I love this Taco Bell so much, the service that they provide is impeccable! The food is always so amazing no matter how they cook it! the ambiance of the interior makes me feel so happy inside, I really hope they never close down. My favorites are, 3 DLT (Doritos Locos Tacos), a dirty Baja Blast freezy (dirty means with cream), and Cinnabon Delights. Two things you need to know about this particular Taco Bell before you go. #1 Entering the driveway, there is a huge block of concrete splitting the driveway in two. I guess they're trying to make one for entering and one for exiting. But there is no signage, no markers and if you don't know the area, it would be really easy to drive right over it. Be careful. # 2 - They just remodeled, and in doing so, they removed the menu. That's right No. Menu. The only way you can see the food and prices is if you use the kiosk. Ordered and had to go over it 3 times before the screen was correct. Got to the window after long wait. ONly one car in front of me. I specifically ordered black beans with my beefy burrito, and got charged for it. She handed me the bag. I looked inside no napkins. She also forgot my drink. every time I said something she replied, "oky doky". So I am running late and go to eat the burrito and it was cold. I was too far down the road to return it. I've been here 4 times in nearly 6 months since moving to Sequim. It's hard to miss, in a spiffy new (?remodeled) building along washington ave at the east side of town. Every single time I've visited this location I've been treated to sarcasm and craptacular attempts at humor. There is a guy who works the drive thru on the evenings who thinks he's a hilarious stand-up comic, only he's not (at all) funny. Overly friendly (read: to the point of being significantly creepy) service in a lackadaisical "I couldn't give less of a crap about what I'm doing" attitude -- it's all very strange. At my last visit I gave an order and when I went to pick it up and was asked if I wanted hot sauce, I responded with my standard "fire sauce, please!" -- at which point an older gentleman (who looked like a manager) said "fire sauce? you dont get fire sauce! you can only handle the mild..." -- another bizzaro attempt at humor? It turned out he dropped a whole 2 packets of the fire into my bag, woefully inadequate for the buttkicking my taste buds needed. These people are weird, creepy, and strange -- after three second chances, I'm confident it wasn't a one time issue. They need to learn how to treat their customers with at least a tiny bit of respect, or at least try hide their contempt (and/or hatred of their jobs) a little better. I do not plan on ever going back. If I'm uber hungry late night I'll pass the taco bell and go directly to the nearby QFC for munchies. That's a far better source for a late-night fix. read more

I went to this local T.B. and, have been sorry ever since. I ordered the Power Chicken Burrito - that was supposed to be "healthy + full of meat". What it was full of wasn't meat but - sour cream, lettuce, tiny bit of tomato, I think onions and a grilled/greasy tortilla. Did Not look like the picture on their display wall at all ! We were driving to Black Bear Diner and looked right and saw this exquisite eatery when Heather said "look it's a super legit taco bell." We then ignored it and drove to Black bear. Black bear looked really busy so we came back to the taco bell. Lettle did we know about these doritos locos tacos boyyyy were they amazing!! I used to go to fhe port angeles tb until i had problems digesting it and would have to go to take a dump 15 minutes after consuming. I lost all faith. And you wouldnt catch me dead at taco time. Worst taco Bell I have ever been to. Night employees are methed out of their minds.... I don't expect gormet service at a fast food chain, but when I'm spending $30+ anywhere I expect to at least get my order right and be able to eat my food without fear of poisoning. The crunch wrap supreme I got from them had such a strong chemical taste I couldn't even swallow one bite. This was on 10/6/2017. We weren't expecting much on a Sunday night, but I have to say, this Taco Bell was a pleasant surprise. Point #1, The guy who took our order got our somewhat complicated requests correct without needing it repeated three times; #2, The burritos were actually warm, both beans AND tortilla, and the tortillas were slightly crispy, which is perfect; and #3, they were generous with the red sauce; oh, and #4, they were polite.
