We were just trying to grab pizza after a day in the park, Yelp usually doesn't lead me wrong but honestly I was so incredibly thrown off by this being in a casino, and in the smoking section nonetheless? All the reviews and photos do not allude to any of this so I felt it important to share. The pizza we got WAS good, but I certainly wouldn't call it "superb" and if this was the best pizza in the place I live I would be devastated. It was also wildly expensive. I've been to many casino restaurants and have had great culinary experiences. Sad to say, this was not one of them. I had the country fried steak - I like to try out different takes on this dish - and was very disappointed! It looked like a chicken pattie suffocated by the 'sauce' on top of it that didn't taste all that good, that buried the mashed potato that I could've possibly eaten. We also got a cheese pizza that was one of the worse-tasting that I've had. Trust me, Chuck E. Cheese pizza is a wonderful option in comparison. Was't worth the price they charged. Luckily, we ordered an appetizer that kinda helped to tide us over until we could get something else, somewhere else. Slower service than many establishments I've been to. An opening night can both rattle nerves for employees and bring a blessing to patrons who partake in the new restaurant's food. On opening night the service was excellent, and the food was amazing. We were offered free wine tasting samples and management came by to give each of the ladies at the table their own rose, which added a great touch to the service aspect of the Restaurant. We started with the crab stuffed shrimp, which was amazingly presented and tasted great as well, I could have just had that as a meal, or ordered two servings and just been happy with that! The next thing I had was a chicken stuffed with artichoke hearts and spinach... this was great as well... I didn't taste any of the other food people ordered so I can't comment on those other dishes but the Chicken Parm looked great as well... If they keep the par quality of the food the same then I can see this becoming one of the best restaurants in the Sequim area... I will return! read more

Awesome pizza and pasta. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and the toppings were very fresh and real. Not the fake sausage junk and not gross packaged ham. We had an order of the Focaccia bread which was delightful. The marinara sauce was more like a thick Italian salsa as it had huge chunks of tomatoes but was very flavorful. I guess I'm more used to dipping in jarred marinara rather than the real stuff. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you get. Warning they do put sliced pepperocini's on the salad which I wish I would have known as the juice from them gets all over and ruins it. But otherwise, awesome food, super awesome that they are open late for take out and even awesomer (if that's even a word) that they're in the casino!! read more

Stayed at the 7 Cedars hotel which is first rate. The dining experience leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered two gluten free pizzas, a regular margarita pizza and a chicken Parmesan. Don't even know where to begin. The person at the counter said they were backed up and we'd have to wait 30-35 minutes. I appreciated the heads up, but it ended up taking over an hour (after I watched as they charbroiled one of the pizzas and needed to remake it). The toppings and crust -- on the regular pizza -- were subpar. Somehow they managed to get more tomato skin than tomatoes on the pizza and the basil was a dash of dried basil, no fresh basil in sight. The "caramelized pineapples" on the "tropical heat" pizza looked straight out of the can. Given the the one burned pizza the others were cold by the time the new one was made. The staff wasn't able to associate the chicken Parmesan with my order, it had been shoved to the side while the pizzas were being made and was cold too. You are better off ordering from Dominos. Would have been 100% better and half the price. I paid over $80 for a dinner that was half eaten because it was so subpar. Save yourself the money and frustration. Go elsewhere. read more

This was my second time at Napoli's. The first time we were there last Saturday, 1/19m Helen was our server and she was just so delightful!! She went above and beyond and made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We started off with the spinach artichoke dip. It was simply amazing. If we knew we were going to bread sticks first I don't think we would have ordered the dip, but that is okay. It was amazing. I had the chicken panceta alfredo pizza and oh my goodness it was to die for!!!! My friend had the chicken marsala and it simply amazing as well! Today, 1/26 we were back for our second visit. We fell in love with it the first time we just had to come back.Sara was our server today and she was just great! The atmosphere is just wonderful and so is the staff. The good: the staff was very nice. The bad: raw chicken, which they happily remade, took off our bill and gave a gift card. I had the chicken marsala it was suppose to be stone fired it wasnt. The roasted veg was onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Not what I was expecting. My wife had a calzones it looks OK but was bland and the dough was very thin. While my wife and I got our food on a nice plate. My friend got his prime roast sammie in a plastic basket. Not ok. Then you order ur food like fast food and ordered at the counter you also have to get your own silverware. If it wasn't for the staff this would be a one star. I got the 2 fish tacos; fish itself was moist and not too fried but the shells were bad..just like a large circular taco chip that got soggy because of the sauce. I was expecting regular corn or flour tortillas. I would recommend the sandwiches, though. My friends got the fish sandwich (same price as tacos but taste better). Was just mortified at this restaurant as they served me a pizza with FERMENTED pineapples on it!! It was visually obvious that they were bad! When I spoke to the waitress about it, she actually told me that the chef said they were the last of the container but it still had a few days till expiration so he used them. COME ON...GET REAL!! He thought it was okay to serve a customer??? They attempted to make me a new pizza but this took so long, the other 3 people in my party were finished eating. They took the charge off my bill. Pizza: 4 stars. We were genuinely surprised at how much we enjoyed our pizza from Napoli's. We've heard from a few friends that Napoli's pizza is worth a try, but 1) we don't do the casino thing and 2) we don't live near Blyn (i.e. the area near the casino), so it just hasn't worked out. However, we happened to be headed west near dinner time and thought we would order a few pizzas to go. We ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. The pepperoni was good, but the second pizza was a hit- a prosciutto, mushroom, pepper, and onion delight. The onions were pickled, and were a fantastic addition to the pizza. Crust was great and quantity of cheese was well balanced. Customer service: 2 stars. While the pizza was great, the customer service needed some improvement. I got the impression the staff aren't well versed in take out orders. I had to call the main casino switchboard and push through the prompts to speak with the casino operator just to get in touch with the restaurant staff. We were about an hour away so I asked to put in an order for pick up at 7pm. Seemed easy enough, but apparently the staff weren't able to accommodate such an order. They asked me to call back about 20 min before I wanted to pick up! On arrival, I experienced another snag. Even though they had 2 computer registers, and an empty register and staffer available to charge my card, my order was locked up on the second register that was in use. The computer systems don't communicate?? The few min of extra wait time wasn't a huge deal but the staff standing around (there were 3) made no effort to explain the technology constraints or apologise for the delay. read more

Have been two times now. The first visit last Saturday, was amazing. The experience started with the Host, Paul who greeted & seated us, he was fabulous . The staff is so attentive and friendly. Our server was Helen,she was simply lovely, The chiefs were so great interacting with us as we expressed ourselves about the food. Told them there was a Party in My Mouth with all the flavors. Garlic is wonderful, a bit much, just stay away from the kissing booth after eating...I ordered the Chicken Marsala, it was the best I have had in years. My friend had the Chicken Alfredo Pancetta Pizza, which was wonderful. Our visit today was just a good as the first. Our server was , Sara, she is sweet and very attentive to us.. The staff made us feel like family, they were so happy when we walked in remembering us from the week before.. Had the sausage, ricotta cheese pizza, yummmo... is all I can say..Cannoli for dessert was completely over the top.. Our experience has been completely lovely . Will go back. The only thing I might suggest is Italian decor, maybe some huge Tuscan vases, a mural. It is unfinished looking... Can not wait to try something else on the menu.... read more

We had the Chicken Marsala, bruschetta and the salad pizza which I changed to put a chopped salad on top of the pizza rather than the walnut gorgonzola one (I liked that they didn't change the price). We didn't like the Bruschetta...VERY garlicy and if you are there on a date...not something you should order! LOL. The chicken marsala was delicious and the pizza salad was great too. We also had an awesome server who was very attentive. It was very clear to us that the place is brand new because there were SO many staff and we saw at least two managers there. I would definitely go back there, but I wish our server would have offered us bread like we saw other tables getting rather than us ordering the bruschetta. read more

The food was pretty good. We got stone fired pizzas which were delicious. We didn't realize it was inside the casino next to the slot machines though. It's full of second hand smoke even though there's no smoking in the restaurant area, because there are no full walls separating the casino and the eating area. read more

We had an amazing meal here 3 nights ago. We started with delicious crab-stuffed prawns and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, paired with Montepulciano wine. The entrees in our group were Calamari "steaks", stuffed chicken breast, and black cod. All were delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server, Heather, was so helpful and knowledgable, and she went out of her way to accommodate us with small tastes of wine before we chose a bottle to have with dinner. Now I hear that management is going to change the menu to more of a deli-style venue. Say it isn't so!!!!! I loved this place and would make it a regular stop. read more

This WAS one of my favorite "restaurants" but sadly it was changed over to a self-serve to "order at the counter, take a number, have a seat," (and get your own silverware, napkins, etc.). What were they thinking? They kept most menu items. Although it lost its charm when they converted to self-serve, the food is consistently delicious and the portions healthy. However, it can take up to 15-20 minutes for your order to be ready, depending on how busy they are. I still hold out hope that they'll convert this back to a restaurant (with reasonably priced wine list), Michael (our favorite waiter) will return and they'll ban smoking in the casino once and for all! read more

We have eaten at Napoli's a number of times and have loved it!! The crab stuffed prawns were out of this world! My favorite has to be the chicken torino. The cedar planked salmon is also a favorite. The desserts of course, amazing! Its sooo nice to see Lori, the manager talking with all the guests to make sure all is well. She has done a great job with her staff, very professional and well ran.
