I LOVE Whataburger!! We don't have them in Las Vegas. I'm hoping that will change soon with the new ownership. I have been to several locations in and around Texas and Oklahoma. This is my favorite location so far! The store was very clean, not too busy and the food was fantastic! Everything was hot and fresh and tasty! I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Burger, which was absolutely delicious! The fries were crispy and hot. The spicy ketchup is fantastic! I love that they have that at Whataburger! My friend ordered a #2, which he enjoyed very much. It's also wonderful that they have Diet Dr. Pepper on the fountain drink selection. It's my favorite! Keep up the great work at this location, Whataburger, you have a real gem here!!

While the food is good, remember you will always have a wait. The counter people are hit or miss, the one inhaled this time kept looking out over the people in the dining area and not really listening to me order. Had to repeat myself several times and ask for my drink cup after the food arrived. It was all correctly made but he just seemed way to preoccupied with the lobby people. He made shakes for another guy, when that guy asked for lids the cashier sort of pointed towards them. I don't know if he was focused on a certain customer or group, though no one was being loud or causing issues while we were there maybe earlier they were? At any rate, the food came faster then usual, place was clean but steadily busy. Food was made correctly as I always have requests on my order. Overall it was not a bad visit. The parking and drive thru line especially leave something to he desired at this location so he wary of that.

Wrong item :)

Used to come here a lot not so much anymore, long waits food is ok. Typical whataburger but they sun goofed my order, ordered chick sandwich and got a patty melt. I normally order a patty melt but I wanted to switch it up and I guess they pulled a fast one on me.

It's no surprise to anyone that Whataburgers level of service leaves PLENTY to be desired. I have been hosed by this location plenty of times. After working 14-16 hour days, wanting one of the only things that's open before I go home and crash, it's always a crapshoot. I ONLY place my orders online for WB BECAUSE of how poor the speed of service is. When I place an order for pickup at 02:05 and it gives me pick up in store as an option, I assume that the lobby will be open. After attempting to enter the lobby at 02:15 and it being locked (when I have entered the lobby of this location around this time before) - I know have no choice but to wait in the drive thru line of 10+ cars as they work through each order one, by one, by PAINFUL one...even tho my food is sitting there ready for me, getting cold. 25-30 minutes in the drive thru for me to get cold fries and 2 soggy bun burgers, who wouldn't be THRILLED with that - after taking as many steps as possible (and offered) to avoid being in this very situation. If drive thru was the only option available to me on the app, I would have respectfully declined. But here I am, waiting impatiently, because I've foolishly (AGAIN) put all my eggs into WB's sun par basket. Thanks for giving me further ammo to continue to give to friends and family. I also don't expect this review to change anything, as this location (and most) are no strangers to 1 star reviews. But hey - at least it gives me something to do in the 15 minutes I've been waiting and moved 3 car lengths.

This was my chicken sandwich in drive thru. This along with cold fries.

Always cold fries in drive thru. This was the 2nd time in a row. Just don't get it. Whataburger used to be something Texans bragged about. Not so sure anymore. I will definitely stop patronizing this location.

This is the number 1.

Don't come here. Seriously you'll make a burger faster at home I swear. Drive thru took 40 minutes not lying. Look at the other reviews

From Chicago, first time at PT's today. Here are some thoughts:…read more -Has a 50's diner decor. Feels like a fast food place. You order at the counter and they call your number. But they make everything fresh. Took 10 minutes+ to get my order. Very busy, esp drive thru. -I ordered a burger combo. The burger patty was on the thinner side and it was delicious. The special sauce with mayo, pickles, and ketchup? Yes! -But the fries are the real secret. You get a big bag of fries. They are fresh cut, but not greasy. Delicious! Highly recommended!!

Just this past month I went to P Terry's for the first time. Yeah I know it's an institution that I…read moreshould've been here before. Their menu is very simple, burgers, chicken, and fries. I opted to have the single burger with cheese, fries, and an iced tea. I went through the drive-through which are two lanes, and stopped at the window. You have to be careful because the outside drive-through lane they have people walking back-and-forth delivering food. In the lane closest to the building when you get to the window, you get blaring music. That was my only complaint. I'm not gonna say they're fast food because all three times I went. I had to wait for my food. But it did come out hot. The burgers are pretty much OK they're not the greatest but the real meat the cheese is always melted and the vegetables are fresh. Now the fries I noticed people complaining on reviews saying they're burnt. I absolutely loved mine. They were perfect. The best part is when you reheat them in the oven they get really crispy, which are my favorite. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I think the combo that I got was like eight dollars for a cheeseburger fries and a drink. I have come back here more times than I expected so I had to give them the four star rating

So while the concept is great, Cali style burritos (known for having fries)- the execution has been disastrous. If you're charging top dollar ($15 for a burrito) the product better be perfect. The first time I ordered my burrito it arrived cold and soggy. Figured it might be a fluke so I gave it another try, ordering a norcal and so cal burrito (main difference being due to having hot cheetos). I ordered one with carne asada, the other with chicken. 2 burritos plus delivery and tip? $40. Here's what they got wrong: -Due to an allergy to an ingredient in hot cheetos I asked for my socal without. It came stuffed with them. I literally couldn't eat it, but enjoy the nice picture. You know food allergies can kill someone? - Both burritos came without guacamole or sour cream. Major ingredients in any burrito. - They ran out of Carne asada and had the delivery driver call me to say they only have chicken. So hey, they charge premium and didn't even bother informing me half their ingredients were missing. And then screwed up the only exemption I had, ruining one burrito completely. So they get the rating they deserve unfortunately. Two tries, 3 strikes as far as I'm concerned. Spend your money elsewhere, for the price they charge you can easily get much better. Avoid.

Issa NO for me! Two stars for being open late and delivering through Uber eats. The food looks…read moregood, but didn't taste that way. The meat was dry dry dry... the homemade chips were hard and nowhere near necessary. Maybe this is a so-cal thing, but this is Texas and we have good nachos and quesadillas everywhere so they can't compete where they don't even compare. Side note the fries tasted ok, but I don't need them in a quesadilla.

If you're looking for something value, I'd say that this is a good place. I ordered the Curry Pork Katsu Bowl and took it to-go. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating, but the portion size is pretty decent. I definitely couldn't finish it all and was able to turn it into 2 meals. I thought the curry was solid - nothing amazing but not bad by any means. The pork was tender and I could easily bite through the large strips of meat. In my to-go box there were a few other things - one cup looked like it had broth in it, and another may have been sauce? I couldn't quite tell but even without those items the dish was good as is. Plenty of seating inside the food court, and they have staff regularly circling around to clean off tables (you need to bus your own table but the staff will wipe it down).

Kobaku Katsu is a solid go-to inside the H Mart food court…read more The food court itself gets insanely busy on weekends, and seating can be tough, but I never really have to wait too long for my food here. This is usually my pick when I'm eating at H Mart. As a Korean, I find a lot of the Korean food there overpriced for what it is, and this spot feels like a better value overall. I usually order the mozzarella katsu, which comes with crispy katsu, melted cheese and sauce on top, plus pickles, mac/cabbage salad, rice, and miso soup. It's filling and satisfying and the best bang for your buck here in my opinion! I usually share with another person. Prices have gone up recently, which is unfortunate, but it's still a reliable choice if you're already at H Mart.
