The food is always fresh and tasty. I frequently order fish tacos. I really like the shredded cabbage and other veggies that are part of the fish taco. The sauce is perfect with veggies and fried fish. I prefer to have no tortilla and the staff is very accommodating by using get my fish a container. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We went through the drive through late afternoon Sunday (Nov 17th) and the staff were absolutely delightful! It had been a long travel day for us, but the staff were so cheerful and funny they truly brightened our day. Would have posted this sooner but our area just had a windstorm and we've been without power. If a manager sees this review please tell the staff thank you for us and give them a huge raise. If we lived closer we would definitely be visiting your location frequently because it was such a nice experience. Also the food was good as well as one would expect from any Taco Time. read more

I have been eating the crispy bean burritos for ages and I loved them. I'm vegan and I don't eat meat or dairy products so you can imagine my surprise when I learned that they put cheese in the crispy fried bean burritos!! Now I order the fit salad! No cheese! Lol read more

There is no better fast food around, especially if you're trying to eat healthy in a hurry. The veggie soft taco is my favorite (mind you, it is actually a good-sized burrito so I don't understand why they're calling it a taco).. and it's easily customizable to be vegan, especially if you order online and explore the various options there. It contains actual fresh veggies!, pumpkin seeds, whole wheat tortilla, corn salsa, your choice of beans, sauces, and other good things. The veggie chop salad is also vegan with lots of options to add or subtract ingredients. The salsas are fresh and excellent. The mexi-fries dunked in salsa are a guilty pleasure. The basic vegan soft taco, with burrito sauce or cilantro-lime dressing in place of ranch and cheese, plus any other veggies you'd like to add, is $6.19 including tax. Guacamole adds 1.29. For omnivores, there are some good fish and shrimp options as well, although they are fried. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service is great. Food is terrible. To elaborate, our order was correct, and the food seemed to be prepared correctly, but it's just terrible food. The beef is ground mystery meat, the chicken is tiny shreds, and the tortillas aren't even toasted or warmed. The best thing was the salsa and the avocado. I can deal with a taco that is wrapped like a burrito, and a burrito that is only meat, but at least give some seasoning to pretend it's Mexican food. Throw us some cilantro or a little onion maybe. Definitely not worth the $27 for two people. We are not super picky eaters but the spouse and I both wondered aloud how this place stays in business. It's not good food. read more

Beyond Overpriced! Price gouging is more like it! You can go to Los Paloma's or Baja Cantina, both full service and high quality restaurants and the price you'll pay won't be much more than this fast food. read more

First time visit. Brittany is the world's sweetest girl in the fast food business. She cares about customers. She told me the correct information on a product that had apparently changed 5 years ago ...so, other Taco Time employees don't tell people...? When I was waiting at the window I overheard her advise a coworker to do something so that customers wouldn't be upset. She was kind in her direction and guidance; she didn't sound micromanaging at all. She was funny, too!! Plus, it didn't take very long at all and it really wasn't too pricey for Taco Time! On the way to Port angeles, we got hungry so we wanted something light to snack before going back on the road again. This fast food place is only in Washington and not available in other states. We ordered beef taco and chicken crispy burrito, and pinto bean crispy burrito. We got to go since we didn't have time to dine in since we are on the go. We got our food quick and just pulled over and eat. I never had a crispy burrito before and my friend told me they are known for crispy burrito. The crispy burrito look like a big log egg rolls to me lol. It was delicious. I added salsa to it. The taco were good too. The services was good and fast. There are plenty of Parking at this location. This location is near by the freeway and near by lots of stores so it good place to stop by for food on the go or as a rest stop. By far the best place to get fast food in sequim. I have lived here my whole life and I won't ever stop going to this Taco Time. The staff here are so nice, and if they ever mess up the order, they will fix it with no questions asked. The place is clean, bathrooms don't smell gross, and even with COVID they have a great pickup system. Totally recommend over McDonald's or something else read more

This is an update for Taco Time. My first review was spot on because everything was perfect. This time, everything went wrong. First, we ordered two Casa Burritos. 1 with chicken and NO sour cream, the second with beef. And we also ordered a fit hit bowl with sour cream. So....... The chicken Casa Burrito was filled with sour cream so it ended up getting thrown in the trash.... The beef Casa Burrito had NO beef in it at all. And the fit hit bowl had no sour cream as requested. It really isn;t that difficult to follow directions for what anyone would consider very simple orders, but the staff today was lacking in all forms of competence and basically wasted our time and money. Sad part is the first time I wrote the great review, we ordered the exact same items, and the staff got everything correct. It is really hard to mess up something so simple, but this time Taco Time really screwed the pooch. read more

So we decided to be adventurous and try Taco Time before we leave WA in two weeks. The name and Helvetica font deterred us from doing so the past four years we've lived here, but we've heard good reviews lately which piqued our curiosity. Still skeptical but openminded, we walked in and ordered eight crisp tacos--half beef and half chicken. The verdict: No no no no NO. Taco Bell's wayyyy better; at least at TB their beef doesn't taste like straight up soy and their taco shells aren't stale! I don't care if your ingredients are local and your packaging compostable; hiding soy in your beef is still unethical and compromises your integrity toward customers. There's also only one hot sauce option. My husband and I were also annoyed that only the women's restroom had a changing station. Right, because men don't have babies or bring them to restaurants themselves or ever change diapers. The toilet bowl in the women's restroom was also disgustingly stained and needed a good cleaning. The only satisfying thing about our experience was confirmation of our negative gut feeling about this place and that those who recommended it lack good taste and knowledge of what good Mexican fast food is like. People told us it surpassed Taco Bell and ranked up there with Chipotle, ha! Plus we're from CA, so we know our Mexican food. One and done!! read more

Today was the single worst meal we have ever had from Taco Time in Sequim. At the drive up window, I ordered a soft chicken habanero burrito, two fish Baja tacos and an order of nachos (without meat). The nachos must have been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Soft and soggy chips, with cold melted cheese soaked in. The actual deep fried fish in both fish tacos were cold. And the chicken habanero turned out to be a beef habanero burrito. It may be because it's the weekend after Thanksgiving, but man. I'm used to much higher quality food from the Sequim Taco Time. It was so poor that my wife called and complained, but the manager (if indeed that's who it was) dismissed her complaint and was borderline rude. Not sure if we will give it another chance after this. read more

We live near San Diego and there is no shortage of authentic Mexican food so we walked in knowing this would be fast-Mex, likely blander flavors but we wanted to give this brand a try since we don't have in SoCal. Luckily we aren't missing anything down south. Now we are craving the little mom and pop restaurants in our little village center, fresh salsa and tortillas made by hand daily, large caldos steaming on the stove and rustic tamales. Going to try the other Mexican places nearby to try and get a 'fix' since we will be in this beautiful place for a while and plan to return to the area often. read more

Good good..fresh fresh...TACO TIME!!! This is the only drive thru that I visit for myself in Sequim. I used to go everyday that I worked, but have cut back to save money. They do cost a little more than Taco Bell...but the quality is 10x better. My fave on their menu is the Mahi mahi fish taco (but I substitute their ranch sourcream instead of fish sauce). read more

This is a clean little place. I always have the casa burrito with beef. It has beef and cheese inside and melted cheese with sauce on the outside. It is served with shredded lettuce and chips. It is really simple and good. I usually order a side of guacamole and sour cream to go with it. For a drive in type restaurant this is a pretty awesome meal. read more

I have to say that Taco Time impressed me so much that now I seek them out in other locations when I want something fast and good. Went in they were busy, ordered nachos and a taco. Meat was completely tasteless absolutely no flavoring at all !!! I hadn't eaten all day so I chocked down half the taco and less than five nachos chips. The nachos were very bad . Poor quality of chips and no flavor at all. The tator tots are good. I had the tacos, and they were not good. I mean, I ate them, but the "salsa" they give you for them is nasty, and the tacos are barely edible. I am not sure about anything else, as I do not want to go try it again. I love Taco Time but I stopped after shopping and found that with only a couple customers inside and a couple at the drive-up the service was quite slow. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged. While I was waiting for my order I watched a cook handle the deep fryer basket, some uncooked and unwrapped food, the fridge door then bag my food all without gloves or washing his hands. I like to know that there is no possibility of my food being contaminated and I was a little reluctant to accept my order. Not sure I will stop there again. read more

We were driving by - so stopped to get a quick soft taco. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting... apparently someone had forgot to cook the beef - so they had run out and it took that long to prepare more and make all the orders for those that were waiting. One elderly couple waited 25 minutes. When this happens, I think the staff should give some sort of refund or maybe a free item to those who were on the short end of their negligence.
