RP exotics handled this well by opening the garage door up, playing party music, and putting out bottles of water, nice. I bought a 2009 Maserati trom them and the key was falling apart. It would crack open whenever I turned it in the ignition. Clearly this key had a rough life. I pointed it out to the salesman along with the tpms warning that was lit up. A few weeks later the car wouldn't start at all. I had it towed to the Maserati dealer where they troubleshot it down to the key/immobilizer system. It was $1,400 and RP Exotics agreed to cover it. It's been over a month, l've contacted them several times and they keep saying they're sending a check, but | haven't received it. So this is aggravating. Now they've posted some weird inaccurate response, lol. Also, I found out when the radiator froze over the winter that they also didn't out the correct antifreeze/collant ratio in, nice, so that cost me a new radiator. And they still haven't offered to fix the TPMS issue lolol.

I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering RP Exotics read this before proceeding…read more I went through RP Exotics to purchase my first exotic vehicle. I purchased the car from the state of Washington, but had Parker review the deal, as at the time he was the only person I trusted in the car business. He suggested using a business open-ended lease structure to "save money" and referred me to a lender he stated he had worked with many times, with RP Exotics handling the vehicle registration. Approximately nine months later, when I sold the vehicle, I learned that $55,000 was applied against me as a residual by the lender they referred me to. When I asked the lender for an explanation of how this amount was calculated, I was told the details were proprietary and would not be provided. I also had questions regarding certain registration-related amounts, but was unable to get clear answers about how those were handled. When I raised these concerns with Parker, his response was that it was surprising and that I should consult a lawyer. After that, I attempted to get clarification on several outstanding & important questions, but many messages went either completely unanswered (but still opened), and the responses I did receive did not provide meaningful clarity. Throughout this situation, I did not receive an apology, explanation, or effort to help resolve the issue beyond the suggestion to involve legal counsel and one phone call he made to the lender. Based on my experience, I would HIGHLY advise having independent legal and financial review if you choose to do business here as this has been, by a very long shot, the worst car buying and selling experience of my life, and heavily regret doing business with them.

The service manager Zack went over everything with me first, I talked to the technician, Fabian doing the work and he started right on it. Fabian was very careful and took the time to ensure the car would not be scratched while doing the work. The shop is extremely clean and well laid out, all of the technicians were very professional. The owner of Exotic Motors Midwest, Danny came out to shake my hand and I also spent some time discussing my Murcielago with the sales manager, Alex. The work was done promptly and professionally while I waited. And when the work was done they had their detail specialist go over my car and got it looking better than when I drove in. All in all was a great first experience with service from Exotic Motors Midwest. I don't trust my Lamborghini to just anybody. I found that Exotic Motors Midwest has a great reputation for service and decided to see for myself. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and service that I got and now Exotic Motors Midwest will be the only place that I will be taking my Murcielago to for service.

I have to assume he didn't want the hassle of removing and replacing. That is his prerogative but a simple communication would have been nice if he didn't want the job.

We were greeted by Jamel, but the interaction felt very disengaged from the start. During the test drive, he insisted on coming along but made little effort to be conversational or helpful. The car itself had more noticeable issues than expected, significant hail damage on the roof, a broken trail light, and interior panel damage. When we asked about possible repairs and pricing adjustments, and mentioning that we would have a trade in if the price was right he left and came back with an offer! After mentioning a trade-in and a $1,500 down payment, the pricing we received didn't reflect either. Once we saw that he was not willing to take anything off the initial price I mentioned that Carfax valued the car at over $500 for cars in that range with the extensive amount of damage, I was told that Carfax doesn't sell cars including being told that he wasn't "in the business of giving away thousands of dollars" and he could just sell it to the auction. At that point we got up and left. Overall, the experience was not very friendly or positive. I left wishing I could have worked with a different salesperson, because I would have seriously considered purchasing the car under the right circumstances. Instead, I left with an unsatisfied feeling. We have been to multiple dealerships during this period of looking for a new car and this was the worst experience that we've had at all the dealerships combined.

I am very happy and pleased that Chris Blumeyer was my salesman. Chris provided exceptional service as he researched and found the car for me. His attention to my transaction details and fairness in pricing made for a smooth transition from my Audi A5 convertible trade-in to my 2026 ES 350 H. Each time I placed a call to the dealership or visited the showroom I was greeted by a receptionist---as well as courteous and well skilled support staff, with whom Chris works. I had a number of questions regarding the Multi-Media system. If Chris could not answer a question, he had Lexus's in house Multi-Media expert, Julian answer (in person). Working with Chris Blumeyer was an absolute pleasure - He was incredibly helpful, professional and accommodating. There was never any "hard sell". The entire process was extremely smooth. As we were waiting in the dealership, for various things, I ventured off to the service waiting area. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable seating and offerings for their guests in the area as well as the conversations I had with people waiting. Everyone I talked with were very satisfied customers and would purchase from Spirit again. After purchasing the car, Julian sat with me, for quite some time, and explained (very patiently) the use of all the electronics. Even a few days later I had questions, and reached out to both Chris and Julian (each for different reasons) and they got back to me in a timely manner. My experience here was above and beyond what I expected. I had the car only one week. As luck would have it when a truck passed me a small rock ricochet onto my windshield which created a crack. Needless to say, I was terribly upset, I called up Service and spoke with a Service Advisor, Ryan, to order a new windshield. Unfortunately, since the car is a new model one particular part is backordered, though he assured me he will keep on top of it. Ryan has been communicating with me for the last few days. He has assured me that this will be taken care of using OEM parts, and get it done as soon as all parts are in. This is an excellent dealership that delivers a luxury experience. High marks in customer service, professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness and pricing. I would highly recommend Spirit Lexus to anyone that is in the market to purchase a new luxury Lexus.

Clear and timely communication could have prevented many of these issues. When the vehicle was finally ready for pickup, it was delivered to us in an unsafe condition. The windows had been covered with non-transparent plastic tape, making it hazardous to drive due to the lack of visibility. I was very disappointed that the vehicle was considered ready for delivery in that state. The dealership did offer to correct the issue at a significantly discounted price, and deliver the car to our home due to travel. I do appreciate the effort to acknowledge the situation. However, given the number of problems and the inconvenience we experienced throughout the process, I did not feel that the resolution adequately addressed the overall customer experience. *EDIT AFTER INITIAL REVIEW* One of our compromises for our issues was to detail the car. The service employee who set this up did not communicate to anyone we agreed on this, nor did he communicate we agreed to get the car brought to us on a specific day. We ended up having to call and request the car be brought to us, and this employee did not know the car was ever missing from the lot.

I told him what I wanted in a car and that I was hoping for a cheaper car payment and he looked at me and said "that's not realistic" I understood but wanted to see the car as I was ok staying around what I was already paying. I had to much I still owed on my previous car to get a cheaper car and stay within my budget. So what did Javon do? Show me a 2025 Chevrolet Trax with over 30k miles on it that was not within my budget. When I said no I couldn't afford it they told me I could cancel one of my coverages to lower the cost. I said I wasn't sure and asked if I could think about it. Javon looked at me and said "what is it going to take to get your business today" I told him I needed a lower payment and he brought in Tito to talk to me and try and convince me to get this car. I was there for about 3.5 hours at this point and just wanted to leave but felt pressured to leave with something so I said yes. I regretted agreeing to it before even signing the paperwork but I did anyways. I left that dealership with a fake smile and a sense of dread and I sobbed wishing I never went in that day. I left the dealership at 3 and called the same day at around 5-6pm told the receptionist I did not like the car and would like to come back and get my old car back. She said that should be fine but Javon was already gone and I would have to come back when he was in to get my car back. I went up on Wednesday at around 6:45 (I bought the car Monday) I stood for around 20 min till Javon pointed me to his office again and a manager named Tony came in and asked what was going on. I told him I didn't not like the car and would like my car back. He said it wasn't possible, they don't have a return policy and they have a whole sales guy who comes and gets the car almost day of and my car was already gone. He had no idea why a receptionist would tell me I could come back and get my car and that she might not have even been on site and has no idea why she would tell me this wouldn't be a issue. She knew Javon's schedule and she knew exactly who I was when I called on Wednesday morning. I asked if he could call the wholesaler and let them know about the situation. Tony said he would call me the next day after hearing from him. He shook my hand repeated his name and the time he would call then asked me "what's my name" which I felt was condescending (especially since he called me by the wrong name when I first walking in). He called me the next morning to let me know my car was gone and its already been sold and that I was stuck with the Trax or I could come back and trade it in. I let him know I was hoping for a car payment that was around 350 or less (I was paying 358 a month before) and he said "that's not mathematically possible and there was only so much they could roll over." Now I am stuck with a car I never wanted that they knew was out of my budget and now I may have to get a second job just to pay off the extra $4,000 dollars of negative equity they gave me since the Trax they sold me for $22,000 is only worth about $18,000 if I'm lucky. They are predatory and pushy and act like they are doing you a favor while actively setting you up for failure
