Waste of time, energy, and money. Lacking in decent customer service skills. I purchased a used car…read morewith a warranty last month, and after just 3 short weeks of having the car, I began to notice the service, check engine, and tire pressure lights pop up on the dashboard. When I brought the issue up to the dealer, all he did was refer me to his mechanic, who simply turned off these lights and sent me home. The day after, the check engine light reappeared on the dashboard, and when I called the dealer, he again referred me to his mechanic, refusing to take responsibility or offer any reasonable alternatives. Unless you have time for such hassles, I'd save my money and go anywhere else.

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with about 65,000 miles on it clean as a pen ran really nice good…read moretires I had him fix a couple of minor things and then they passed it through inspection so I felt as though I had a safe vehicle. I got it licensed right away and took it to a friend at a quality business it needed brakes and it had a bubble on the inside on the rear tires. I understand from talking to others that these things could have been missed in the inspection process. Who would I really want to tell you is this car is a lemon this dealer new it when they sold it to me they did something to it to make the engine stop clicking for a short time I have had it since April and this is November and it is a piece of junk that no one will buy because the engine block was made wrong it's a lemon they knew it there's some heavy oil and stuff you can put in it to sell it if you want to screw somebody which is clearly what this place did I wouldn't buy a vehicle from him again and I will be yelling this from the rooftop for quite some time because I paid $7,000 for a vehicle that's clearly worth $7,000 at the time because I did my homework as far as price went but I didn't go enough in to find out what a lemon this was. I am going to park it out in front of hyundais dealers occasionally from time to time on a Saturday when they're real busy and I'm going to talk to everybody little talk to me tell him all about Hyundai's Elantra cuz I can't sell it to anybody.

Avoid this dealership or its replacement, Drive Rite of St Charles, at all costs…read more They cleared codes on a 2008 F150 I recently purchased. Warning one should have been that it failed emissions due to code resets. They claimed it was because they had disconnected the battery doing repairs. Check engine light came back on during test drive, indicating cam position sensor failed. They said it would be a $20 fix. Distrustful of this answer, I demanded they include a warranty in the purchase price. Good thing. Got it home, come to find out, they had just changed the oil to hide the metal glitter from the disintegrating cam housing. Rough idle, misfires, etc. Two weeks later, it's in the shop for a complete engine replacement. Thank God it's under warranty. Let's hope that plays out. They will lie to you, attempt to hide faults, and act in every way like the worst of used car salesmen they are. The worst part is, they knew my wife was due the week I bought it, and we'd just totaled our car. Knowing that, they sold me a hunk of junk they knew needed an engine. There's a special place in hell for these guys. Steer clear, and don't let the low prices fool you into believing they offer good deals. They are snakes in the grass.
