They definitely are a family here, and make you feel like part of their family, too. A local's place, but they're always looking to adopt new locals. Everything they make make is delicious, and made with love. :) read more

Great little Restaurant. The environment was a bit hectic when we visited because they were so busy but that didn't stop the staff from going out of their way to ensure we had the best possible dinning experience. The food was excellent and they offer a very extensive menu at great prices. It sucks we are only visiting because we would def make this a weekly stop. read more

My favorite greasy spoon of northwest Denver. It's your typical American small breakfast cafe, and everything you could hope for if that's what you're after. I've been going to Westy's Cafe ever since they were in their old location on 72nd / Federal. All three of my kids have eaten here and while learning to use a fork. The staff is consistent and kind. They've watched my kids grow and cleaned up all of their messes with a smile. The food is great. Big portions, quick, hot, flavorful and enough to take home for later. I expect all of these things now, and they never fail. They remember your face, your name, and your order. They remember what you're up to, ask what's new, and they care. It's just that kind of place. They've comped the bill on a couple of occasions when it's really counted, but it's never been for a lack of anything on their side. I'll keep going back. I'd encourage anyone to check it out if they're in the neighborhood. Just don't come to eat because it's small place, and I don't want you taking up my table....... read more

I had an hour to kill in Westmister and got to try this place. For a lack of a better word, it's a pretty country place! I got hash browns, an omelettes, and some coffee. The quality is quite average as I expected. The service was fast and friendly! The food quality is a 3-star, but the good service makes it a little better! :) read more

Do you sometimes wish you had a place where everyone working there knew your name and what you usually order? If so, this is your jam! As a first timer, it was very obvious that there are many regulars. The servers were prompt and attentive. The menu options are extensive making it so hard to pick. We got the steak burrito plate and the two eggs with hash browns both of which came out hot and exactly what we needed to hit the spot. read more

We had breakfast here one morning, just happened to pull in. The food was ok. The service was great. I probably wouldn't go back, only because it was just basic no real "specialties" but overall it was ok and very reasonably priced. read more

I originally wanted to give this place one star, but I decided I'd be nice and give two stars for the attentiveness of the wait staff. Food here was sub par. My friends and I got a variety of dishes, and there was nothing special or homey about their dishes. Mac n cheese was literally Kraft Mac n cheese and the portion was only 1/3 of the box for $5! Ridiculous. We could've had better waffles and pancakes at IHOP or waffle house. The wait staff was very attentive of refilling our coffee, however, they seemed to rush us with our meals even though the restaurant wasn't full. Very sad my experience and meals weren't greater. Will probably not come back. read more

Staff is always so happy, really puts a smilie on your face. Food is also good. Good old school diner menu.

Love this place. Always super friendly and inviting plus the menu is delicious!! We always feel welcome. I wished I lived a bit closer, my family and I would be there everyday! read more

Fast, cheap, friendly neighborhood place to get a diner-style breakfast. It's a creamer-in-little-containers-type place. No sides of fruit, no alternative milks, no espresso drinks; a no-frills, but big portioned hangover cure. Omelettes are good, the potatoes, and the pancakes are solid options. Nice staff that keeps your coffee cup full. read more

Great service for a carry out breakfast, food was ready fast and tasted amazing. Wish I had found this little gem sooner. Will absolutely be back! read more

Best, friendliest service I've received in the Denver area. Great food at very reasonable prices. Definitely try the green chile.

This place is fantastic all around! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff and atmosphere is even better! Everyone was smiling and working together to make sure every customer was well taken care of! I am pretty sure I just found my new favorite breakfast place! Thank you Westy's for such a great start to my Sunday morning! read more

I live within walking distance and my boyfriend and I love coming here whenever we get the chance! Great prices, SUPER friendly and attentive staff. Neither of us have ever gotten something that we didn't love. Both their breakfast and lunch entrees are amazing! 11/10 recommend read more

Talk about welcoming! We go here now at least twice a week. The service is so great, the food is so great, the environment is so great. I cannot say enough good things about Westy's. Is family owned and employed and you can tell. I can't recommend one thing because it's all good. But I will say this, try the fries and ranch! It is worth the wait on the weekends!! read more

WESTY'S is the best!!!!The food is always great and fresh made to order. The atmosphere and staff are terrific, it's like popping up at your grandma's house hungry and unannounced. ( you are greeted and treated as family and all's " grandma " wants to do is get you fed and happy ). The prices are unbeatable. My hubby gets the Mexican steak and eggs. I get the meat and eggs both of which come with the most perfect hash browns. We share an order of pancakes and sausage. Tortillas, roasted jalapeños,drinks and plates completely FULL $$$45!!!! They make sure your coffee/soda is always full without bugging or hovering. I am not a foodie I think it's more for a necessity vrs anything else and I get excited to be waiting on my food from them. read more

The people that work here are some of the coolest and nicest people I've ever met. Absolutely excel in customer service and the food is to die for. The Westy special is my go to. read more

Solid greasy spoon. Good food. Good portions. Good price. Good service. Have only had breakfast here and it's been solid every time. A gem in an otherwise crap hole of a strip mall. The whole area needs an enima. PS: Please hit an auction and replace your booths, I think I took a coil spring in my arse last time I was there! read more

It is your basic neighborhood diner, with basic diner menu and food. Family owned, staff friendly and responsive. Pardon the expression but it is a hole in a wall type of place. So as long as you are not seeking a fancy atmosphere you will not be disappointed. read more

Best breakfast in the area ! Family owned and operated. Loads of great choices very flavorful food.

Awesome place, amazing people!!!! We were here on the Friday after Thanksgiving...unfortunately they were only doing take-out. We ordered and took it home...food was just as good as being in the restaurant but you don't get to talk to the great people that work there. Support these small businesses before it is too late and we don't have them around. read more
