At Frank Leta Honda there is a salesman named Andrew that works out of that building for SELL MY CAR STL. 500 Auto Mall Dr. O'Fallon, MO ITS A SCAM!! Bait and switch!!! Avoid, Avoid!!! The lure you in by promising you the moon, and soon as you get there they chop their price down to nothing and then have the audacity to blame you for it. $11,800 was my online offer and Andrew their sales guy said nah it's going to be below $10,000 shades sales tacts, unfriendly staff that try to bully you into taking a ridiculously lower price. Don't try to defend yourself to Andrew he will just say bye and walk away, and why not he doesn't care about customers why should he. We are all just dollar signs to him. Screw Sell My Car STL ITS A SCAM!!!!

on September 26, 2025 i was informed i needed a transmission by the shop and this was approved by…read moreendurance later the next week. they turned down a rebuilt transmission and made the shop put in a used transmission. 2 transmissions didnt work and the 3rd is possibly giving me issues only a few days later after finally getting my car back on Nov. 28, 2025. meanwhile the total process took 2 months, 2 Months! and Endurance wouldnt help with any of the rental costs aside from their very strict 5 day policy. which i didnt know until this situation! no leanacy whatsoever... no offer to reimemburse me either. you would think they would have allowed a rebuilt transmission by now especially seeing as their policy states rebuilt or used parts. They say its to cut cost for the company which i understand but if its not working, its time to move to the next option!! The shop wanted to use a rebuilt transmission from the beginning, this should have been allowed. I pay good money for this policy! To top it off no replies to me after promising to look into this further through thier feedback email that they supplied. I sent them an email December 8, 2025, followup on Dec 12th, and another Dec 31st !

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Endurance. I purchased a policy for my 2016 Cadillac…read morethree years ago, believing I had reliable coverage. However, when my transmission started slipping, Endurance 'closed' the claim based on a technicality that feels intentionally designed to avoid paying out. They claimed I missed a transmission fluid change at the 45,000-mile mark, citing "extreme use" driving conditions. Here is why their decision is completely unjustified: Lack of Transparency: At no point during the sign-up process was I told texas was classified as "extreme" due to heat or city driving. If this was a requirement for my specific location, it should have been clearly disclosed. Ignoring Vehicle Usage: This isn't even my primary car! It's a low-mileage vehicle used mostly for small-town driving and occasional trips. Applying an "extreme use" maintenance schedule to a car that is barely driven is ridiculous. Contradicting Local Experts: I consulted three independent mechanics here in my area, and all of them agreed that a 60,000 to 100,000-mile interval is the standard for this region. Endurance is essentially making up their own rules that go against professional mechanical advice just to save themselves money. Additionally, the person who was assigned claims would not even engage with me. They only engaged through the mechanic, which is extremely frustrating. I asked them to deny the claim rather than close it so it would be easier to take further action, but they wouldn't. They said they closed it because I could not provide documentation that I had the transmission fluid changed at 45K miles, even though I told them four times it was not changed because it was not due to be changed. It is clear that Endurance looks for any excuse to deny a claim, even when you've followed reasonable maintenance patterns. Save yourself the headache and the money--do not trust this company with your vehicle.

Patrick was my sales guy…read more. I saw a fb ad for GMC helping ppl get out of upside down deals with your car. I figured can't help but to try it. Well I did and drove home the same day under 4 hrs with a 2026 Buick Envista. The process was simple. Text Patrick @1-636-339-3641, he will text/call you back and you will discuss your situation. His goal is to get you out your upside down loan by any means necessary. Your car has to make it to the lot and your car has to be registered. You give him your car vin number, mileage and payout amount of your vehicle and fill out a quick credit application and he will go to work. He stays in communication while you're at home which is a plus and once he gets your lender you speed out there to get out the nightmare you call a car (well don't speed :) Once there all staff is friendly, accommodating and patient. I have to come out of pocket 610.00 because easy care won't cover labor! Just so you know easy care has a 1.19 BBB rating and this garbage dealership pushes it on you! It's a scam the whole business is! I would sell a left nut before giving them any of my money! Regret ever doing business with them!

Just about 6 years into owning my car and it was time to get new tires. I was so skeptical to go…read moresince I had never heard of anyone personal go to discount tire. They would go to dobbs or another chain because it's well known but I saw this place had a 5 star rating and I was like okay let's give it a go. I did my research for the type of tires I should get. Earlier this winter I was sliding over ice and was convinced I needed to get an SUV until everyone around me said no I just need new tires lol So I found all weather tires and even opted for something highly rated that's more expensive but popular because it gave me peace of mind to know they were a solid choice. The men who I interacted with were so nice and educated me. I made an appt online and then they called me because they could get me in earlier (which I was so grateful for!!) I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! Should be good for the next 6 years. I'll probably have a new car by then but hoping I won't have any trouble! I did opt for the warranty so shouldn't be any $$ with their no questions asked policy so again, great peace of mind.
