There was a very long gap between course 1 and course 2 which may have led to me getting full earlier than anticipated, and then the gap between the entree and dessert wasn't as vast. Our entire dinner took about two hours at Nourish, 7-9pm, which is longer than we expected, but the food was a pleasant experience. As a vegan, a little more protein was top of mind when reading the menu, but I love that they created good vegetable based dishes without any mock meats or excess sodium or processed ingredients. It's unquestionably ice cream, but it's so dense and creamy that in a way it reminds me of a custard or crème brûlée. The difference between this and "regular" ice cream is not subtle at all. We enjoyed all of our meals at the House of Seven Brothers. The food, tastes, menu variety and service were excellent across the board. BTW, the restaurant easily accommodated the casual, family and fine diners. Now the casino...to put it delicately (and humorously): We each fed the slots thousands, and in return, they gave us...a life lesson in humility.Payouts were shockingly marginal and bonuses very infrequent.
