My car went out and I unexpectedly was in the market for a new car. I went to Enterprise car sales…read morein St. Charles because our family has had great success with cars from Enterprise. I worked with Peyton and didn't know exactly what I wanted other than an SUV. He showed me several different SUV's with lower mileage and great prices. I test drove a couple cars and then made my decision. The process was smooth from start to finish. He got my paperwork complete and the car all cleaned up so I could drive her home! If you need a car go ask for Peyton at Enterprise St. Charles and tell him I sent you! Peyton thanks for being helpful, and so professional throughout the process! #nohaggle

Enterprise sold me and my wife a Nissan ARIYA with open Nissan service campaigns and then refused…read moreto stand behind it when I raised the issue. What makes this worse is what the campaigns are actually about. Nissan's own campaign bulletin says that on certain 2023 to 2024 ARIYA vehicles, a failed over-the-air update for the navigation/IVI system can leave the vehicle in a no-start condition, meaning the IGN ON inhibit control is not released and the car may not start. Nissan's remedy is to update the IVI software and, if needed, the CAN gateway software. Enterprise's response? They told me to ask Nissan for a rental car and go to another dealer. So the company that sold me the car wanted someone else to deal with the consequences. That is unacceptable. I understand Nissan classifies these as voluntary service campaigns rather than a safety recall, but that does not change the fact that the issue Nissan describes can leave the vehicle unable to start and needing dealer intervention. What really stands out is that Nissan's campaign bulletin specifically says customers should consult their dealer for alternate transportation availability while the vehicle is being serviced, and it even lists rental expense guidance. Instead of helping, Enterprise pushed me off on Nissan and another dealer. If you buy from Enterprise, verify recalls, campaigns, and service history yourself, because once they have your money, you may find out their idea of customer service is telling you to go somewhere else.

This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences we've had, and we will not be…read morereturning--especially not working with Mahan We test drove and placed a deposit on a pre-owned BMW at Napleton Maserati. We requested the inspection/maintenance report to make sure there were no issues. We were told it would be sent to us later that day, so we could complete the purchase. In multiple calls and texts, we were given numerous different excuses for the delay. After following-up again the next day, we were abruptly told our deposit was being refunded with no explanation. Even more concerning--the car was relisted shortly after at a higher price. That raises serious questions about transparency and integrity. A general manager was supposed to contact us about this situation as they admitted "none of this should have happened." Instead a receptionist offered a $50 gift card in exchange for not posting a negative review--which only added to the frustration. We were ready to buy the car. This fell apart solely due to their poor communication and lack of follow-through. The only bright spot was the kindness of the cashier and front desk staff who helped process the refund. Overall, a very unprofessional experience that completely changed our perception of the Napleton dealership

My car was broken into last night and my extra car key was the only thing stolen. I called…read morePundmann's service center about recoding the key I drive with and getting a replacement for the stolen one. Going into the call, I assumed I would be low priority because it's probably not a high margin service with the potential for an up sell. This mindset was based on other Ford dealers I have taken my car to for routine service, including the one where I bought two vehicles from in the same weekend. Boy was I wrong! Rich Russell answered the phone and COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I explained the situation and he told me to come right in if I was close and had the time. I live fairly close and made the time. Rich took care of me 100%. Not only was he quick and efficient with the reprogram, he was on top of calling the after market, Ford remote start installation guy to set up a time to replace the fob for that. While I have to go back in when that guy is there, Rich made sure that there was a solution and he could ensure the safety of my property for the time being. I really feel like that effort took the service from 100% to 125%+. He didn't have to make those calls nor did he have to act like he cared. On top of the friendly, above the best service, he also let me know I could purchase an additional (what I call a valet key) key without the remote for $15. He let me know the benefit of having that second key is that if something happens and a key is lost or stolen, they don't have to charge the $106 reprogram fee as long as there are two active keys. Seriously, thank your Rich and Pundmann's service center for making the start of a crappy day a LOT better. I know where I will take my truck for all future services until it's time to replace. Tell Ford to release the Bronco and that sale can be sooner rather than later! Sincerely, thank you!

I worked directly with Mike & Tim. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had, and their communication was top-notch throughout. What really stood out to me was that they were never pushy. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident in my purchase. They truly took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and seamless--I couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers!

I stupidly agreed, so after 2 hours that was completed and the salesperson drove me to their second location 20 minutes away to let me test drive a car I believed would be in my mentioned budget... keep in mind at this point the salesperson has spent another 2 hours in the office with the numbers guy to bring me a price that they said was the lowest they could do... the advertised online price... which was 10,000 over my budget. When I asked to see different car's she said there were none in my budget that could be financed, she could have told me this from the beginning. At this point the location is closing for the day and the salesperson is pushing for the sale, so once again I stupidly agree. Now all thats not even the worst part, the next morning I found out the car they told me had no damage and no accident record has definitely been in an accident the front bumper has serious damage, which I didnt see the day before due to being rushed out to the car for a 5 minute test drive while it was on an empty gas tank. Ive been waiting at the dealership for two hours today to speak to a manager. Their sales tactics are horrendous, its high pressure and they misrepresent their vehicles.
