It's a known issue with Explorers and Ford has issued Technical Bulletins. They had it for 4 days just to tell me they don't know what it is. Tried to reschedule it again, 2 months in advance and day before appt I can't get a loaner car. Not sure who can go without a car for a week these days. This place is a joke. I have never used them before and will never be going back. Wish I would have bought my car somewhere else. There are several Ford Dealerships in town, choose a different one. I now use Clement and their service is fantastic.

Hubby and I wanted to take it for a test drive, the sales person rides with you. Not my preference but I understand it. Upon driving the car it was obvious something was wrong with it. It didn't drive well and there was definitely some kind of problem. When we returned we talked to the sales person about it and asked if they were going to fix the car. Sales person basically said (paraphrased) "well we aren't going to put any money into the car unless someone is interested in buying it... we wholesale so we send these to dealerships if they aren't bought. Are you going to buy it?" HARD PASS. We left and I wouldn't go back. While I appreciate the honesty, when the car is driving like crap you should fix it before trying to sell it to a customer. That alone told me all I needed to know about their integrity.

Do not buy here, this place is a scam and fixes problems just enough to sell the car then says it's not their problem! My car is two months old and STILL not running right after over 3k in repairs!

They need to do more extensive inspections on the cars they sell, bottom line. I'm now $2k into a car I paid $7k for 2 months ago and I really have a bad feeling the bs isn't over.
