I had forgotten how much I love Blaze Pizza! This was one of my go to places to eat in college, especially when it was Pi day and you could order a pizza for $3.14. I love the variety of options for your build your own, and the ingredients always seem pretty fresh. The pizza never takes too long to cook, and the workers don't judge whatever combination you make (at least to your face). The price honestly is pretty cheap, and it usually lasts me like two meals. read more

I went today for their last day of service and I'm so sad they're closing permanently. I've been going here for years and always enjoyed the make-your-own pizza with unlimited toppings and plenty of good choices. So many years I'd stand in line for their Pi day special or just grab a dessert like the s'mores they'd make in the pizza oven, fresh and hot. And I loved all the special touches like using pesto as my pizza sauce and then adding a pesto swirl at the end when it came out of the oven. This place will be missed! read more

Employees don't seem to care at all. I'm sure it's hard to find employees these days. These ones aren't the best at communicating to customers. Not as fresh as it used to be. Tired inside. Dirty. read more

I don't eat here often, but when I do, it's always a excellent experience! The pizzas are delicious and can be made any way you want. The other items I've had on the menu were also great, and everything was reasonably priced. Great service and excellent atmosphere. read more

My top place for build-your own personal pizza! There are options for 1 or 2 toppings as well. Food: You can choose your crust (original - thin; high rise; cauliflower; gluten free; etc.), your sauce (red or white or pesto), your toppings, and finishes. What I really love about Blaze is that they are consistently good. Crispy crust and flavorful toppings. Personal favorite order: Original crust - White sauce - Mozzarella - Ricotta - Pepperoni - Meatballs - Bacon - Red onions - Black olives - Roasted Garlic - Chopped garlic. Topped with pesto drizzle and arugula. Service: Fast, friendly. One minus point is for the toppings, there is no consistency in the size/amount you get. If the person taking your order has big hands, you get a lot, small hands, you get less. However, if you order the build your own, you can always tell them to add more. Atmosphere: Lively music, great place to hang out. ***Download their app, sometimes they offer great discounts and freebies. You ear "flames" as you spend ($1=1 flame). As you accumulate, you can get a free pizza! read more

Quick and delicious! Just how I like my pizza! Food - We stopped at this Blaze location for a quick bite and did not leave dissatisfied. The three of us did the Build Your Own pizza option, which had lots of toppings to choose from. They even offer additional sauces to drizzle onto your pizza after it's done baking which is a nice touch! Service - The pizza only took a few minutes to finish and was perfectly hot by the time it got to our table. There was no line when we got there so we didn't have to wait long for our food. Ambiance - the restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating on the inside. Overall, if you're looking for a fast pizza fix, this is a great option! read more

First time getting Blaze pizza and we're happy. Each got what we wanted on our pizza and staff was friendly and helpful.

Love the variety of toppings and they have a gluten free crust option! Awesome! The service is quick as well. They try to get your pizza cooking in the brick oven asap so you can go on with your day. 5 stars for sure! read more

Always good pizza! I looove that they have vegan options-cheese and soyrizo! They have lots of pizzas to pick from, but it's always fun to build your own. They have tons of topping options and and finishes. I love adding balsamic glaze and arugula personally. Their pizzas are nice and thin, and the crust is crispy. I usually take my pizza to go and it's always ready really quickly. read more

I haven't visited Blaze Pizza since Covid hit. I love that they have gluten free crust. They did offer to change gloves before making my pizza, which I really appreciated. It did take the person a while to get the dough pressed. I felt bad that my order was holding up the line. They have several sauces and so many toppings to choose from. It's like a pizza making adventure! The pizza is big enough that I saved half for later. The gluten free crust was one of the best I have had- thin and crispy with great flavor. The decor is clean: black and white with red accents in a fun geometric design. read more

Been to Blazes in Louisiana and Texas and have had hit or miss experience but this one was the best pizza I've ever had from a Blaze establishment. The rising dough made it really really good. Pricey, but good. My wife wasn't the biggest fan of her pizza though. Hope that you come in when there isn't a long line cuz the wait can draggggggg if there's multiple people or families in front of you. Thankfully we beat a rush but people who came in after we ordered ended up leaving because the long line was dragging. read more

Came here on Pi Day and took advantage of their $3.14 pizzas! I've been such a big fan of Blaze back in college but it had been a while since I tried them again. My go to combo is a BYO regular crust with spicy red, mozzarella, goat cheese (they are one of the few pizza spots I've been to that has my fave: goat cheese!), Italian sausage, bacon, basil, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, and with a drizzle of pesto after it's been cooked. This time I also added roasted garlic which was delicious and I'm so happy they have this as an option now. I love that their toppings are unlimited as I always get extra goat cheese and pineapple. Every blaze I've been to is super consistent and the service was very nice! Don't forget to get the s'mores and ask for it heated! read more

Tasty pizza with premium ingredients for a reasonable price that you just can't beat! Blaze is a wonderful Chipotle-style pizza bar that wood-fires your pizza in just a matter of minutes. You have so many great topping options with finishing drizzles that really add amazing flavor to the pizza. Their crust comes out crispy and chewy, just as a pizza should have! The only complaint I had was that our pizza was kind of hard to handle and got pretty soupy, likely due to the three types of cheese my husband got on it! The garlic knots are also delicious, warm crispy and fresh. Highly recommend and will be back! Don't forget the free garlic knots with your Yelp check in! They also have an assortment of drinks at the drink station that are fun to try: our favorite was the blackberry basil! read more

Before a night out at the Long Center, I wanted to get some pizza for the mom & daughter date I had planned. Thankfully this spot was quick and let us make it to the ballet early! My daughter enjoyed her cheese pizza and I my BBQ chicken pizza. We were both fairly hungry and killed a lot of food. It's a thin crust pizza, which may be a deal breaker to some, but hits the spot for others. read more

I am so glad that this joint is so close from my neighborhood. I love pizzas when I am able to customize it as per my style and choice. Blaze meets all my expectations. The restaurant is clean, tidy and appears to follow all the CDC norms during this pandemic. They also have a tiny outdoor seating available which works out fine for folks who wants to dine in. The service is professional and at par with the industry standard. This is one my favorite go to places when I feel a bit lazy to cook and want to get something quick and delish.. read more

Love this place! Staff is friendly and the pizza is one of my favorites. I don't typically like chain fast casual but blaze really has a fun vibe to it. If you are visiting this location be sure to check in on Yelp before ordering- sometimes they have promos after you check in. One pizza is a good size for one person or two children. Dough is thin crust style, but you can load it up with toppings and meat so I prefer it. They do have a high-rise option I have not tried, but their gluten free and cauliflower options are good! read more

Delicious pizza at fast service and good price - What can beat this? For $7, you can get a one topping customized personal pizza to satisfy your tastebuds. For about $1-2 more, you can get a customized personal pizza with UNLIMITED toppings. I went for the unlimited toppings once and loved it - put as much cheese and sauce and other stuff as your heart desires. I normally prefer the simple one topping pizza with a choice of applewood bacon, salami, or pepperoni. My favorites: #1: Stick to the classic - marinara sauce with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese #2: White cream sauce with applewood bacon or pepperoni and ricotta cheese. They don't offer salami anymore which is a bummer, so I substituted it with applewood bacon or pepperoni. The white cream sauce is really really good - it might taste like alfredo sauce but it isn't overly creamy. Ricotta cheese offers a soft touch to the pizza which is so awesome. #3: Garlic pesto with applewood bacon and ricotta cheese. Yes, ricotta cheese again. Can't get enough of it. The crust is thin and crispy, baked to perfection. You can finish one (or two ) pizza without feeling heavy or feeling like you just stuff yourself with a big load of carbs. Note: If you get ricotta cheese, make sure you ask them to spread the cheese evenly around the pizza. They tend to put big chunks far away from each other, which makes some spots to have cheese and some don't after they're baked. Feel free to ask them for more cheese or sauce if you feel like it's not enough, and they're happy to add more at no extra charge. Drinks: I love their agua fresca. They have different seasonal flavors every time I visit. In the summer, they had coconut, mango, passion fruit, strawberry kiwi, blood orange, etc. Their lemonade is also amazing, and so is sweet tea. Loyalty program: You will earn 1 flame for every $1 you spend. When you read 60 flames, you will get a free agua fresca or dessert. When you reach 120 flames, you will get a free pizza. Special promotions are offered frequently throughout the year. For example: free delivery, double flame day, pi day (each pizza is $3.14), free delivery, free upgrade, etc. Just have to sign up for the loyalty program and download their app for notification. There are only 2 pizza places in Austin that I'm married to: Blaze and Home Slice. If I want thin crust and crispy pizza, I go to Blaze. My boyfriend is a huge pizza lover which is hard for me because my body doesn't do grease well but then I found this place! I've absolutely loved your pizza from day one but after tonight I've decided to take a break from this place. My last order had red sauce on the pizza (which I hate so much) instead of the white sauce I asked for and then tonight not only was my salad forgotten (they did refund and thank you for that) but later found out the roasted broccoli was forgotten too. I will be taking a break at least until the next year and hopefully food is more throughly checked before it leaves the restaurant read more

I came here to this location while visiting Austin. The Blaze in Houston is delicious so I decided to try this location: BIG mistake. The store was filthy and the counters and ingredients were disgusting. The only reason I ate here against my better judgement was because it was "late" around 8:30. My pizza left a bad taste and my stomach was hurting afterward. I should have trusted my instincts and not eaten here. The workers were nice though. That's all. read more

Wow. I didn't think it could be screwed up more than this. We ordered two red vine pizzas and the same guy made them both. I don't know if he was new or training or what... But he basically took a glob of red sauce and put it around the edges and put on a tiny amount of cheese despite us asking for more. It was awful. Two stars because the other pizza, which was made by someone else, was perfect. read more

My first experience here and sadly it wasn't a memorable trip. Firstly, the worker who helped me with my pizza had a rude attitude and was very unwelcoming. I shook it off and proceeded to try and enjoy my personalized pizza. I enjoyed the free garlic knots that I received upon checking in on the yelp app. It was soft and delicious. The pizza I would rate 3/5. The crust was slightly on the softer side. The choice of toppings was pretty basic. If you like pizza places that you can customize to your own liking and has a thin crust, try MOD pizza. The location of condiments and drinks are pretty hidden, one wouldn't know where to look until you turn the corner. Not sure if I would come back here again but I'm glad I got to try this place out for myself. read more

I came to Blaze last week because my friend had a coupon to share. I've been to this same location once a long time ago and never had any major issues, but my last experience was extremely alarming. There were numerous problems. First, they ran out of chicken, so we couldn't pick it as a topping. Alright...no big deal. I'll just pick something else. Then, one of the employees kept touching her mask to pull it up multiple times and then immediately grabbing more ingredients with the same hand to put on my pizza. She did not change gloves or wash her hands. HUGE RED FLAG. She also didn't make my pizza correctly; my friend ordered the same pizza and we both got completely different products. Lastly, my pizza came out overcooked. The guys at the cash register were honest about it and offered to remake it for us because they burnt it, but by that time, I was already tired of the wait that I told them not to bother remaking it. Blaze needs to address that one employee and fix the health hazards. I won't be back if they refuse to make their customers' safety a priority. read more

I used not to be a Blaze fan based on an early experience. (FYI, the spicy tomato sauce wasn't my thing.) But earlier last week, I was near Lakeline Mall and was looking for something convenient and different. So I decided it was only fair to try Blaze again since I'd been there just for an opening. First of all, the young lady behind the counter making our pizzas was a huge help. She was obviously happy to be there, enjoyed making pizzas, and was full of suggestions. Next, the food itself is great. The garlic cheese bread is some of the best around and a thousand times better than any of the chain/delivery options. I also appreciated them providing both of us with a separate cup of marinara sauce. Both of us enjoyed our pizzas and found the variety of pizza toppings to be perfect. Some of the add-ons like sea salt, oregano, and several kinds of garlic set the pizza apart from other places and really customized the meal. read more
