I got tires from this place for my Honda. I do all my services there. they told me if I get tires from there rotations are free. next time I get there I told them to rotate my tires and they said it cost $25 dollars. The car wash is always down. I have a recall on my truck and they made sure they have parts to replace it. so I scheduled everything waited two hours for them to tell me they didn't have a part. now they keep bothering me about the recall so I just called them and they said we don't have parts your going to have to come in and have a rep take a picture of the problem (wires showing) then they might fix it when they get a part. so basically a safety recall is going to be a 3 trip fix. read more

I can't find a zero stars, so one will have to do. Fortunately, I was able to help my daughter from making a costly mistake at this dealership, but buyers should be aware of their business practices. Upon inspection of the used car my daughter and her fiancé were seeking to purchase, I noticed that a car with less than 30,000 miles on it had THREE different brands of tires and TWO of them has completely different speed and load ratings. Without getting into long specifics, they felt that having three different types of tires is "normal" on a four wheel drive car. In owning an all wheel drive car myself and knowing it's not "normal" or "smart" to change only one tire or put different load ratings on a car, I asked for two options to complete the sale; 1) 500 off the price to buy a new set of tires myself or 2) a new set of tires. The business manager Don said "how about option 3, none of those. Fortunately, they walked away from the deal for a number of other reasons and then to add insult to injury, they lowered the price 1,800 dollars more from the negotiated price on the new sticker and put it back in the lot which was a bit puzzling considering I only asked for an additional $500 off. Hmmmmmmm I will be reaching out to the proper agencies state and local about the business practices of this company and encourage everyone to avoid buying or servicing a car at this dealership. read more

I will never buy from Frank Leta Honda again. My experience with Frank Leta Honda was something I wouldn't wish on even an enemy. And especially if you're a woman: don't buy from them! In short, they proved to be untimely, untrustworthy, unreliable, unkind, and misogynistic. My saga starts with a happy beginning of being contacted by Elise, after I submitted an online inquiry on three cars. She was quick and competent in her work; a great communicator. It seemed like this would be a great car buying experience. We scheduled a showing for a specific date and time, with the three cars on my file to test drive. I confirmed my appointment day-of and Elise made me aware that she might not be available when I got there, but to ask for her or Sean Hicks---that I'd be in good hands. I arrived on time, asked for Elise or Sean. But both of them had left for the day---even though I had an appointment?! (That seemed slightly unprofessional.) Instead I was placed with a very incompetent and still "green" Bradley. The process to look at 3 cars (as I had planned on with Elise) took WAY too long. Once we finally got to the negotiations, Kyler was then appointed to help me. Equally unhelpful and condescending (plus, his mask was very dirty and never stayed up properly---I felt uncomfortable). With an appointment at 6:15, I didn't walk out of the dealership until 9:40, with only a down payment on the car; no financing and no car to drive home, expecting that I would come out later and finish things up. In addition to the whole process taking hours! All three, Kyler, Bradley, and Travis talked down to me and directed information and questions at my boyfriend (who was NOT buying the car, and intentionally kept silent). Both my boyfriend and I reflected on how icky it felt. Pandering to the man in the situation just lost Frank Leta Honda an easy 2 stars in my book. It's 2021 people. Two days later, I drove out again. This time by myself, so that they'd actually talk to me. I was to work with Birty "Tito" Hodgson in financing. All went pretty smoothly; I drove away with a lovely car. Two more days pass. I read through the extended warranty I bought and decided that I actually don't want to keep it. Legally, I am in my rights to cancel a warranty within 30 days of signing the papers. So, I contacted Tito to have it cancelled; I emailed, I called, and emailed again... DAYS later, he finally responds. He confirms he will cancel it. Weeks go by. I've heard nothing. My car payment is due and I have yet to see any mail about my loan. I call Tito. I call again. I email. I call a third and fourth time. I email again. Now, over a month (30 days) has passed since I signed my contract. At this point Tito finally calls me back and says that they will offer me the extended warranty (that he should have already canceled!!) at 50% off. Still thousands of dollars I found wasteful. So I said "no, you were supposed to have canceled it." He said he had messed up and would have to draw up a new contract. The new contract he "drew up" had an inflated APR, almost double what the original contract had. I mistakenly signed most of the paperwork, before noticing the APR. I stopped as soon as I saw it (two pages short of fully signing) and said they needed to get it down to where it was before Tito messed up the original contract. The inflated APR would have cost me an additional $1,200+ in interest. He confirmed that they would work it down to the original APR and let me know soon. But what he actually did was file the paperwork without telling me. A few days pass, I call and email Tito to find out how things are going. Did they get the APR down to where it used to be? Nothing. I call and email again. No answer. I text his personal phone. No response. I was being ghosted. I finally email Tito and CC the Director of Finance, Ryan. In a matter of hours, Ryan calls me back. At this point, it's been almost two months since I drove my car off the lot, oh and my temp tags were expired! Ryan was helpful, he listened and showed an interest in getting things sorted out. But, even though he seemed helpful, I still had to do all the calling back/emailing to make sure they were getting the paperwork sorted out. Finally, after two whole months: my paperwork is sorted out, the APR is back to where it was before, I was given a free oil change(...ok) and a dealership plate to cover me while I wait for the title (yes, I got pulled over for my expired temp tags), and I didn't get gouged $1,200 in interest. But this was after two full months of stress, calling/emailing, being ghosted by Tito, being pulled over by a cop who gave me a stern talking to, using my time/money/energy to drive back and forth to the dealership, dealing with misogynistic men, and fighting to keep them from financially burdening me with problems they created. I will never buy from Frank Leta Honda, or any Frank Leta dealership, ever again. And I'll make sure my friends and family don't either. read more

After downloading a few apps on my phone and watching the market for a few months I ran across a 2014 Acura RLX that Leta Honda had for sale. Upon calling to check on the availability on 6/12, I set up an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I worked with a gentleman named Brendon (I think) who had the car ready to go and took time to research the vehicle so that all of my questions would be answered. When considering the vehicle, customer service and overall deal, I decided to get the vehicle. As a manager in a very customer centric business, I can truly appreciate good service and folks that are genuine! To date I don't have anything bad to say and would recommend this location to anyone. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership, here at Frank Leta Automotive in O'Fallon. Where should I begin? First, upon arrival, I wasn't even met outside, or asked what I was looking for. No one greeted me. Very rude. When I went inside, I had mentioned that I would like to see a Nissan. They bring me the keys and do what dealers do. After a test drive, they ask if we would like the car, and we do, yet we don't want to finance through them. The younger sales associate was giving us fabricated information saying that they never come down from prices and if we didn't finance through them, $500 would be added to the vehicle. A bunch of hog wash and shear arrogance. We then decide to not take the vehicle and return home. The next day, I go down before my college class starts, to make an offer, but wanted an experienced family member to be with me. I mention to them that I have class and I would like the finalizing of the deal to go smoothly and quick. They don't even let my family member drive the car because he didn't have a physical form of insurance, yet had a form on his phone. They didn't trust him that he had full coverage to test drive a vehicle. (He owns a 2015 Maserati). It was complete disrespect in that circumstance. He clearly has full coverage. Not only that, but they made my cousin sit in the back when he wanted to sit in the front, to get a good feel of the car. Nope. Straight to the back. Upon telling them we wanted to move further, they waited and Lolly gagged around, making me 30 minutes late to school. I wasn't even able to be there for the deal. The next day, when wanting to get the car, they tried getting me to not pay cash, because they wanted to have me finance through them so they could earn interest from me. I stood strong and said no. Then they took warranties away now, and almost refused to give me the keys to drive off the lot because I didn't have insurance yet. What's it to them? It's my car now. That's on me. It's my risk I'm taking. I finally get the keys to drive away. I ask them if I have all the documents I need and if we were all squared away. Well guess what? They tell me yes, but they refuse to give me a temp tag, and DONT GIVE ME A TITLE. So upon setting up a loan THE NEXT DAY, I get denied and have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to only get an application for the title. In the midst of trying to figure out the title situation, they ping ponged me back and forth between 7 different sales members, putting me on hold, and refusing to answer a simple question of "Do you have the title?" Long story short, it was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I have ever gone through and will NEVER deal with them again. I won't even go back and get my free car washes they sicken me so bad. read more

Ryan Pennington was the best! He was patient with my high anxiety level of buying a new car, and trading in my previous vehicle. He worked with the office to get my trade in fully paid off, which was amazing! Ryan steered me away from less desirable vehicles, and showed me vehicles that would fit with my lifestyle. Beware of this place. They just want to sell services on your car that you don't need. First off they charged us $99.99 to have the car evaluated and came back with an estimate of $3999 on a car we only paid $2500 (2002 Civic). We barely made it home because the car sounded like it was about to die and stall out. Now when we drove it there we had no problems with the car at all, this was a new issue after the "evaluation". Got home my son looked at the car and removed a spark plug on cylinder 4 that was cracked in half. Now mind you it wasn't cracked before we headed to the dealership and the car was driving fine. So my son bought new spark plugs and resolved the issue. We will not go back to this dealership. We wasted $100! read more

Very long and unnecessarily painful process. Called and got internet pricing on the exact vehicle. Arrived at dealership to test drive the car at 12:50 PM on a Saturday was back by 1:10 PM and decided we would purchase the car for the price given to us over the phone. There was no trade in involved which should have made this process easy but no. We waited until 2:30 PM until we were given the credit application to fill out. We filled out the simple application would could be done over the computer took less than 10 minutes. Waited until 4:15 PM for the finance guy to show us our payment options. We were very specific about only processing the application with Honda's 0% which was approved. But the finance guy stressed how much the payment was at 0% and it might be better to go with 1.9% because our payments would be so much lower but a longer period of time. Finally, he left and we waited until 4:45 PM to go back and complete the paperwork. The paperwork process was extremely slow and tedious (much easier to buy a house). Paperwork is finally complete and it is almost 6:00 PM, we go to drive away and the keys could not be located. Salesperson is scrambling like a chicken with it's head cutoff looking for the keys even asking us if we had the keys. Finally after rushing around the place and not finding the keys it was determined maybe another customer took the keys. The salesperson he could drive the car to us once the other customer returned the keys. My husband refused to leave without the car. The keys were finally returned after 6:00 PM and we were finally able to leave. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Electronic credit application. I can sit at home at midnight to apply for a car loan. 2. Be honest with customer about the time involved in credit process. I would have gladly filled out the application before I left and came back on Monday to get the car. No need to waste my Saturday afternoon. 3. Be more careful with the keys. Careless mistake caused alot of unnecessary aggravation. read more

Due to health complications we had to trade in my husbands truck for a van that he could transfer in and out of. I came into the dealership to see what was available and explain our situation. Eric P. Immediately began helping me find a vehicle that would be appropriate for out situation. Unfortunately there were just not that many vehicles or if they come in they are sold immediately. I shopped at another dealership who gave me the run around and wanted to charge extra for a vehicle. I called Eric back and he confirmed that Leta doesn't up charge for vehicles. I was very busy and not much time to sit around the dealership. Eric helped me do as much paperwork over the phone as we could. It was a simple process. Very smooth. Even called in a week later to see about a trailer hitch. He was prompt with that information as well. Also it was a pleasure to meet The Leta's granddaughter in the lobby as I grabbed some water. Very pleasant. This is our 4th car from Leta. I will continue to give them my business. read more

Reminder that you CAN ALWAYS beat a Leta. Besides all of the runaround (no sales experience has ever been good there) their service department will rip you off if you bring your car in to get inspected. After showing me a repair bill of around $5k, I found a shop to do all of it for $800. To the Leta folks watching: I'm not calling you and I'm not doing business with you again if I have to give you money to do it. The very definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I have gone to you many times and had only one or two good experiences, so at this point I don't know why I bother. Both times they took extra care to make sure all the repairs were complete and that I received the car back in better condition than I received it. I'm writing specifically because a fluke accident happened with my car right as it was going through the car wash. They admitted the mistake. Took responsibility. Then, they took care of EVERY detail. Throughout the process, they made sure I was happy and taken care. This is what GOOD businesses do! My car looks better than when I bought it. There are three reasons why you should ever visit a car dealership: 1. You are there to test drive a vehicle 2. You are there to pick up a vehicle you bought off of their website 3. You are there for warranty work Any other reason and you are paying too much money for whatever your purpose is for being there. I came up with this after my experience here and will try and give the Cliff Note version as to why I say what I just said above. My car was on it's last legs so I was in the market for a new car. I swung by here to test drive a new car and I had no intention of buying a car that day unless I was given an offer I couldn't refuse. So, I listened to the usual dog and pony show that car salesmen trot out when you go to sit down. After about 30 minutes of this, I knew I wasn't going to get the best offer, so I left. I told him I would think about his final offer and let him know. I then went home, having the knowledge of the test drive and deciding I would like that vehicle. Since buying a brand new Honda at this dealership would be like buying a new one at any other dealership in the area, it didn't matter where I bought the car, as long as I got the best deal. I then went home and through the websites of all of the area Honda dealerships, solicited quotes for cars. Received quotes back from every single dealership except this one. They said since I had 'established a working relationship with a salesperson,' that I should work through him. So having my quotes (all of which were lower than the price he was offering me), I figured to give him one last shot. I walked in to meet with the salesperson and perhaps he thought I was there to strike a deal. I told him that I didn't want the dog and pony show and if I was going to make a deal with him, I wanted him to meet and beat the best offer I had. After a bit of stalling on his part, I finally show him the deal, printed out. He seemed flabbergasted that I was giving him a legit deal and mocked what I showed him and insisted I would never get that deal. I proceeded to tell him that if a dealership would not honor a written deal that was valid, I was sure the Attorney General would love to hear from me. He still didn't buy it and I told him I was going to the other dealership to pick up the car. And I then proceeded to walk out. Sure enough, I did get that car at the price that was given me (Sticker: $30,000, paid: $24,000). But that is not quite the end of the story. A few days later, I received a call from the salesman, wondering if I wanted to come in and buy the car from him. I proceeded to tell him that I went and did exactly what I told him I was going to do, and was now the owner of a new Honda. His exact response: "Oh, OK," and he hung up. I have never received any follow up from Leta, don't plan on it in the future, and never plan on spending any of my money at a Leta dealership again. The lesson for salespersons: Don't try and call a potential customer on what you think is a bluff. It will only anger them and drive the business elsewhere. read more

"Horror Show". This dealership seems to take pride in their total and complete disregard for the basic fundamentals of customer service. Many people exaggerate bad customer service experiences to enhance the drama. I can honestly say without any hint of exaggeration that this was perhaps one of the most fundamentally awful customer experiences so i have had in my entire adult life. From start to finish this has been a complete horror show. Where to start. After a lot of back-and-forth legwork over email we were absolutely assured that everything would be ready when we arrived to buy our new minivan. At the time we had a newborn and hours in a dealership were just not something in the cards for us. 10 hours. I kid you not we were in there for 10 long hours. I cannot begin to tell you how much of a horror show that was when you consider a newborn in tow. That should've been our first sign but I suppose we are slow learners. The sales person was absolutely incompetent and uninformed -- we knew far more about the vehicle than she did. Yet another sign. After purchasing the vehicle we were able to find a better loan and so needed to cancel the gap insurance. Here is the crux of the issue with these people. Be warned they are tremendously unresponsive. Weeks of unreturned phone calls and emails on and on and on. Due to the nature of my job I have access to information including emails of executives - I literally had to email the company's CEO before anyone would deign to return our calls. After multiple assurances still no action. Finally weeks later it was done we were shellshocked, exhausted and ready to be quit of this terrible organization. I can't tell you the weight that was lifted off of us when we were able to finally traded in our van for the exact same model but from a different dealership. That alone should tell you something. We like the Honda minivan but dealing with Leta is a fate I can't wish on my worst enemy. But the drama still continues... We are now trying to cancel the service contract since we traded in the vehicle. Four weeks after we turned in the paperwork they requested and exactly about the time we expecting a refund they contacted us to say they needed additional paperwork. When we ask why we weren't told this at the beginning we received the same "don't give a damn" attitude that we had from the beginning. If you ran a business with the sole intent of harming your customers you would still come out with a better customer service experience than one gets at Frank Leta. No one writes a post this long unless their experience is absolutely catastrophically undeniably horrible. Do not be fooled by a few positive experience by others ... avoid this place like the plague. read more

Three years ago we purchased a 2007 Honda Accord for our daughter from the O'Fallon, Mo dealership and it has been an excellent car. The sales experience was rather lengthy but this is typical of any dealership purchase as they wish to up sell. It was all completely professional. We apparently did not have a negative experience as we went to the Bridgeton location last Summer and purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. I cannot speak too much to their service department as the vehicles have been great and pretty much issue free; only took one in for a non-maintenance issue one time. Maybe that speaks more to the quality of the vehicles but as of this point in time, and based on our limited experience, we would look to Frank Leta first for our next car purchase. read more

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FRANK LETA HONDA IN O'FALLON MO. WE WERE ASKED TO LIE ON OUR LOAN APPLICATION TO GET APPROVED, THEY (WITHOUT US KNOWING) GAVE OUT OUR CREDIT INFORMATION TO MULTIPLE CREDITORS AFTER ALREADY BEING APPROVED IN ORDER TO HARM OUR CREDIT, AND THEY SOLD THE CAR FROM UNDER US. We went to Frank Leta Honda in O'fallon Mo. because my younger sister knew someone that worked there. She was looking at a Dodge Dart and had been working with a man named Jim who was extremely nice and helpful. When My sister returned to purchase the car, Jim had expressed he wouldn't be there and that a woman named Molly would be helping her close the sale. Molly brought us back to detailing, showed us the car, then led us to a completely different salesman named Anthony Santos We were confused at this point considering Molly was supposed to help us. We decided since up to this point everything had been okay, we would give him a try. The first thing he did was ask for a picture of a license to be sent to him for paperwork completion. When we asked his e-mail (to send the picture), he expressed that e-mail wouldn't work because he would have to (convert the image??? didn't make sense) and then proceeded to ask my sister to send it to his personal cell phone number. He then walked away, and started texting her from a cubicle over. We could hear his phone going off upon her responses to him. He asked where her mom was and very unprofessionally used the comment "duh" in response to her saying she was at home. From moment one, He tried to rush the sale and was impatient. My sister wanted to ask a couple questions and with her being younger and shy, she wanted me to talk for her. I told Anthony she had a couple of issues she wanted to clear up first and he was completely annoyed by this. He took us to a back room where he proceeded to get defensive about our questions. When we originally started the sale with Jim, the financial advisory (Rob) advised (his words) my sister to lie on her application about how much she makes in order to get loan approved. He told her to write BI-WEEKLY next to her total pay, instead of her being truthful and writing that was her total income for a month. Anthony denied this and when we asked for him to provide us with the sheet she had wrote this on, he refused to provide it, questioned us on why we wanted to see it, and expressed that it's not against the law to lie about what you make on a financial document. He laughed and said "If they were going to stip you, they would have already done it." He also stated that we were crazy for thinking that we were asked to lie. He stated he didn't have the sheet however, we witnessed it in his hands. Then, there were FIVE SAFETY RECALLS on the vehicle. We asked if those could be fixed before purchasing the car. He stated No.. and said that "the only way a dealership would fix those is if she buys the car right now." When he refused to show us the paper, refused to sign a contract stating she was advised to be untruthful on her financial sheet, and stated that the car would not get fixed until purchased, we calmly said we were going to wait for Jim to come in on Thursday and finish up the sale then. Anthony was furious. We had to repeat this multiple times. He was throwing his arms around and when he walked us out to the dealership floor, he exclaimed while pointing at us, that My sister would NEVER find someone who would finance her if she didn't take this deal. He was persistent in letting her know that her "BAD" credit would never allow her to go anywhere else and get a car and that she would be stuck. By this point, we were both extremely uncomfortable. We walked outside (leaving the dealership) and he followed us out with a paper print out.... He was still trying to prove that she would not be able to get a car unless she took this deal. I spoke up and asked him to please let us be, that he was making her uncomfortable. He put his hand in my face, gesturing for me to be quiet and asked My sister to speak for herself. She then had to speak up and say she was uncomfortable and that she wanted to wait for Jim. He stormed off and returned inside only to call her from his personal cell phone. Then as we left, she received a notice that the dealership and Anthony had sent her information to 12 MORE loan companies, causing her credit score to drop significantly AFTER SHE WAS ALREADY APPROVED. Meaning this was done in hopes of hurting her credit. When we asked to speak to the GM and Human relations, they weren't going to talk to us about what happened privately, and we had to ask to go somewhere private to discuss Anthony's actions. The ONLY thing the GM continually repeated in response to all of our questions was, "I don't know" "I have no answers for you." We said we would be back in on Thursday and asked for the GM to let us know what he could do, he then sold the car the next day without letting us know. Terrible business! read more

Since moving to Saint Charles three years ago, I haven't taken my cars anywhere but Frank Leta. They are always very courteous and as thorough as it gets. My wife spends a lot of time on the road with her job, so a very reliable car is a must for her. The service team is top notch in that they explain everything they need to do to our cars before they even touch them. If they find any "surprises" during their inspections, they always call and let me know before going any further. I have never consistently used a dealership service department as my regular mechanic because I have always felt they were higher priced than other places. That is not the case with this one. I am a very thrifty shopper, so every time I need to have work done I call around to various shops to get pricing on their service and Frank Leta has time after time beat the others. Don't Buy a car From This Place they are Full of shit .I feel like I've been scammed.There is no way I just got my vehicle & it needs a motor . I have only had my car for a few Months. They cars only last for 90 days after that you will need a Motor & you will have to get it fixed on your own . I been calling service to get my car looked at for a while since about July . July make a little over 2months that I had my car I made an appointment for service to have my car looked at cause it started driving strange. Purchased a beautiful car from them and that's why I opted to give any stars at all. The experience was not a great one. They were not aware of military buying out of state and how taxes work for those sales. Also, did not fill the car with gas or detail before we left. It was late so I didn't put up too big a fuss but I was not happy. I was told the preowned cars are only filled 1/4. I got a older and higher mileage car than the one I purchased here right down the road a few years ago and they detailed and filled my car up. Do not go here. We recently purchased a car from Frank Leta Honda. They have messed up the paperwork not once, twice, but 3 times. And they keep calling me even though my wife bought the car and I didn't co-sign on the loan. I've never experienced as much incompetency as I have at this place. And when they did mess up the paperwork and redo, they "accidentally" put the original price on the title application instead of the agreed upon sale price. Trust me, do not buy from here. Avoid this dealership at all cost! They are the sleaziest, least ethical Honda dealership in the St. Louis area. As other reviewers have noted, they will waste your time with pointless and ineffective sales tactics in an attempt to intimidate you into buying a car immediately. I was in the market for a new Honda and took my Civic to Frank Leta to understand what they would offer me for it as a trade-in. They trapped me at the dealership for around two hours, saying that their mechanic was inspecting my car. When I finally told them I had to leave to get back to work and asked for a trade-in estimate they said, "Are you ready to write a check for a new car today?" When I said "No" they said, "Well, we can't give you a trade-in estimate on your current car." When I did buy a new Honda from a different dealership there was some downtime in the process. I asked the sales rep, "What's the sleaziest Honda dealership in the St. Louis area?" Without skipping a beat the rep replied, "Frank Leta." I think that sums up their reputation. read more

I recommend you be transparent in prices/quotes you give over the phone and internet. I was given a quote of 29,026 by Cortez which was very competitive, but later on I found out there was a $960 "protection package" which is a bogus upcharge that other dealerships like napleton, Frontenac, bommarito, and mungenast all warn against. This put my guard way up and made me skeptical about everything I was told by your sales team. Your internet sales manager, David Adams, insulted my sense of logic in an effort to get me to come in to your dealership. I would say not a great strategy. Also David said he would give me a gift card to cover my gas when I drove out. He didn't. One of your sales managers, Robert, began his spiel by telling me how different Frank Leta is because he didn't have to go back and forth with a manager while we negotiated price. He said he could make the decisions. Well, as soon as I laid out a price he said he had to talk to his manager...another instance of me losing faith/trust in you. Robert scratched the price I mentioned on a piece of paper and tried to pressure me into signing it. Total BS. More trust lost. Robert lied about the value of the accessories I wanted and tried to tell me you guys pay retail for them. At this point I was pretty fed up with your operation. Robert returned and said "we have a deal" before I had seen anything in writing. Only then did I find out you didn't even have the car I wanted on the lot!! The whole reason I came out was because Cortez led me to believe you had the exact car I wanted on your lot. Robert didn't know that I could have a St Louis address and still title and register my car in Texas (I told him I was active duty military). He tried to get me to think I had to make the decision on where to title/register while I was in the dealership. I am currently in process of registering in Texas. Wrong again. You always talk about how you "can't beat a Leta." I got a lower offer with all the accessories I wanted included from Ed Napleton while I was at your dealership. I gave Robert the chance to match or beat my offer. He didn't. read more

One of the worst decisions I have ever made in time management. This dealership will waste so much time trying to bullshit you and zero time listening to what the consumer wants or needs. They seriously lack communication skills more than any place I've ever done business with.
