The glass has been replaced and tinted at no cost. I appreciate him taking ownership of the issue and making things right. I'm happy to have this over and enjoy my car! ******* I purchased my 2025 certified pre-owned 330i from BMW of Creve Coeur in May 2026. The buying experience was fine and Bradley was easy to work with. I took my vehicle to a very reputable shop near my home to get tinted and when they washed the back window to prepare it for tint, the defroster lines slid down and split. I called some tint shops(including the one BMW of Creve Coeur uses) to ask them if that was something they have seen. They advised that defroster lines should not come off that easily and that it sounds like there is an issue with the glass. They suggested taking to where I purchased it. I bought the car on the 20th, took it to the tint shop on the 29th and called the dealership that afternoon. Since it was Friday we arranged for me to bring it in on Tuesday the 2nd. When I brought it in the service manager accused the tint shop of using too much heat or cutting the lines with a razor blade. I went back to the tint company and they showed me the video of them working on my car and neither of those things happened. BMW of Creve Coeur refuses to fix the back glass and so I made a complaint directly with BMW and when they called BMW of Creve Coeur,they went out of their way to tell BMW not to cover the damage even under their goodwill program. I have always dreamed of buying a BMW and after 10 years of driving a van, my kids were old enough to switch back to a car. The whole experience has been a nightmare and honestly I'm ready to just be done and get a different car because if this is how they are right after you buy the car, I can imagine they are even more difficult to work with as the car ages. I purchased a brand new Kia back in 2013 and 13 years later they provide superior service than this BMW of Creve Coeur has. So if you want a dealership that makes your life difficult before the 1st payment is due then BMW of Creve Coeur is the one for you. My co workers all have luxury vehicles as well as my clients and I will be sure to warn everyone about BMW of Creve Coeur.

Since this place is close to home, I decided to give them a call on one of my days off last week to set up an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant to start with. Then the day came for me to drop off my car. I got there at 8:50am and left them my spare key. The guy did ask me if I needed a ride back home or to wherever which I refused (I live probably a total of one block from this place). Initially, I wasn't too happy when I didn't get a phone call and it was already 2:30pm but I gave them a little more time and called. I figured they probably are busy with other cars and that there might be some order when they work on whichever car. I guess when she asked me on the phone if I was going to wait for the car was the key to determining when they might work on the car? Anyway, it was fine and maybe I'll learn next time or ask them if I could bring my car in closer to the time they might work on it. So I called and asked about my car around 3pm and she told me it's almost ready. This is where I became happy again! I was checking out and saw my bill for a synthetic oil change and holy crap! It was cheaper than I paid for at Jiffy Lube and they did not try to sell me anything extra like that place did. And to top it all off, they have handwashed my car free of charge and dried it (by hand also), and vacuumed the entire inside of my vehicle. I know JL vacuumed my car as well but only the driver's side. And I actually saw them handwashing my car because I came from the back of their shop which is toward the neighborhood. I should have come here from the very beginning! Well I guess I know where I'll be taking my car to from now on. Thanks for the great service, RPM!

She says she had previously informed the owners about the harassment and had a restraining order against him. I did not personally witness the incident, but the account raises serious questions about how this business responds to safety concerns. Being a paying customer should never excuse intimidation or harassment of a neighbor. I would like to see the owners address these concerns and explain what steps they take when someone reports harassment involving a person on their property. Based on what has been shared, I would not feel comfortable supporting this business.
