A slight problem was discovered with the cars locking mechanism just as I was prepared to leave for KC, so Rachel arranged for a repair shop very near my home in Overland Park to take care of the necessary repair. My wife and I recently had an exceptional car-buying experience as a result of Wade Sandrell, our…read moresalesperson who exemplifies what customer service should be at a top-notch level. It was pleasure of purchasing our new high-end Toyota hybrid from Jay Wolfe Toyota, and we can say without hesitation that this was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What truly distinguished this purchase was the professionalism, character, attentiveness, and genuine care demonstrated by our salesperson, Wade Sandrell. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Wade Sandrell consistently gave us his undivided attention, patience, and personal commitment. That level of attentiveness continued throughout the entire process, including the approximately four-month wait while our high-end hybrid Toyota was being manufactured at a Toyota production facility. Of course anyone who has ordered a highly sought-after vehicle understands that waiting several months can create uncertainty and anticipation. Wade remained engaged, communicative, professional, and reassuring throughout that entire period. What impressed us most, however, was that Wade's excellence went far beyond simply selling us a vehicle. His genuine way of being, personal values, integrity, character, and commitment to his customers were evident throughout our entire experience. He wasn't simply focused on completing a transaction. He focused on building a relationship, understanding our expectations, answering our questions, paying attention to the smallest details, and making certain that we felt valued every step of the way; that distinction mattered. In fact, Wade Sandrell made the difference in our decision to spend our money at Jay Wolfe Toyota rather than returning to the Lexus or Mercedes-Benz dealerships we have purchased from in the past. When customers have options and especially when they are considering premium and luxury brands, the experience surrounding the purchase can be just as important as the vehicle itself based on our interactions. Wade, on behalf of the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership earned our business through trust, professionalism, and genuine customer care. His personable approach, attention to detail, responsiveness, patience, and ability to establish a meaningful customer relationship were truly outstanding. He demonstrated that exceptional salesmanship isn't about applying pressure or simply closing a deal. It is about listening, understanding, communicating, serving, and building trust. From a customer's perspective, Wade Sandrell is a model for what a vehicle salesperson should aspire to be and emulate. He represents the type of employee every dealership should want representing its brand. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Finance Director at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The finance portion of purchasing a new vehicle was thorough, but it was not complicated or stressful, and the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and precision. The financial requirements were seamless, organized, transparent, and efficient, helping ensure that the purchase of our new vehicle proceeded smoothly from beginning to completion. My wife and I also appreciated the information and guidance regarding preventative maintenance and available options designed to help us keep our new vehicle in pristine condition, dependable operation, and long-term operational readiness with a high regards for safety. Such level of follow-through reinforced our confidence that our relationship with the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership extends well beyond the day we drove our new vehicle off the lot. We are immensely appreciative of the dealership owner, our salesperson, Wade Sandrell, the finance director, and the entire Jay Wolfe Toyota organization for the exceptional new vehicle purchasing experience and leadership demonstrated. If you are considering purchasing a Toyota, we highly recommend giving Jay Wolfe Toyota an opportunity to earn your Our five-star rating is easy to give and thoroughly desIerved.

My 1st and last experience with Jay Wolfe Toyota lasted less than 30 minutes and could not have…read morebeen worse. These folks have no clue what they're doing, especially the service department. What a bunch of clowns! I called the day before to schedule an appointment for an oil change. When the person booked the appointment, they made note of the make, model and year of my car, which is a 2020 Mercedes Benz CLS53 AMG. When I showed up to the appointment, the service manager told me it might be awhile because they didn't have the correct oil and filter on-hand for my car. He made a call to someone and they said they could have the correct products there in short time, so I stayed. Then, I mentioned to the service representative that when I bought the car from Toyota of Cedar Park in Texas, I purchased a "Prepaid Maintenance Plan" (PMP) through "Toyota Auto Care" for $1000 that was supposed to cover oil changes and tire rotations for 36mo/40kmi. but could ONLY be used at Toyota dealerships. She asked me to email her the contract, which I did. At the same time I purchased the PMP through Toyota Auto Care, I paid nearly $6000 for a "Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract" (MBSC) through APEX that covers everything else outside of regular maintenance, like oil changes. Both, the PMP and the MBSC contracts are included in the same PDF file that I emailed to the service rep at Jay Wolfe Toyota. A short time later, here comes the Service Manager to inform me that he "Called Toyota and they said that I only have a Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract and that it does not cover oil changes." Knowing that was incorrect, I asked for my car back and left. I immediately called Toyota of Cedar Park and spoke to a service rep who promptly checked their system and confirmed that it shows TWO SEPARATE CONTRACTS, one was the PMP and the other the MBSC, and that, YES, the PMP does cover oil changes and tire rotations. They have no clue why other Toyota dealers (yes, I have now been to more than one and the 2nd dealership experience was even worse!) aren't getting it. I wouldn't recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota to anyone for anything.

He wasn't shopping - just a quick look around. He was approached by a salesman and he let him know he wasn't interested in talking with him and he didn't want the guy to start selling to him. But the dude didn't listen and tried to engage my husband in conversation, etc. He ended up leaving because the guy wouldn't leave him alone. We went back a week or so later to test drive a few vehicles. We got the same guy because he had approached my husband a week ago so now we have to be his customers. He got super pushy again! We were out on the lot and my husband went in and asked for a different salesman. The first one asked him why. My husband said, "I told you I didn't want to be sold and all you're doing is selling". So we got another guy. New guy wasn't pushy, but he was extremely frazzled. He was helping someone else at the same time and couldn't get it together. We test drove two vehicles and weren't ready to make a decision. We had already planned to test drive other brands. We thanked the guy and went to leave and he reminded us that it was the last day of the month. The last day of the month didn't matter to us. I know it mattered to him because of quotas and such. I did not feel it was appropriate to mention it to us. While at another dealership, we were told that Leo Payne owns dealerships in Colorado and doesn't really pay attention to this one. I don't know if it's true, but the place isn't what it used to be. We ended up not buying a Honda.

I figured it was there to separate entrance and exit. I pulled into the lot and got out to look at the Ranger. I thought it was in pretty decent shape so I headed back to my truck and was going to come back later in the afternoon with my son to let him look at it. While I was heading to my truck some guy (the owner?) comes out of the building and starts yelling at me about driving past the cone. I apologized and informed him that I would leave. Then he made some smart a$$ed remark that it looked like I was leaving anyway. He lost a potential sale because I planned on bringing my son back later to look at the Ranger. This guy knows nothing about common courtesy and treating potential customers with decency. Also, 1 cone does not signify blocking a 20 foot entrance. Put up more cones or a ribbon or a sign if you don't want anyone pulling into the lot. One more thing, don't be such a D1CK to someone that may be interested in purchasing a car from you, you had no idea I was planning to come back.
