    Over charges

I went to the dealer and had a brake installation done a couple of weeks ago. The brakes are squeaky and loud. I took it in to have adjustments i.e. air blow brakes for dust and debris and lube. The dealer advisor wrote up that I needed new rear brakes and rotors totaling over $700. I spoke with my advisor Joe and indicated to him that I had an independent inspection performed on my vehicle that indicated that I was well in the green on my brakes and rotors. I had a complete rotor replacement done last year. Joe assured me that he would get to the bottom of this and asked me to bring my vehicle by today, which I agreed to. I was eagerly hoping for a resolution to this issue. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted warmly until I spoke to the service manager, Don. That's when I was met with agitation and low-key hostility. Upon an inspection by their service manager, he concluded that the brakes and rotors were in good working condition. No one has taken responsibility for the dishonesty. Yet everyone was offended that I sought out a second opinion. Then they told me I have a valve cover leaking by way of visual inspection. They did not use the dex dye test to confirm where the leak was coming from. The final charge on that would be over 500, and that might not even be where it's leaking at. So now the dealership is charging hundreds of dollars for guesswork instead of running GM certified tests. I spoke with General Manager Darric, whom I might add, also told me to bring my complaints directly to him. I feel that he basically did not wish to investigate the issue, and/or rolled with the deceit. Yet basically had the nerve to tell me my business was no longer welcome at the dealership and that his crew felt uncomfortable working with me. I guess that's how you handle pushing off your responsibility to blatantly cheat a customer. I feel that the dealership has an ethical problem in their service department. I have brought a previous concern to Darric when the service department first informed me that my rear brakes were "grinding into my rotors". Attempting to charge people for work that does not need to be completed and misdiagnosis of problems is not what I would expect to encounter at any reputable dealer. I was fortunate to catch their lie before losing over $1200. My solid recommendation is not to do business here. You are better off doing business with people who respect your business and your time.

Today I went for my first tire rotation that is free with my purchase of tires. I pulled up and parked, and they quickly met me outside and walked me in and greeted me by name when I walked in the door, very friendly and very helpful! They're very quick, fast and informative. I appreciate the service. They also give you text updates on your vehicle as you're waiting so you know what's going on. While I was there, there was a family with an RV that was getting a new tire. They were from out of town and asked if they could plug in their RV in the back of the building. Otherwise they were gonna have to completely empty out the refrigerator so their food didn't spoil. The manager quickly told them they. I'll plug in and walked him back to help him get set up. They go above and beyond and I appreciate that. It appears they're opening a lot more stores so they seem to be very close to wherever you live in the St. Louis area, which is convenient. You can make your appointments online and pick the time and date you want very flexible. When I purchased my tires in February, I had prepared financing ahead of time purchased them online made my appointment went in quickly installed, and was out the door. The tire rotations are just as quick. I think the only thing that they could improve upon is they need an app. If you need tires or service, give them a try !

They say its to cut cost for the company which i understand but if its not working, its time to move to the next option!! The shop wanted to use a rebuilt transmission from the beginning, this should have been allowed. I pay good money for this policy! I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Endurance. I purchased a policy for my 2016 Cadillac…read morethree years ago, believing I had reliable coverage. However, when my transmission started slipping, Endurance 'closed' the claim based on a technicality that feels intentionally designed to avoid paying out. They claimed I missed a transmission fluid change at the 45,000-mile mark, citing "extreme use" driving conditions. Here is why their decision is completely unjustified: Lack of Transparency: At no point during the sign-up process was I told texas was classified as "extreme" due to heat or city driving. If this was a requirement for my specific location, it should have been clearly disclosed. Ignoring Vehicle Usage: This isn't even my primary car! It's a low-mileage vehicle used mostly for small-town driving and occasional trips. Applying an "extreme use" maintenance schedule to a car that is barely driven is ridiculous. Contradicting Local Experts: I consulted three independent mechanics here in my area, and all of them agreed that a 60,000 to 100,000-mile interval is the standard for this region. Endurance is essentially making up their own rules that go against professional mechanical advice just to save themselves money. Additionally, the person who was assigned claims would not even engage with me. They only engaged through the mechanic, which is extremely frustrating. I asked them to deny the claim rather than close it so it would be easier to take further action, but they wouldn't. They said they closed it because I could not provide documentation that I had the transmission fluid changed at 45K miles, even though I told them four times it was not changed because it was not due to be changed. It is clear that Endurance looks for any excuse to deny a claim, even when you've followed reasonable maintenance patterns. Save yourself the headache and the money--do not trust this company with your vehicle.
