More so than other chipotles I've been to in the area. Sometimes they are out of different meats, so I pivot and choose something else. (My preference, I totally get that for others it can be a serious inconvenience, especially when you have food limitations and you're hungry.) My husband and daughter always get tacos, they love the honey chicken as well. We always get there in house sweet tea or berry aqua Fresca. The place is always clean. They're controlled and monitored by corporate. But the last time I ate here, I was disappointed with the food's taste as well. The chicken was bland and not seared properly like it used to be. They also always seem to be out of veggies. The staff is always nice, and I do appreciate their kindness, but between the outrageous food-to-price ratio and the constant dirty tables, I'm not sure we'll keep going. It also seems some of their long-time great staff recently left, because I don't see them anymore, and it seems the standards have changed quite a bit. It shows in the store's taste, quality, and cleanliness, as those factors were probably important in making it a great location. Kindness alone won't make a great Chipotle. Bummer.
