A couple of my lady friends and I planned a relaxing, (hoping for a uniquely sophisticated) getaway - beautiful hotel, excellent dining, attentive service, and a smaller, refined casino experience. On nearly every front, 7 Cedars delivered. The hotel is lovely - well appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff deserves special praise, especially the front desk team: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They set the tone for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed all of our meals at the House of Seven Brothers. The food, tastes, menu variety and service were excellent across the board. BTW, the restaurant easily accommodated the casual, family and fine diners. Now the casino...to put it delicately (and humorously): We each fed the slots thousands, and in return, they gave us...a life lesson in humility.Payouts were shockingly marginal and bonuses very infrequent. We are seasoned slot enthusiasts, who've enjoyed slot excursions across the state for over 30 years. Our slot experience at 7 Cedars by far overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay. We left feeling more deflated than relaxed. Sadly, we will not be back. read more

Haven't been in maybe 15 years. Pretty sure they've enlarged the casino as they have a separate non-smoking side which is appreciated. Plus added the attached hotel. We went two days while visiting Sequim. The slots seemed pretty tight for most part. We lost about $800 total. It was a nice mix of slots having new and old classics. We enjoyed a nice Italian lunch in Napoli's. The $10 pasta specials were awesome! Appreciated the presentation as well adding breadsticks & parm twills to the dishes. Side salad lovely w/ added egg & bacon. Also grabbed a bite from deli counter a different day having the curry rice soup and chicken tacos, both yummy at fair prices as well. The room (4th floor) was great and having a balcony was nice to bring in fresh air. Nice amenities in the room too. Even though our room faced the roadway, the noise level was minimal when the balcony doors were shut. The hotel is non smoking which is great for us. Also when you walk from the hotel to a restaurant or Bar, you have to pass through the non-smoking Casino section to get there, which is much appreciated. There is a Casino smoking section past all the restaurants to accommodate those that do. The breakfast was great (Bagels with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers & red onion) for me. Cocktails were good in one of their bars. All in all, very nice stay! read more

From the hotel, casino and restaurant there were only kindness, helpfulness and courtesy by every single staff member there during my 7 day visit. I tried new food which was delicious and reasonable. Cold spicey shrimp with the surf & turf dinner the only exception. Fresh crab, shrimp, salmon and Kobe beef beyond delicious. Very reasonably priced. My room was very comfortable. The artwork in the lobby hallway was quite impressive. The casino, nonsmoking section was a blast! I finally got to play the Buffalo game as much as I wanted. I won and won again. With the hotel package, I received additional play each day of my 7 days. I went to the Long market twice, bought gas, visited the golf/pro shop. Fabulous. The totem poles in front were magnificent and each an artists' design. The outdoor shaded area to sit was super nice. Parking was easy. Sadly there is no valet service. But hotel staff helped me anyway! Driving down a short way, the tribal art gallery and grounds at the bay were beautiful. My wife and I stayed at 7 Cedars overnight while playing in Sequim. Online booking was simple. Checking in and out was seamless. If you check out before 9am a $10 food and drink voucher can be obtained. Our room (Double Room #1314) was clean and spacious. Our view was the parking lot. There was plenty of parking upon our arrival; however, in the evening the lot was full. If you sign up for a players card and show the card while dining or shopping, a 10% discount is taken off of the tab. The casino is small but clean and separates smoking from non-smoking. 7 Cedars has a great outdoor patio area where my wife and I enjoyed playing cards and dice for several hours. Space Dust IPA and Irish Death draft beers were $6.50 a pint from Bear's Bourbon Bar. We chose The House of 7 Brothers for dinner. For starters we shared a cup of Clam Chowder for $5.75. The chowder was comforting. For our meal we shared the Shrimp Alfredo for $24: shrimp, Pappardelle pasta, garlic, and alfredo sauce. Served with grilled bread. We both enjoyed this rich and creamy dish. Overall, we both enjoyed a relaxing day/evening at 7 Cedars. Our experience from the beginning to the end was simple. read more

This review pertains to the casino only. I'm a former local and visit 7 Cedars every time I visit home, but for the love of all that is holy, fix your slot machines so that they accept peoples' club cards! So aggravating to drop hundreds of dollars on a machine and not be earning any rewards points and really it's a slap in the face to your valued guests. I like that I no longer have to visit the smoking section in order to play some of the more popular machines as they are equally distributed in both the smoking and non-smoking areas. The hotel lobby is also so beautifully decorated for the holidays, and of course the lights throughout are fantastic. Keep up the gingerbread house competition - love checking them out every year! read more

When you visit the peninsula you may want to stay at 7 Cedars. During our last road trip we booked a two night stay at 7 Cedars. Our room was modern and clean. We were able to eat good meals that were affordable. We played in the casino which was a nice distraction from driving. The restaurants have great specials and the coffee shop inside the gift shop was our first stop in the am. The next stop was the indoor Sisters I believe which had affordable sandwiches and salads prepared . A stop in that place is a must even if you're passing through most affordable premade food. Did I win ? NO the gambling portion was cold for me. But it's gambling. read more

Maybe 5$ every 2 weeks. At The Point? Same play ... $60 every week and $20 food voucher. And 2-3 free hotel nights a month. I've NEVER NEVER gotten a free hotel night here. It's a small casino that offers both smoking and non smoking sections. They offer a few dining options and 'The bears bourbon bar" is a nice place for a cocktail and conversation. Sequim doesn't have many restaurants that stay open past 7:30 so if you're traveling through be advised the casino will probably be the only dining option available. read more

Traveling during the pandemic is a tough one. U was way at first having to spend some time at a hotel but looking at the reviews and photos from yelp about this hotel helped me decide. Upon arriving, the parking lot was completely full which was a bit worrisome. Glad to know all that cars were mostly for the casino. If you plan on stay at the hotel then you are in luck. This place was well kept. Sanitation area are always on sight. The rooms are clean and the whole surrounding was well kept. The receptionist was very nice and i felt safe with their upkeeping. Enjoyed a wonderful night here!! Two of us up high with a view looking north across the highway. The room was fantastic!! Beautifully appointed, good size, spotlessly clean! Most of the Casino is smoke free and there was none of that typical stale smoke smell. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! We also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant. Get a free players card before you sit down for a discount. Food and service were both great, the prices were reasonable, and the ambience was very nice. The site is gorgeous. It is a smaller casino with separated smoking casino and the non smoking casino located apart with the restaurant and other spots between. The hotel registration is located at one end of the building and you enter the non smoking casino area from there. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The temp was difficult to manage and never got below 74 degrees even though we set it for 65 for night. The coffee maker was filthy with pine needles and coffee residue. The rugs in the room looked clean but looking at our feet they were filthy. On the casino Its is small. Payouts are smaller on the non smoking side compared to the smokers. I won on both but got my money back on the smoking side. Overall... Gorgeous, smaller not alot of choices or variety and the hotel cleaning staff definitely need lessons on how to clean. read more

For our two year anniversary, we spent a couple nights at cedars at their executive suite and was surprised how beautiful the room was. Although there was dust in general areas, the room was tidy with double sinks and the biggest shower I've ever seen. House keeping was prompt and took care of any additional supplies we needed, we had comfortable robes and extra pillows provided in our closet. I wish the sheets were softer and that the comforter was thicker. For how expensive the room was, you would expect lush sheets at the very least. However, the view was beautiful and we had a generous patio to sit and watch the sunrise on with coffee. For millennials, be warned that the clientele here is at LEAST 60+ if not 70+. Everyone in the casino was super old. The casino offerings themselves are limited, but there is a very good restaurant inside. I would stay here again the next time I'm visiting Sequim. read more

The casino is really pretty. I love the totem poles, the entrance, and the way the interior is designed. It's really a very welcoming place. The food is pretty standard. None of the restaurants have anything that stands out about them. The Deli has the typical Deli fair and it's decent. The bar has the typical bar fair and it's okay. The buffet is a little strange how it gets set up but it's okay. They do have some nice specials with all-you-can-eat type meals such as all you can eat fish and chips come in that is separate from the buffet. The casino has many of the standard slot machines that you'll find in the other casinos around Western Washington. I don't think they pay out quite as well as the other casinos that I frequent, but it's worth taking a chance and when it's on my way to or from a meeting in Sequim or Port Angeles if I have extra time to spare. read more

I signed up for a new players card and received $5 of free play. I played slots and ended up winning $21! I took that money and went to the cafe, which I ordered chicken fried steak ($17). My mom ordered the brisket tacos (yummmmm) and brother ordered the jack burger. It was all delicious! we usually stop by this casino on the way to the coast to go fishing. OMG, the casino could not be smokier! My wife and I were looking for an excellent place to watch a 49ers game and someone mentioned that 7 Cedars had a sportsbook with lots of TV monitors showing the major sporting events of the hour. But walking into the casino was like walking into a Las Vegas casino in the fifties. A zero-filtration HVAC system, air so bad that over time the white paint will turn yellow. The casino filled with cigarette smoke and simply recycles it. Secondhand cigarette smoke? Try second and third and fourth. Like smoke from the diseased lungs of a life-long smoker exhaled in the casino two weeks earlier was now entering our lungs. Disgusting. You almost need to experience the place to believe what I'm writing. My wife and I walked out in less than a minute but we could smell cigarette smoke oozing from our clothes the rest of the day--and it was there when we undressed for bed late that night. Cigarette smoke was in the clothes until they came out of the wash the next day. I have no idea what the rest of 7 Cedars is like, but if the restaurants share the same HVAC system as the casino, I could never eat in one. I read a review that said "It's a small casino that offers both smoking and non-smoking sections." No doubt. It has to. The law. But don't think that means the cancer-causing smoke from the smoking section isn't in the non-smoking section. It simply means that you can't add to the unhealthy canned air from the non-smoking side. read more

Just, wow! What a wonderful time we had on Saturday evening, June 15. First, the pizza place, Napoli's was amazing. I got to talk to the chef behind the counter when I asked for a pizza box. He actually took the time to ask what size I needed while being amiable, professional and courteous (so were the servers). It is the little touches like this that go a really long way. And the pizza (and mozzarella sticks), so good (see pic)! The live music, dealers, bar staff, cashiers and security were also so incredibly on point. I've been to almost every casino in Washington and Vegas, and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. We even won money. Visit before the word really gets out! Thank you, 7 Cedars for being amazing. P.S. To some of the people who have shockingly complained about the smoking, it's an authentically wonderful Indian casino, yes people smoke! Do you like tobacco smoke? Then 7 cedars has a treat for you. From the time you get out of your car you can smell tobacco smoke. You can lose you our appetite heading to the 'restaurant'.
