will avoid in future.

This place is a filthy dump. They hardly had any light on. After waiting 10 mins I left no one ever came to take my order.

Every visit to this location is bad. It doesn't matter what time or day. They are slow and are usually out of something. They are always out of half of their soft drinks. I'm not sure why they have those fancy machines. I don't remember the last time they actually had sweet tea. read more

Wendy's - Cool features all over - Burgers Near Me - Saginaw, Texas

Wendy's is not a bad stop eating wise, but I am dissapointed with the management. Upon requesting to return a simple wrong order, the manager at the time (leaving unnamed for privacy) scolded the cashier with sarcasm instead of offering advice, and nearly insisted that I ordered it wrong MYSELF before allow me to fix my order. Management needs serious help. Not the first time I've seen them act so harshly without helping the server or the customer efficiently and effectively. read more

I went by Wendy's drive through before lunch today and ordered lunch for me and my wife. When I got to the window, the server had no visible mask. While she told me that the food preparers wore masks and since she stood away from the food, it was fine, I would not risk getting out to confirm anyone actually had masks. I can't wash my food if safe food handling practice is not used. Since the Tarrant County food inspectors make it very hard to complain, all I can do is review and vote with my feet. I canceled my order and left. read more

This Wendys is soooo slow. They can only take one order then fulfill it and then take another... Dont go there if youre in a hurry...

There's been a major change here. Service is great and a lot of new employees. No more incorrect orders!

People turn their engines off in the drive thru. The people are rude. The lady asked me if I wanted my change.

I was told by Imelda, the manager, that if I wanted fresh food, I would have to ask for it. What? Shouldn't it be fresh anyway? Albeit, expectations aren't that high for a fast food place, but a $6 chicken sandwich should not be so dry that you almost choke while trying to swallow. Ridiculous. read more

Last week I went to the Saginaw Wendy's location and placed an order for two full-sized apple pecan chicken salads at which time I was told they were out of the full-sized salads. Understanding this, I requested four half sized salads at the same price of the two full-sized I had requested. They would not fulfill this request and no other solution was offered to accommodate me as the customer/consumer. Immediately following this occurrence, I contacted Wendy's corporate offices at 1-888-624-8140 and laid out what had taken place. I was told that an email would be sent to the store manger. I sat here on this Friday, March 3rd and thought, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and here it is Friday and I've heard absolutely nothing. Am I to infer from this that the owner/operator or operating manager hasn't been in this entire week? So, I called the corporate number again today and spoke to a Mark and now understand that corporate doesn't even do a follow-up with the customer/consumer to see if I was contacted or if the conflict was even rectified. Way to look after your own brand there Wendy's! The last bit of information relayed to me was that I was contacted by the owner, or a manager, which is completely false. I may have missed a phone call but never received so much as a voicemail. How professional? In short, this location doesn't seem to care about their customers. On the corporate side of Wendy's, I now have a clearer understanding that they also don't care about their customer base. March 6, 2017 - Now, over a week has transpired and still no communication from the business owner or operations manager. March 12, 2017 - Still no contact from the owner/operator or operations manager. I'm positive that Mr. Dave Thomas would be overwhelmed at your professionalism or lack there of. read more
