    At Frank Leta Honda there is a salesman named Andrew that works out of that building for SELL MY CAR STL. 500 Auto Mall Dr. O'Fallon, MO ITS A SCAM!! Bait and switch!!! Avoid, Avoid!!! The lure you in by promising you the moon, and soon as you get there they chop their price down to nothing and then have the audacity to blame you for it. $11,800 was my online offer and Andrew their sales guy said nah it's going to be below $10,000 shades sales tacts, unfriendly staff that try to bully you into taking a ridiculously lower price. Don't try to defend yourself to Andrew he will just say bye and walk away, and why not he doesn't care about customers why should he. We are all just dollar signs to him. Screw Sell My Car STL ITS A SCAM!!!!

Honestly, when I pulled into the pre-owned lot and a guy IMMEDIATELY came outside BEFORE I EVEN GOT OUT OF MY CAR to ambush me..I backed out and drove to the new lot and walked down to the pre-owned lot. I would like to look at what you even have before we talk about negotiations, is that strange? ‍ Now I'm struggling to get the car I originally bought fixed.. The trunk leaks BAD! Had my car smelling of strong mildew in 24 hrs.. They sent it to the body shop last Monday to be "fixed" and when they got it back Friday Allisha decided to double-check and water test the trunk (thank goodness).. STILL LEAKS JUST AS BAD! So now I'm another week without my car and at this point can't even remember what my car was like... I'll update next weekend when I hopefully get my car back.

    I bought a 2026 Charger from these folks. Had the car exactly 1 week. Was driving home on I-70, and…read morethe infotainment system started blinking. It rebooted, several times, and went dark. It came back on for about 15 seconds, flashed and rebooted several times, and entire screen went black. I went to the dealership yesterday, 6/25/26, and was told they had no one available to look at the car. While looking around in his computer, he found there is a KNOWN issue with the traffic sign assist, and wont be fixed until 3rd quarter. It tells you to reset things manually. Should take 5 minutes, no more than 15 minutes to do this. I followed what was online, and it did not work. The service departement folks could have reset things and shown me how to do it if it ever happens again. They could care a less that the car is a week old, or that it is not safe to drive this way. I emailed my salesperson, and asked for some help, and once he made the sale, he was done, was not going to even try and get me any help. Just said go by service and see what they say. I called UCONNECT to try and get them to reset things remotely, they said I needed to go to the dealership. I should not have to go here, go there, do this, do that. I was in the dealership at 3pm, and they had no one that would even look at the car. The service guy plugged something in and got some codes, and said I could drop it off and leave it for them to try and figure things out. There is nothing to figure out with a KNOWN issue, that only a software fix with actually fix the issue.

    I feel totally ripped off by the Service Advisor, Adam Beckman. My Mercedes Sprinter went into…read more"limp mode" 20 miles outside of O'Fallon. I pulled into a truck stop and they did a Computer engine scan. Truck mechanic said we needed a Mercedes dealer for maintenance. Adam Beckman at Plaza Mercedes in O'Fallon said if you start it 3 times and the "Check Engine" light will go out (wrong). The Mechanic took it back and "reset" the CE Light and said "it is fine now go on your trip." We left and 5 miles away it goes back into Limp Mode. We returned, Adam had a mechanic look at it again..while using the computer sheet from the truck stop came back and said the EGR Valve was out. Adam said "that is a cost of $2,500 plus tax if you want to have it done." We/ I had no choice and he knew it. At 11am Adam gave us a rental car and said "go eat lunch and enjoy St. Louis and the Sprinter will be done after 4pm, EGR Valves take awhile." We left and came back to the dealership just to wait in 1hr and 15min. The RV was parked at 12:15 ready to go. I asked Adam how did that happen so fast. He said "he is a good mechanic. ". I paid it, and then called our Mercedes repairman in KC he said that part with labor WOULD COST $1,440 to replace and it could be cleaned for $700. WOW nice guy Adam just screwed us! If you don't have a maintenance agreement don't go there for any work. ***I received a follow up text about the their service, from AJ Calandro Service Manager at Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield.I responded to him and heard nothing from him..NOTHING. I guess they like taking advantage of Senior Citizens.

This Service Manager demonstrated a completely unacceptable and demeaning attitude toward a customer with his exceptionally mishandled and blatantly disrespectful behaviour. Does the Management realize that it is the Service dept that brings in much of the profits? When I sent an email complaining, they wanted me to go in there again to get my vehicle reinspected. No, after being treated the way I was, I don't want to go back to that service department and degrading myself further. Why would a Mercedes dealership hire such a person who glorifies his arrogant condescending attitude and probably takes pride in it? Considering the service managers work history, at best well suited at shady neighborhood auto repair shop.

They Pass Safety Inspections That Aren't legal Inspections. There is a paper that they will have you sign that they can keep a title up to 2 weeks because they say the check has to clear the bank. This is Bogus on a cashiers check they can give the acct # and verify that the funds are there especially if its a specific loan off your bank.
