Slice of cheese and soda
Stephen W.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We stopped here for a slice as we were walking the town of Port Townsend. We saw many people walking the street with pizza and it smelled really good, so it was an easy decision to eat here after our first choice was too busy to find a table at lunchtime.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is an order and go restaurant. There are tables around the corner if you want to sit. There are no tables or eating in the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came in between pizzas so we had to wait about 15 minutes for cheese pizza slices to be ready. During that time, I witnessed a robust stream of people from the street who wanted pepperoni, veggie, or mushroom pizza. They all looked and smelled great. When we finally got our slices ($5 for cheese), the crust was very crisp and crunchy which I liked. There was a lot cheese. The red sauce had hint of garlic flavor. I liked it a lot and the kid ate her whole piece. I would definitely eat pizza here again, Guy Fieri needs to visit this dive.

Not the best pizza I have ever had or anything but it was quite good! Waterfront combo was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location cannot be beat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The line is for folks that are buying the pizza by the slice. If you want to buy a whole pie, you can call in your order ahead or just go inside and place your order. We did the latter and it took about 20 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We grabbed the pizza and ate it in the shared outside seating area next to the restaurant looking at the water.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their pizza isn't thin or thick and it is definitely not pan style pizza either. Kind of looks and tastes like hand-tossed style pie. Recommended if you're in the area.

Ordered their pizzas for carry out. The size of the pizzas was great. You can order whole pies or get just a slice. The amount of cheese and pepperonis on the pies were nice but the pizzas themselves were a bit lackluster. There wasn't much flavor to either of the pies.

Countless pizzas and pictures I've taken of the slices of pizzas and I cannot believe I never left a review! If you like your pizzas crispy with just the right touch of doughy better get your pizza on over here. They even sell their pizza dough so you can have pizza parties at home with your own creative toppings. Today, I went with a slice of pepperoni and slice of sausage, bell peppers, and onions. The sausage is locally sourced and out of this world delish. You'll even eat your crust, so be prepared to get carbed out! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service is EXCELLENT and the ambiance is along the waterfront- fast casual.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I believe I have attended their actual dine-in restaurant during Covid years back. Since then, I've only gone for the individual slices or if I'm feeling hungry. They have side salads and house made ranch that you def want to taste if you love ranch. Go get your pizza on!

Waiting for our ferry we were hungry and saw the line for this pizza joint along the sidewalk. Must be good right if it has a line?? It's a Togo place. With two guys running the joint. One to take the order and one making the pies. Usually has 2-3 pizza slices option ready for you to choose from. So not a lot of waiting for your pizza to cook. Lots of ingredients on the pizza. I kind of wish they weren't so full so I can taste the crust more. If you're craving pizza and you want it quick, you should stop by here. I think it's $6 a slice? Hoping they change up the options the next time we are in downtown Port Townsend. Will definitely go back to see if they do.

Bad pie. Ordering is a pain as staff doesn't't like the phone. Option is order in person and wait.

If you're looking at reviews for waterfront you've obviously never had it or don't believe the locals when they say how good it is.

Looked like a subway stop as you descend sidewalk stairs to the Grotto. They have seating all sorted out so need reservations and don't even ask them for the favorite table just go with the flow as they know what they're doing. Service was excellent and support staff for waiters/waitresses is very attentive. We took the Coupeville to Port Townsend ferry over as walk ons to save the $30 on car passage we didn't need. Short 1/2 mile walk across from the historic Rose Theater. Dinner was fabulous with me ordering the saltabucca with polenta. Big chicken breast wrapped in aged ham with a ton of polenta and green beans. The other three guests had the cioppino with various seafoods and they thought it was delicious. Great Valentine's Day dinner with friends. You have two hours to eat before your 20 minute brisk walk back to the ferry for your return to Whidbey Island. Calm Sailing!

Pros: Nice ambiance…read moreDecent food, nothing to write home to mom about but ok. Portions sizes were ok. Cons: EXPENSIVE. My friend and I both had a lasagna dinner (that did not come with anything (no salad no side, nothing) and water and our bill was 72.00. Slow and below average service. The woman serving us seemed flippant and cold. I don't need my butt kissed but pleasantries would be nice. She barely checked on us and we saw her a total of 3 times. Once to take our order, once to deliver the food, and lastly to drop off the check. No refills on drinks, or to ask how our food was. We asked for some bread to hold us over before our meal arrived and she said it was in the oven. We ended up getting the bread after we received our meal, and it was just bland and meh. For the expensive prices, I would expect better service.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly server and immediately impressed by the beautiful decor. There's also a bar area off to the right if you're looking to enjoy a drink. After being seated, we had time to look over the menu and decided on the fish and chips and the Northwest Burger. The burger name alone caught our attention, and we had to try it! The food was delicious and freshly made. Both dishes were full of flavor, and the quality really stood out. Combined with the fantastic service and inviting atmosphere, it made for a great dining experience. A bonus for pet owners the restaurant is dog-friendly if you're bringing your furry friend along. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again!
