They were cooking pizzas furiously but their ovens were handling the load and their crusts were cooked perfectly. That's common problem at pizzerias when the pace is fast and furious; they tend to send the crust out uncooked. Not this place; their crust was delicious. The problem was that I ordered a Salsiccia, a sausage pizza and there was little or no sausage on the pizza. It was take out so I could not just return it. It wasn't horrible without sausage but it was not what I ordered. I have to ask myself why people would do this? It was a very simple thing to put sausage on the pizza so how could they forget it? Or did they do it on purpose because I only tipped $2.00? In my mind, 10% is a nice tip for TAKEOUT. After all, it is less than half the work for the staff if I take the Pizza home. Where is the special service in take out? The tips are not a way for a cheap employer to pay their employees; they are a bonus for taking good care of the customer. But, there is a minimum standard for taking care of the customer and giving them what they paid for is part of that minimum standard. I think they might have the formula for good pizza but I won't go back.

There was a very long gap between course 1 and course 2 which may have led to me getting full earlier than anticipated, and then the gap between the entree and dessert wasn't as vast. Our entire dinner took about two hours at Nourish, 7-9pm, which is longer than we expected, but the food was a pleasant experience.
