So I'm very familiar with all the actors in this place and I'm going to tell you the difference between the previous manager and the current manager Cameron Smith is night and day Cameron Smith is a incompetent manager and has no ability to be organized or in tune with customers and it's just a hot mess all the way round. The absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere! Staff was more on the children side, so a group of kids come in and they were more engaged with them than other customers. Food came out cold and other tables were complaining as well. Management needs to over see this establishment and make changes. When I want a big tasty burger, I find myself craving Whataburger. I go in knowing I won't be getting it fast. I personally think service at Whataburger is the slowest of all fast food burger joints. But, it's good and I'd like to think they prepare the food fresher than most. If you live in TX, you already know Whataburger. It's a TX tradition. If you don't, you should definitely make a stop at one the next time you visit The Lone Star State. You can't go wrong with the Whataburger burger, but my ultimate favorite is the Monterey Melt. It's meaty and cheesy burger with grilled veggies, which I seriously love, with a creamy spicy kick! I also really like the Whatacatch fish sandwich. The size of the panko crusted white fish hangs over their big buns! I sometimes add cheese to it and guess what? It's a whole slice of cheese! Side eyeing you, Mickey D's. Their chicken sandwiches, both grilled and fried, are really good and makes it hard to decide between the two. They have onion rings and the fries are not the best but still pretty tasty. Sorry for my earlier comment, Mickey D's. Breakfast items are also good and the fact that you can get it starting at 11:00 pm makes it even more awesome. Sometimes you just crave pancakes and sausage smothered in syrup at midnight you know?? Taquitos, which are their breakfast tacos, are decent. I'm not a fan of the honey butter biscuits which is one of their popular items. It's weird since I'm usually a big fan of sweet/savory combos. The jalapeño cheddar biscuits is where it's at along with the regular biscuit and gravy. The hash browns are in the form of little sticks that are perfect for dunking into their regular or spicy ketchup. This is my go-to location during the week for lunch. The staff here is friendly and efficient which is awesome, because they get quite busy for the rush. I've never had an issue with customer service. Do they always smile or bid me a good day? No, but I don't need them to. The majority are younger and as long as they acknowledge me, I'm happy. I also don't have a problem with order accuracy, but then I keep it simple anyway. My friend makes slight modifications but have always received her food just fine. I've been to many locations. This is definitely one of the better ones. read more

This place is awful- not just this location but this franchise. I don't even like Whataburger since the quality has gone down a lot, but I had limited options at the moment since it was late. If you don't read this whole review, just know that if they mess up, they won't take accountability for their mistakes, would even blame other customers, and higher management won't care about any inconvenience you went through either. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo at the drive-thru, and the employee asked me if I ordered two kids drinks at the window. The employee blamed the people in the car that were in front of me instead of owning up to his mistake. I tried to be patient about it still, but I waited another 15+ minutes for my food just for it to be lukewarm. The employee again never apologized for the mistake from earlier or said sorry for the wait. He also didn't give me a receipt. I wanted the receipt to know if I was being charged correctly since they seemed so jumbled up earlier. The employee said he'd talk to the manager and come back with my receipt. About 7 minutes passed, and he never came back. I went inside and the manager was there taking orders and had no idea that I was trying to get the receipt. She said she needed the receipt that was attached to the order that didn't have the total but showed what number the order was. I went back to go get it and decided to just return my food since I knew it was completely cold by now. She processed the return and acted like they did nothing wrong from their part after spending 50 minutes there because of their lack of organization. I did the survey to let the higher management know what happened. They didn't respond. I reached out through the Whataburger website after, but they didn't give a f*ck either. One thing I'm always prepared for when going through the drive thru ,at any Whataburger location , is a wait. That being said, this was ridiculous . I ordered a milk shake. There were 4 cars ahead of me. There was a change issue on stop of 3 out of the 4 cars ahead of me getting the wrong door. I say that because I watched as the runner brought a bag and drinks out , went back inside, then came back with a different drink/food set up. 30 mins later there is one car ahead of me, same issue with the food for the car ahead and as the runner went inside to find the right food for them I shouted about just bringing me my shake since there was enough room For me to get out . Every time I visit this Whataburger, I'm ALWAYS waiting for a good 30 minutes. I ordered my food on the Whataburger app while I was on my way there - it took about 10 minutes to get there. As we park in a spot, the app said that my order is being prepared and will be ready by 6:00. I go up to the registers & tell the girl - who is goofing around with a bunch of high schoolers - that I'm here to pick up my order. She told me it will be right out. It definitely wasn't out right away. I waited another 30 to get my food - that I ordered roughly 40 minutes ago - just to get my patty melt & BBQ chicken sandwich. No fries. It took another 5 minutes just to get fries.
