Excellent. My wife's co- worker highly recommended them. Matt did great work on my daughter's car…read more Even added some plugs to it. I came in without mentioning my wife's previous business. I wanted to see how consistent his work is. Something was draining my battery (not the alternator). 1. He sat down and we walked thru what's going on and the possibilities (most mechanics take your keys and call say they'll call you). 2. He gave a realistic time frame. Said he'd start tomorrow afternoon but finished tomorrow afternoon. 3. Fixed the problem. Explained what he did and we talked about future work. The professionalism. The honesty. The value. That's what will keep me going back. But the little things. The added spark plugs to my daughter's car. The fact he acid washed my rims and took 5 years of wear and tear off of them. That stuff restores faith in mechanics.

It's really too bad that business dealers like this are allowed to exist and screw people all along the way I really couldn't afford to lose that big chunk of my nest egg on a piece of junk that I had to go ride out and replace with a loan because I no longer have any cash I spent it on the first piece of junk and they even got it inspected for me yay. Just another way of making the lamb that's going to slaughter happy.

Avoid this dealership or its replacement, Drive Rite of St Charles, at all costs…read more They cleared codes on a 2008 F150 I recently purchased. Warning one should have been that it failed emissions due to code resets. They claimed it was because they had disconnected the battery doing repairs. Check engine light came back on during test drive, indicating cam position sensor failed. They said it would be a $20 fix. Distrustful of this answer, I demanded they include a warranty in the purchase price. Good thing. Got it home, come to find out, they had just changed the oil to hide the metal glitter from the disintegrating cam housing. Rough idle, misfires, etc. Two weeks later, it's in the shop for a complete engine replacement. Thank God it's under warranty. Let's hope that plays out. They will lie to you, attempt to hide faults, and act in every way like the worst of used car salesmen they are. The worst part is, they knew my wife was due the week I bought it, and we'd just totaled our car. Knowing that, they sold me a hunk of junk they knew needed an engine. There's a special place in hell for these guys. Steer clear, and don't let the low prices fool you into believing they offer good deals. They are snakes in the grass.

My car went out and I unexpectedly was in the market for a new car. I went to Enterprise car sales…read morein St. Charles because our family has had great success with cars from Enterprise. I worked with Peyton and didn't know exactly what I wanted other than an SUV. He showed me several different SUV's with lower mileage and great prices. I test drove a couple cars and then made my decision. The process was smooth from start to finish. He got my paperwork complete and the car all cleaned up so I could drive her home! If you need a car go ask for Peyton at Enterprise St. Charles and tell him I sent you! Peyton thanks for being helpful, and so professional throughout the process! #nohaggle

Enterprise sold me and my wife a Nissan ARIYA with open Nissan service campaigns and then refused…read moreto stand behind it when I raised the issue. What makes this worse is what the campaigns are actually about. Nissan's own campaign bulletin says that on certain 2023 to 2024 ARIYA vehicles, a failed over-the-air update for the navigation/IVI system can leave the vehicle in a no-start condition, meaning the IGN ON inhibit control is not released and the car may not start. Nissan's remedy is to update the IVI software and, if needed, the CAN gateway software. Enterprise's response? They told me to ask Nissan for a rental car and go to another dealer. So the company that sold me the car wanted someone else to deal with the consequences. That is unacceptable. I understand Nissan classifies these as voluntary service campaigns rather than a safety recall, but that does not change the fact that the issue Nissan describes can leave the vehicle unable to start and needing dealer intervention. What really stands out is that Nissan's campaign bulletin specifically says customers should consult their dealer for alternate transportation availability while the vehicle is being serviced, and it even lists rental expense guidance. Instead of helping, Enterprise pushed me off on Nissan and another dealer. If you buy from Enterprise, verify recalls, campaigns, and service history yourself, because once they have your money, you may find out their idea of customer service is telling you to go somewhere else.

Waste of time, energy, and money. Lacking in decent customer service skills. I purchased a used car…read morewith a warranty last month, and after just 3 short weeks of having the car, I began to notice the service, check engine, and tire pressure lights pop up on the dashboard. When I brought the issue up to the dealer, all he did was refer me to his mechanic, who simply turned off these lights and sent me home. The day after, the check engine light reappeared on the dashboard, and when I called the dealer, he again referred me to his mechanic, refusing to take responsibility or offer any reasonable alternatives. Unless you have time for such hassles, I'd save my money and go anywhere else.

I got it licensed right away and took it to a friend at a quality business it needed brakes and it had a bubble on the inside on the rear tires. I understand from talking to others that these things could have been missed in the inspection process. Who would I really want to tell you is this car is a lemon this dealer new it when they sold it to me they did something to it to make the engine stop clicking for a short time I have had it since April and this is November and it is a piece of junk that no one will buy because the engine block was made wrong it's a lemon they knew it there's some heavy oil and stuff you can put in it to sell it if you want to screw somebody which is clearly what this place did I wouldn't buy a vehicle from him again and I will be yelling this from the rooftop for quite some time because I paid $7,000 for a vehicle that's clearly worth $7,000 at the time because I did my homework as far as price went but I didn't go enough in to find out what a lemon this was. I am going to park it out in front of hyundais dealers occasionally from time to time on a Saturday when they're real busy and I'm going to talk to everybody little talk to me tell him all about Hyundai's Elantra cuz I can't sell it to anybody.
