We have been a couple of times and always end up with Katie serving us. She is always helpful and nice. Our food has always been made to order quick fresh and hot. I figured I would try Burger King and Saginaw once again and it was a colossal failure after waiting 20 minutes. I demanded my money back. There was a pile of burgers on the counter growing no one doing anything other than looking lost one young lady says well it is shift change. We are trying to catch up that is not an excuse for that or half the tables being filthy and the condiment bar, having no napkins and being dirty as well. Yikes, I've never had a bad Burger King experience before. Run, this Burger was flat out Nasty. I took a bite and it had no flavor, no salt. The Burger was hardly cooked. It was barely warm. I live in the neighborhood and I've talked to the manager to stop selling cold hamburgers. They cook up a pile of burgers in the morning and wait for lunch. None of their meat is hot off the grill. Poor customer service is something that doesn't sit well with me, and recently, I visited a Burger King restaurant and had a horrendous experience. The manager was rude and disrespectful, barely even acknowledging my presence. He and the employee in my presence talked about me as if I wasn't there! When I realized that the speaker to place my order was not working, I drove up to the window. Even then, he refused to accept my order until after much more discussion. To add injury insult to injury, they told me to pull ahead of the trashcan and wait 15 minutes for my order - an absurdly long time no matter where you are. For me, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and scarred me away from visiting this chains restaurants again in the near future. read more

After many years of being dissapointed on tje q quality I decides to give the new saginaw BK a try. Well the burgers still come out barely warm with a cold bun. The fries were old as if sitting under a heat lamp. The location is very clean and has friendly faces but the burger ranks among the worst in DFW area. I would not recommend. I ordered breakfast online this morning. I got to Burger King about twenty minutes later. I pulled up to the drive thru told them I was here for an online pick up. She told me to park in one of the spots out front. I sat there for 15 minutes and nothing. I called and she told me they had people coming in the drive thru. Nobody was in the drive thru line. I was happy to have a Burger King nearby, but I might as well not. The line is slow to move. Last time I was there I think I saw a snail pass me by. They are consistently out of menu items, like fries! OUT OF FRIES!?! Really?? Wow! I've showed up at the drive thru and waited like a dumb-- just to figure out they are closed. No signs, no nothing- just closed, and left to wait like a dummy. Their staff and management could use better training. The front door of the restaurant was open and my daughter went in and was told to get out by an employee. He berated her and was condescending Because they were closed on the inside but the door was open. Alol he had to do was tell her that the inside was closed. She came out crying. I tried the new burger king off of bailey boswell today and the person that took my order was very pleasant and the guy that took my money was great and then I got to the window, this young girl with glasses handed me my drink (Coker Zero) and I tasted it and it was very evident it was Dr. Pepper, so I told her that it wasn't coke zero, and she argued with me that it was coke zero because she always places the coke zero in a certain spot, she literally said this to me twice! I was very polite and told her it's not coke zero and she said rudely "I will get you another." She brought me back a drink and as I was telling her thank you and she slammed the window in my face and never said sorry or anything, slid the window shut and turned her back to the window and started talking (about me I'm pretty sure) to her co workers. I did nothing to this girl! She needs someone to go over customer service with her. It makes me not want to come back. The good news is she was wrong and the second drink she brought me was coke zero! so I'm pretty sure someone that wanted Dr. Pepper got my Coke Zero.
